The only thing I smoke at all is the occasional fine cigar and they have a good selection. They are pricey but when it comes to cigars you definitely get what you pay for. The couple of cigars I have bought there were a little bit "dry" for my taste but after a few days in my humidor they were perfect. I'll definitely be back for sure.

The following review is for upstate CBD. I accidentally put it underneath evolve smoke shop. I apologize for the confusion.It's really great to have a place where you can get what you need locally. That being said the line was super long. The selection was amazing and the staff was wonderful and well educated. The prices were ridiculously high and when you added the state tax it gets rather ridiculous. But, I guess you take the good with the bad. Overall, it's a great place. I just wish it didn't cost so much.I am also a regular at evolve smoke shop. I love it. They have a great selection at very reasonable prices. The owner is amazing and is always very kind when I come in with my dog. I go there for all my vapes.

I loveeee this smoke shop. The store owner is one of the sweetest guys ever and he is so nice. His prices are amazing and he always has whatever I need in stock. Always asking for recommendations on what else to get in order to better improve his store. From asking me which flavors I like the most to giving me different things to try and making sure I follow up with him on my opinions on each of his new products. One of the most caring store owner’s you could find that honestly cares about engaging with his customers while making sure that he’s serving the best product that he knows his customers want. I recommend this as the best smoke shop upstate 10/10!

Raja is amazing!! He is very knowledgeable about all the products at the shop. Anything you want, he has it. He also gives you a good price if you are buying multiple things. He always holds it down and it’s always a good time whenever I swing by the shop. Great location, at the corner of the street which makes it super accessible especially in downtown Schenectady.

Easy to get to location and there is parking right in front of the store so I can run in and out quickly. Best of all... AMAZING customer service!!! Raj is very knowledgeable about all of the products and stocks the most current products. My go to smoke shop!!!

The customer service that . I received and the great selection & prices of merchandise in this store can’t beat ..The prices are very competitive with other smoke shops. But Roger who runs the evolve smoke shop in Schenectady has the nicest smile, professionalism and cleanest shop that I’ve ever been in.He’s very knowledgeable of all the merchandise and his store is always very well stocked & very clean .. I highly recommend his smoke shop to everyone in and around the capital district..So stop in and say hi , to Roger where making customers happy & satisfied with their experience is his priority..

I definitely recommend this shop to go to. The store is very clean, organized, and definitely this store has strong customer service skills which is a plus no doubt about it. The hours of operations are very fair for all of us customers. Also, staff definitely knows and understands majority of the products in stock and not in stock which helps and saves a lot of time for all customers.

Highly recommended: This is officially the one & only vape store I will ever purchase from.I called & visited a lot of different vape stores looking for a specific accessory for my vape & I was disappointed to say the least.When I called EVOLVE smoke shop it was late but I was still greeted professionally & invited to come in. The location was convenient & it was easy to get to & once inside it was clean & had a large variety of things for both vapers & for smokers.Although the employee (I now know is the owner), was knowledgeable of the products as well as what I was looking for, he still researched (online) my specific vape. The fact that he wanted to make sure that the piece I was asking for was the (right) piece I actually needed, was very impressive. He could have tried to upsell me or sell me the wrong piece so I’d have to come back & buy another, but he didn’t.Overall, I am very pleased with the customer service & even more pleased they had the items I desperately needed & at a good price.

Just left this shop where I have made several significant purchases in the past. I am not a 'vaper' and have never purchased a vape pen before but, at the encouragement of a friend, went in to purchase a molly vape pen. I was told that they didn't carry them. I was then told that the store didn't carry vapes at all. I'm pretty sure that I was staring at display after display of them. Clerk had a smile of arrogant superiority throughout. This store has lost a customer. I'll purchase my pipes and scales elsewhere now.
