Love that it's close to me, but this store is a MESS all the time. One register open, line down the aisle. Boxes, junk on all registers. Then I go to niskayuna one...gorgeous. super organized and clean. Why such a difference in just a few miles?

WATCH YOUR RECEIPTS !On 2 separate occasions I hate items duplicated and charged .This last visit I checked the receipt when I got home and 5 items were mis rung!! .One I could understand as I spend a lot at $ stores .5 is 7.25 do that 10 times that's almost 75$ for cashier .Same cashier when then last time then it was 7 items .Pay attention.I will probably avoid going to this $store.

A complete DUMP. Nothing looks good in one photo it shows mold at the coolers and poop on the floor from what I hope is a dog. The check out took 25 min because the credit xard machine was not working a nd it took them 15 min to open anorher lane. Many people walked out while I was there. The outside is even worse. There back door has rancid food and garbage all over the ground and sidewalks are garbage dumps. I understand that the back door is in front towards the street but it needs to be clean not a disgusting mess and smell like the Albany dump.I recommend this store be closed...

Overall, it is a nice store, although a bit messy on this visit. I visited during a rain storm when a lot of staff were working in the store. The repore of the staff was noticeably excellent. Everyone there seemed happy to work there. I asked someone for help finding something, and they were friendly and helpful.

The store was not organized well, and it always seems unclean to me. I normally drive further away to shop at another Dollar Tree because this is not one of the better stores.

This is the most disgusting store I have ever been in! Today the manager was screaming, yelling and swearing at an employee throughout the front end. The employee then left the store, leaving all the customers in line . I have NEVER seen such awful management!! They also have an employee who parks in the CLOSEST handicap spot every time she works!!!!!! Just terrible, especially with the amount of elderly and disabled folks.in out neighborhood! Although she has no tags and clearly no physical disability. I live 0.1 miles away from this store and will never go there again! Today my visit was absolutely atrocious! All the employees there should be shamed of themselves!

I had a wonderful experience shopping at Dollar Tree I always do it's a great place to be in East Greenbush Branch for the downtown Rensselaer branch. I tried to go there as often as possible to do my shopping. I usually do it on my days off and I do that on Sunday Monday Tuesday. Love the place.

Employees were quite friendly. I was only disappointed with a lack of their trash can selection, so i had to improvise with a shallow bucket. I was astonished at their cleaning supply options! There were at least three different dust pan options!!!Looking forward to future quick-fix option shopping with them!

There are always boxes in the aisles. Store seems junky. Don't like at all. Receipts are always faded and hard to read. The staff are friendly. I drive to Niskayuna to Dollar Tree instead of going to this store which is around the corner from my home. The oven mitts and kitchen towels smell like mildew.

One of the dirtiest dollar tree stores ever, but it's a damn dollar tree so whatever. However, the posted hours are INCORRECT! this one closes an hour earlier each day. Things like this should be taken care of, I don't care what store you are. Employees are either very good or useless. No in between.

The place needs some major TLC. The ceilings are disgusting, there is a weird smell, the carpets are gross. The isle are unorganized and there is things flung everywhere. However, it is convenient & they usually have what I am looking for (this reflects my 3 stars). Dollar Tree, you need to renovate this location!

I love this Dollar Tree and the employees are super. They do need new carpeting in order to make the store look neater and cleaner. Also a few new ceiling tiles where water has leaked.

Even though the location isn't great, the dollar tree is good. It's really big and usually has everything stocked up. The people that work here are nice and willing to help.

You're kidding me!The kid at the cash register is high as hell!Clueless answers to our question, can't figure out the cash register......I don't care if you blaze, but don't show up to work stoned.Then the manager, or the person training the new employee had stains all over his dollar tree polo.If you have employees that care about their job, they will care about their appearance, then they will be friendly, reliable employees.The carpets are stained.I'm not expecting Bloomingdales, but show that you care about your store.

Keep your receipts, the store charged my debt card $65.00, for five items. No one in store can/ or will look into issue. I left several messages at the corporate office and no one has responded.

it's a dollar store. they have things for... a dollar. they do have a version of Hallmark cards that are only fifty cents. this is one of the better dollar stores.

Should be dollar twenty five tree tho. One of the cleaner dollar trees. Nice employees there.
