Apparently your not allowed to use this restroom. Because Dollar General doesn't offer restrooms to the public but the sign says to ask an associate for the key, interesting news to me. Every other dollar general doesn't seem to have that problem. 😕 also it's filthy in this store. Ps. I'm leaving at 1059 on January 9th poor job folks.

This place is always a mess, today was pretty rough though. Can't even walk down several aisles, multiple spills. Just a gross store, ended up walking out after seeing this. Need new management and/or employees.

Let me just start off with the basics. Sure, they have nice stuff and convenient supplies, but they never stock up. It seems they only stock up when Halloween or Christmas is coming and then they leave all the stuff up on the shelves to expire. Next, when you go to cash out, they have ALWAYS put wrong pricing. I see something selling there marked as a dollar, when they cash it, it's $5. They don't even bother to change all the outdated signs and pricing. Today was by far the worst. Me and my kids went to pick up some things that we needed, and when we cashed out, the receipt came out completely blank. As I have said before, everytime I go there the pricing is always wrong and outdated. I am trying to tell the employee that my receipt is blank and that I would like to have a printed receipt, knowing their inaccurate pricing. She then had a response with an attitude, smacking her lips and huffing. She starts yelling towards me and my kids asking if I want a refund and why do I want the receipt printed out. I had to come to terms, and had to refund every single item. We don't have a car. We walked 12 blocks for this? The store needs new employees to tend to the store.

I went into this store today at approximately 1pm. There was no one at the front of the store and/or the counter. I proceeded with a cart to the left side of the store then made my way to the back where the paper goods are displayed. At the end of one of the aisles were two female clerks stocking the bottom shelves, sitting on the floor. As I walked by the first female clerk yelled out very loudly, "You better not be stealing anything!", the second female clerk next to her burst out laughing as if it were the funniest thing she had ever heard in her life and said, "I can't believe you said that!", as they both continued to laugh. I became very angry but very calmly said, "I'm taking it you said that because you had issues here before.", as they continued to laugh. I did not want to cause a scene so I politely asked the second female clerk a question about dryer sheets, as she approached I noticed she was not wearing a nametag but had a cross tattoo on the front of her neck. As I went to the opposite end of the aisle there were two male clerks that were also giggling at the comment made by the first female clerk. I continued to the personal aisles and noticed the second female clerk lingering around the same area. I obtained my items, went to the makeup aisle then to the front of the store. The second female clerk followed me to the front of the store and yelled "Register!", but kept walking by. I stated that I could use the self checkout then she very rudely stated, "There is someone behind you.", there was no one behind me when I first approached the self checkout but as I looked around I saw a woman enter the checkout line a few seconds later. The other three clerks were still giggling and laughing as if the implied comment of my being a thief was hilarious. I did not find it to be so and I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS STORE AGAIN. I have spoken with my sister who is a loyal customer at this store (3-4 times a week) but she has stated she will no longer be patronizing this store, as my friends have also agreed that this situation is unacceptable and will find another store to patronize lest they are also implied to be thieves.

I've been coming here for years.Always friendly and helpful service here. The cashiers are pleasant and do their best. Even when it gets busy.The store is small, the floors old and they always send too much on their trucks,making the store on truck day, and the few days after,even smaller. I Can't blame the staff for That. The girls and other staff there, do their best. Even after management and staff tell them its too much for such a small store. Corporate doesn't listen.Lines can get long, so I don't tarry with what I need to get. The cashiers do not have to rush through customers,possibly making a mistake. So,I understand and have more patience

My daughter and I stopped in last evening to grab a few things. My daughter needed the restroom key. The cashier had a line of customers so he asked the manager to get it for her. The manager then started calling the cashier the N word and saying he was lazy right in front of my daughter! It made her feel very uncomfortable and she even stuck up for the male employee and told the manager she was out of line. I am shocked at the unprofessional behavior by the manager to treat the employee like that in the first place, and secondly right in front of a line of customers!

I really love the new look. It's nice to see the same faces there. The staff has always been so sweet. I'm happy for them to have a new place to work. It looks less ghetto. More upscale shopping. It gets my approval. Good luck Dollar General

The employees are very very rude. They give horrible attitude. They're new management is terrible. The employees treat customers as dogs. They gave me a blank receipt with no information. Store really needs new employees. They never restock their stores. I stopped going there because of this

Finally moved into the old CVS, being new means it's finally cleaned! That's the thing with this place, you can find good deals, we mostly use this place because we're in an urban food desert, so pay a little more but easier to get to; but it was always so dirty and crowded. Now it's open, clean and less items in carts in the aisles. The staff seemed to have cheered up and new staff on board as if 7/19.

This store is conveniently located in the middle of Bellevue and has a large variety of reasonably priced items. Shopping here often replaces a trip to the grocery or department store. It also provides savings on many things I regularly use. The staff here are helpful and have provided excellent service and safety during the pandemic.

Today makes the third time this month I've walked out without buying the things I wanted because there was only one cashier working with a line backed up nearly to the entrance. The management should be ashamed of themselves. Each visit would have been $25 or more. And two of those visits, I saw other possible customers walk in, look at the line, and walk right out. Not acceptable.

They still have to wait in a line. and there will be only one cashier. They have three registers. They don't have any of the clothes for sale, and are selling out dated food. So make sure you check the expiration date on any food and drink.

Only 1 cashier. Line was extremely long. Unstocked products blocking half the store. Whole sections of isles missing. Asking every customer to donate their change AT THE DOLLAR STORE ! If we could afford donations everytime groceries were needed we'd be at Whole foods. Prices good.

I hate shopping here lately! Today I went in for a few things and had to wait in line for about 15 minutes. Only 1 employee on register. Put in a self checkout which sped things up a bit but the last few times I've been in it hasn't worked. No one wants to wait in line that long, you should put more people on there always seems to be a huge line

Love this place! Service is great and they have great management! I have been going there for almost 15yrs and I have seen it's ups and downs but I have to say for the past year or so it's been the best I have ever seen! Stop in and grab all your needs at a great price 🤗

I go to dollar general quite often as price is cheap. They have good buys at times.. I don't care for the clerks though.. there r 2 male clerk that are always texting and that are so slow like the customer is bothering them.. store needs to watch clerks and make sure they are doing job, pay attention to the customer.

Hate going here, but very close to home so it's easy for a quick stop if you forgot something. BUT its gross, stuff is everywhere. It takes FOREVER to cash out. ALWAYS. Not even because theres a line. The costumers who also shop there are TERRIBLE! on more than one occasion there has been altercations. Won't bring my children into the store.

I mean it's a discount store they've got some great stuff for the price you're always going to have to wait in line it's never going to be overly clean cuz they don't have the staff to keep it nice and neatly organized but you have to expect that going in there as long as you go in there with the proper expectations there's some great stuff and you can always find some cheap DVDs cleaning products toilet paper things like that

It's not a bad place that have a lot of stuff, and at good prices too. If you need something quickly, or just to save money. Then this is the place for you. I love going here, and i would recommend it to anybody.

If i could give this place a negitive rating I would. They moved to a new store front but still dirty and disorganized. Most employees (there are 2 good ones) are unprofessional, rude and will fight with you over their pricing mistakes. Customers are always wrong here. I don't recommend this place at all

All the customers they have at several times a day. It makes no common sense that one cashier is handling only open. The line is always overfull and it has been atlease a total of anywhere from 12or more waiting on line to pay.and it is nerve racking

If the sign says masks are required by customers, you would think that people would follow that. Not here! Women with babies, teenagers, even store employees can’t figure out how to put the mask on over their nose and mouth. Nobody Said a word. Stay clear of this place!
