This CVS is notorious for opening late and closing early.Ordered via DoorDash tonight over an hour before they’re scheduled to close, two dashers got to the store and immediately unassigned the order, which usually means a place is closed. I wanted to call to make sure before I canceled the order, someone picked up and said they’re open for another hour.Five minutes after the phone call, a third dasher gets to the store and surprise…it’s closed.DoorDash support then wanted to call themselves before canceling and no one picked up the phone.We both confirmed we had the same location and phone number, so why would you lie about still being open lolStick to your posted hours or hire more people

Worst cvs in terms of customer service. I called the pharmacy recently regarding refills and the woman gave me an attitude and even cursed while hanging up the phone.

This got be 1 of the worst cvs Andmake u wait almost 32 days for a 30 day can't go without I would never go back not even open on Sunday was first time to that Cvs definitely last time that old pharmacist need to retire very rude

The worst Cvs in Schenectady. Their is only one line open and line is always long. The pharmacy is terrible and slow. They never have anything filled. They ask you the same questions after you provided you the answers to the questions before they ask.

I'm a Doordasher and they just ripped me off by saying I never delivered their order which is obviously a lie. I got a violation and they got a free meal. Never go to that CVS again.

Literally the worst CVS ever! You send packages they opened my packages , and or they can never find it !!! Also pharmacy sucks !!!! They will watch you stand in line all of them have attitudes like your bothering them !!!! Literally the worst place ever to shop ! Place is dirty and mold in there refrigerator

I generally like the store and it's associates besides the pharmacy. All the ladies have daily attitudes. Must be underpaid and overworked and during these times I can have empathy but they still have to keep it professional and friendly

It's a good clean store. I enjoy cvs and I think it beats rite aid or Walgreens in any aspect. Especially prices for certain things. Their deals are great. And extreme couponing here is a wonderful rewarding experience. I highly recommend getting their rewards card

Great staff, very friendly in the store. The actually pharmacy not so much anymore. I have gone there for years and miss the old pharmacy staff. This crew is much less personal.

415 State St. Schenectady. The store is exactly what you’d expect, which is fine, but the pharmacy has awful hours and the staff are incompetent. I’m moving out of this neighborhood soon, and very much looking forward to taking my business ELSEWHERE!

I've been there multiple times to print out photos. It's convenient and easy. The machine is responsive unlike some other stores' machines. Conveniently located.

Went to go return something at this store showed ID With pictures and they wouldn't except it, no biggie had 3 dollars of in store credit and went to buy a soda which was 2.15 and they said I needed to spend 3 dollars to use my in store credit
