Great staff at this store! Huge selection too - it was hard to choose one toy. Staff was friendly and even gave me a sample pack of treats that the office dog loved. Prices were reasonable. I will be back

Love Benson but love Andreana came into store with dog issue and her knowledge has been super turning us on to Pork and Duck for our dog whom seems it was chicken she is allergic too it was causing skin issue and her scratching. Everytime we go in Andreana is awesome. Plus bonus I have not had any issues in this store and front end employees are always top notch.

Well we just adopted a puppy part lab. His name is bucatini like the pasta. He's wonderful. We've been getting his stuff from Benson's pet center for the last couple of weeks that we've had him. They're great, very knowledgeable and have helped me with his tummy issues. Don't think he was used to being on one food but now he's doing great. He's 11 weeks old and 20 lb. Thank you guys, you're wonderful. I will definitely keep coming there for bucatini's stuff

We love Benson’s! We have been coming here for dog food, for the past few months. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is immaculate. We love that they carry Fromm dog food, and they have some amazing offers for returning customers! My pups are always getting spoiled with treats and toys from here!

I’ve never been to a Benson’s I didn’t love, but the Rotterdam location is my favorite one by far. The staff is always so friendly and helpful, and they pretty much insist on carrying out my dog food every time. We’re so happy you opened this store!

This pet store has all of the usual items you would find at a Benson's, or any other pet store for that matter. The reason why this particular location gets 5 stars is due to the people! The employees are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! A smile and helping hand always makes things better!

I have come here a few times good selection prices are a bit high on something but fair on others I get my dogs nylabones there only places that seems to have them all the time for very tough chewers

I’ve been going to Bensons since this location opened up. Andreana helped me and was wonderful! She helped me find the right food for my dog, cat and new kitten! Andreana Was very knowledgeable and a big help!

The Bensons staff is welcoming and friendly. They are willing to help you find something or answer a question you may have. They are pet friendly (if your dog is leashed and behave) I bring my cat and he enjoys getting love.

I went to benson’s several times to give my dog a bath and pick up some supplies. I bathed her several times at this location alone and with other dogs present with no issues. The fourth time I came in, my dog was the only one in the bathing area and a team member came over to ask me to tether her up to the tub. Since no one at bensons had asked me to do that before, I shared with the employee that my dog had had a bad experience at a groomers where she was choked out from being tethered and not able to move around. I asked if it was possible to finish my dog’s bath while no one was around without tethering her. The employee said yes. A few minutes later, the manager came over and asked me to tether my dog. I again explained the circumstance and asked if it was okay if I not tether her. The manager told me I would have to sign something, which I had no problem doing. She took my phone number, made a big show of getting my info correct, and I thanked her for looking into it. I never heard back from them. I had brought my dog to this location several times without incident, and the employees didn’t communicate with each other nor with me. It’s okay if I can’t bathe my dog there untethered, I found other places where I can, it was more frustrating to be given the runaround with no follow up for a genuine animal care concern.At the same time, they mislabel a lot of their prices and the $20 litter mat I brought to the counter ended up being $60. Needless to say, I haven’t been back and I won’t be.There’s a family owned pet store right next to this location that is much, much better. 2 stars because the employees were nice, just not consistent.

My dog rolled in something gross and smelled super bad so we took her to bensons and used their self-washing station to clean her up and it was so quick and easy! They provide the shampoo as well and the workers were very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be back the next time my dog needs a bath!

My dog just had major surgery and is struggling to eat and drink water. I called and talked to Sam on the phone who told me what options they had AND remembered I called. That was awesome to startBut I really really want to compliment Noah. Noah greeted me in the aisle as I was walking back and forth checking and took the time to go through so many labels with me. He understood my one dog has allergies so he helped me look through the ingredients and what my concerns were. He was so knowledgeable and so so helpful! He also helped me find treats. Noah is an absolute sweetheart and deserves to be recognized for his care and compassion!

Stopped in once and now it's the only place I go to buy food and toys for my puppy. Staff is always nice and super friendly. Wide selection of everything you could possibly need for a dog. Customer service is really top notch. They really try their best to answer whatever questions you may have.

We used the dog bath service today for our 2 pups and we cannot stop raving about the experience! They provide all supplies you could think of- shampoo of all varieties, conditioner, fresh towels and aprons, blow driers, and a lovely handled faucet with changeable water pressure! The employees showed us how to use everything, and we had unlimited time to use the facilities. We have a 125lb great pyrenees who requires a ramp to get into the car, so we brought in our ramp to make sure she could get into the tub as well- absolutely no issue with this either! We really enjoyed our experience and will definitely be returning!

Harper had an awesome visit with Santa today. Most of the pet owners didn't follow the rules, so there were a ton of dogs in store at once. It was chaotic because of it- though no fault of the staff. The staff remained calm and very friendly while keeping it as organized as possible. Have always loved Benson's and happy to have one around the corner now.

First time trying the bath services for my 80lb dog. I cannot say enough! They supply appropriate tools as well as shampoos, towels and blow dryer. Clean, well stocked, and fenced in! Huge if you are cleaning more than one dog. Staff was super friendly and helpful. While they cannot help with the actual washing, they were able to assist me with my other dog by leash to hold her so I could get the big guy to the wash. Highly recommend!!

Nesh is very kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He helped me pick out a cone collar for my dog. He was patient while I tried to figure out the size I needed when I had to make a call. He knew just how long the dog should wear it and he picked the perfect size just by seeing a picture of my dog on my phone.This is our go-to pet store because the employees are ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL!

Stopped by today to pick up food for my 11 year old cat who recently developed allergies. A gentleman named Sam assisted me. He was excellent. He recommended a single ingredient protein that the cat never ate before. He was knowledgeable, caring and I truly appreciated his assistance. First time visiting this location. Highly recommend and will be back.
