This is a typical super busy trader Joe's. Super super helpful staff. Even on a busy day the staff members would take time to find/locate the stuff that customers need with a smile on the face.Parking is always a challenge and i would not classify restrooms as 'clean'.The best days to shop are not weekends. Sunday evening usually this shop can run out of milk and eggs.

I love Trader Joe’s, but I’m especially grateful to the wonderful employees at this location. Every time I bring my toddler they are so helpful and friendly. I had someone walk over to me and help me get my groceries in the car one day when I was having a challenging day with him. Cashiers are always so sweet to him and let him help pass the groceries to them. It’s always a great experience and he loves coming with me to the store.

Shocked to have a rude cashier. Usually they are so nice. Black woman with long dreads. Disappointed! My mom works at Trader Joe’s and I know they train them better than that.

I love TJs, but going there in a Saturday is too hectic! The parking, the checkout, the aisles, the employees with boxes to unload and restock...everything was chaotic and too packed. I was able to get a few items, but decided I'd come back on a weekday in hopes that the store would be less crowded and I can browse the aisles like I'm used to. My rating will remain at five stars because I absolutely love TJs, but this days experience was 😵‍💫

Decent location needs a bigger parking lot always a ton of traffic trying to get in . They also need to make sure they are fully stocked before they open there doors every morning. I was helped by two black gentleman’s and I greatly appreciated it , due to a white male worker acting high and saying it doesn’t know where anything is .

Employees in every aisle w big boxes blocking the flew of customers its very hard to pass w a cart we have to wait until one of us pass my question is why they are doing it when there is so many ppl in the store it's makes it hard to maneuver and shop! Store is so small w too many employees. I also have a problem when a cashier asking me if i need the change bc it's a penny ask Derek!

Very busy but efficient place. I love the Belgian dark chocolate, Greek yogurt, soy milk product, Kringle (in November), baby arugula, sack of lemons, fresh cut flowers and potted plants, french milled hand soaps, coffee for grinding at the store, and avocados. I am there every single week. I don’t know where my taste buds would be without Trader Joe’s and it’s super awesome staff!

This is an okay Trader Joe's location. I'll give you "The Good, The Bad & The Ugly"The Good: like most Trader Joe's locations the selection was good and competitive prices. The staff was great and super kind.The Bad: This seems to be a popular TJ's location and it's not surprising why since there are so few in this part of town. That said the parking lot was packed, but even worse since this location is a few steps above ground level people don't return their carts to the entrance which leaves you searching for a cart or waiting for an employee to gather them.The Ugly: This might have been the smallest TJ's location I've visited and the layout reflects that. My biggest gripe is the checkout lines, as opposed to a single line and funneling customers to the next available cashier; customers lined up at each individual cashier and crowded the aisles.Overall it was an OKAY experience if you're a Trader Joe's fan and given the limited locations you take what you can get.

Fairly good location as far as convenience is concerned … parking lot is a bit cramped up … aisle spacing is alright but at times become tight … stuff available is fine and lot of choices for everything. Check out counters limited on space.

Parking can be a little hectic on the weekend but once you’re inside the lines aren’t that lingering. The cashiers are petty quick so you aren’t waiting for long. Wish they had a better fruit section, more variety but in all I love Trader Joe’s!

A specialty Supermarket type of place with its own brands of various items particularly its spread and cakes. Everything is fresh. I have a lot of their own brands of breads and cakes and other materials. I wish there were more locations of trader Joe's.

Lovely store, very helpful members who are ready to assist you at any time. Well stocked, wide varieties and similar layout like the rest of the TJ’s. Parking can hold approx 50-60 cars but check before you go as it does get busy and may be tricky to get parking during peak times.

This is the cleanest and most organize TJ’s I’ve been to in a long while. All the products are nicely displayed. The staff is super nice as well. And they carry cool new stuff that I haven’t seen yet.The only problem is the parking lot. It’s a mess. Crazy traffic, cars lined up and slowly creeping. That’s the only reason for one star removal.

Store 0531 till 3 Transaction 49668 01/22/2024 10:26 am Casier: LorenaCompared to the store on 215 Central Park Avenue, Hartsdale, NY....this store is well stocked; however, cluttered, too many boxes in the isles, and the cash register areas are hard to navigate as there is no place for customers to stage their products as they are rang out. Employees seemed preoccupied. Lorena was a pleasent efficient cashier. Parking at this location can be difficult if you have a large vehicle and the parking lot almost always crowed.

Surprisingly different than Trader Joe’s in the city, you could find parking and get everything you needed with minimal waiting in line. I’d recommend still going early or late to avoid the chaos.Staff was very pleasant and wonderful.

Worst Trader Joe’s low key. Yeah parking is trash but even worse - you’re lucky to find the same thing in stock twice in a row. And I’m talking basic stuff like no ground beef, other days there’s no frozen chicken chunks or those dumplings yall like. And it’s always crowded with crusty old caucasians, taking up space with their carts and mouth breathing over all the produce, don’t yall got jobs or sumn? Thank god they’re not allowed to bag their own groceries it’d prolly be a line out the door. Shoutout to the ppl working there tho, they definitely deserve more money

Has a great selection of food at affordable prices for house brand organic food. Can be very crowded on the weekends with the parking lot overflowing onto the side streets but the lines inside move quickly and the food is great.

What a simple and amazing store. It is a drive from the Bronx but worth it. Quick line, a tent, staff who are knowledgeable with manners, orderly. Has a wheelchair accessible parking lot, fresh food. I love this place.

Trader Joe's is just a really nice supermarket. The employees just seem to be happy to be working there and as a customer you.get a really good vibe. This particular store has on site parking. Depending on when you come, you may have to wait a bit for parking but people are in and our pretty frequently so the wait is not so bad. The store itself is a lot smaller than we thought it would be. The grocery prices on the Trader Joe's brand items are great but honestly, for meat and produce you can buy a lot cheaper at your local supermarket or even bj's/costco. It's also packed but that could also be due to the small size of the store...Frozen meals here are so good - easy weeknight dinner. Healthy(er) snacks are also very affordable which is always a relief to find for the lunch box.

Great Trader Joe's location. Every time I visit, the staff are jovial and friendly. The store tends to be clean and well organized with an easygoing and often festive ambiance. I did part of my Thanksgiving shopping here and it was a smooth ride.Finding the items I need is never an issue, plus their vegan selections get updated all the time, so what I see on the website can generally be found at this TJ location. It carries the vegan boba ice cream, vegan ice cream sandwiches, chocolates, excellently priced tofu & vegan protein or dairy substitute products (the best vegan cashew yogurt for miles!), vegan gummies, fresh vegetables and fruits (my source for blood oranges), bulk items and the fresh baked confection offerings are clearly labeled as vegan or not.The lines are always staffed- they don't just throw one worker to the wolves. These lines keep moving, and I've never had to wait long, not even on busy days. They accommodate customers who bring their own bags and are very attentive when a family is shopping together. This is a warm, family-friendly business. They hire an array of workers without sacrificing quality of customer service.
