I visit with my doodle Skylah all the time! All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Also knowledgeable and recommend healthy products. My puppy always gets a treat when visiting and we’re asked if she has any allergies before they offer it to her. We have used the spa as well and it’s so convenient! Also love the coupons in the mail! Sweet potato treats are her favorite!

I have been shopping in Pet Pantry since 1996. I used to go to the Greenwich facility but I now shop in Scarsdale as it’s closer to the highway. I love it there. Jon is especially helpful and does all of our special ordering. He calls me when things have arrived and always asks if I need anything. He will either call me with his schedule to let me know when he’s going to be there. Honestly, this is the best service you can ever ask for in a small business. I couldn’t be happier with them.

I’ve been a pet pantry customer for 15 years, back when there really was a warehouse and it was only in CT and been going to Scarsdale for years to wash my dogs, recommended it to many people, but I won’t be going back. My schedule is unpredictable and it’s hard to make a dog wash appointment, but usually if I go weekday mornings (as the employee advised), I’m welcome to use it if available. Today the room was available, store was empty and the employee said he needed to clean it and to come back in half an hour and chastised me for not making an appointment. No customers in the store, just stocking food and literally wouldn’t rinse it down. Going to try to find another location, that guy is lazy and rude.

Selection is great, customer service is a joke. My wife, daughter, new puppy, and I came in to do some shopping. A very large male was the only one working. We were in there for 25 minutes, and no a WORD was said to us. When I say not a word, I mean it. Not hello, can I help you find something, nor anything else. He walked by us multiple times. It became comical. You are paid correct? Like, the shirt, name tag, etc does mean you are being compensated? Also, customers whom spend that money are supporting said business to have the ability to pay your check? Just want to make sure I understand. We will never be back here, and can't tell enough people to check out other options. Entitlement, and laziness is a shame to see. When the only thing said to us are the total, and have a nice day, there is an issue. I would suggest finding new team members.

I love them, great selection, and they have a dog shower which sells the place. It's like a spa. However they can be pushy with the sales so I'll go to PetSmart down the block if they have the item I'm looking for and in a rush. For small businesses, I think establishing great relationships with pet parents & local community will increase conversion. You guys have a lot and are next to a great vet! I don't know if you do adoption events or Halloween contests, yet they're great for customer engagement. You guys know your clients better than a corporate office that visits once a quarter. 😉

I can't say enough good things about pet pantry warehouse, I have been shopping here for years. The staff is knowledgeable and kind. They handled the pandemic better than any other retail shop I visit making it super easy to still get what I needed for my pets.

I switched over a year ago from online ordering to supporting this wonderful local store. The team at Pet Pantry is always happy and helpful. The shower room there is the only place I give my pup a wash!

I recently got a new puppy and was in desperate need of supplies. I went to pet pantry and jon helped me pick out all the necessities. He educated me on products that I’ve never heard of which have been a game changer in getting my puppy adjusted to his new home. To say Jon went above and beyond would be an understatement. I will definitely be going back!

Great food expensive sodas cost 4.00 difficult in getting app to read menu.easier if it was just printed. NEED some flowers around outside area near popham road to make it more attractive .
