They are ridiculous. Claiming they are too busy to take new clients. Don’t bother calling if you’ve never been here or haven’t been here for a while. They were about to book me as my dog has been there before but because she hasn’t been there for a while they suddenly changed their mind not to take my dog in.

Great job on my 75 lb mixed hound. She could be difficult, but these guys know what they are doing. Great experience for my dog, and for me. She looked great and enjoyed the visit. Will be going back for sure.

Best friends is great. I find them to be on time, gentle and nice. My 50 pound Labradoodle, Mo, has been a customer of Best Friends for almost two years. She's seven years old and isn't a fan of grooming, but that's not a big deal with Best Friends. I recommend them very highly.

Was thinking about bringing my Pom for grooming services but he is a nervous dog and noticed in the comments that the owner has specifically said that they don’t have time for dogs with issues. The responses I read in the comments shocked me as I’ve never seen such a poor customer service! Without customers, you are nothing!

Incredibly kind and skilled staff. I have enjoyed taking my 3 dogs there over the course of the past 15 years and their personalized service- from skunking episodes to one in his late elder years -was always above and beyond. But yes, they are busy. Plan ahead!

They do a wonderful job of groomig my dog...she hates her paws touched, but despite that after grooming she looks like she had a pedicure, neatly cut all that hair that grows on her paws...she looks beautiful when I pick her up...Katie is wonderful with her despite the fact that she is a nervous baby...

I called to see if I could make an appointment for my dog (at 845). Based on. The reviews, I thought I should give it a try. My dog is a mini collie and sometimes get anxious, but does NOT bite. I explained to the woman on the phone about my dogs behaviors, how she gets scared of the dryer and those little things. She told me of what she does not have time for and my dogs behaviors. She's extremely busy and as if my dog will be a burden. After my frustration she said we'll I can tey? At this point, no thanks. I will find someone compassionate enough to take my dog.

I have been going to Best Friends for over 15 years. The owner and staff are extremely nice and always take care of my pets. They cut them the way I ask and I have never had any issues.

Super friendly staff! Every time our dog, Cookie, comes home from the Best Friends Pet Grooming, he looks fantastic, clean and smells so good. Most importantly, they take care of our dog as one of their own.

Small shop along busy main street with parking in the back lot which was nice. The shop had many dogs being groomed all behaving well. Three Groomers including the Owner. There were holding cages for dogs so they dont run around until it's their turn but there were several dogs who were done, roaming, waiting for their Owners. The Maltese we left was pretty matted so although tiny in size, cost was $95. Made 2nd appointment to come again. Would reccomend highly. They had chairs to sit if you wanted to wait but most take 2+ hours.

Been coming here for years - we don’t take our doggies anywhere else. The owner and entire staff are wonderful and a pleasure to work with. Doggies are always happy and treated kindly. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place to bring your dog. The owner is very kind and warm hearted woman who took her time to explain some basics to me when I brought my first dog in. She got a great haircut and also smelled really nice.

My wife and I just picked up our dog CoCo. This is 100% the best he has ever looked since we got him. They treated him amazing he looks amamzing and he came home happy! We will be bringing him back there every 6 weeks and we highly recommend them to any pet owners

Called to make an appointment, very rough around the edges and snippy so decided not to make an appointment after all. I usually go to Pampered Paws in Hartsdale, they are courteous and do an amazing job. Pampered paws had a fire and I'm desperately awaiting their reopening.

My husband and I dropped off our fur baby Maltese Jazzie for the first time in this new for us grooming place. We found the business reliable, responsible and welcoming. Jazzie looks so cute and relaxed. We are so happy to find the new place comforting for Jazzie and for us. Very nasty owner, I went in one time to ask a question about grooming my dog and the lady which i believe is the owner was very nasty. Don't take your pet there.
