Stay away from this target if you are a person of color. My wife and I are valued members of Target and regular users of Target Circle, we spend thousands at Target every year. My black pregnant wife went to a promotional booth for Target Circle where they were giving out items including reusable bags. My wife grabbed a bag and one of the store associates rudely grabbed the bag out of her hands stating “these are only for if you have the app.” Not once did they ask to see the app for proof. We will avoid this store like the plague

This is the dirtiest target I’ve ever been to in my life. It’s disgusting, messy and has horrible customer service. This is the target off of sunrise highway in Sayville. Never going back and I wouldn’t suggest you go. Walmart is cleaner than this. Oh and if you have an issue target is so cheap it’ll give you a $5 gift card and what is that supposed to pay for, sales tax?! I mean if you really care about the customer do better and train your employees better.

Hispanics and African Americans are racially profiled at this store!!! While shopping I was obviously being followed by asset protection and was met by an employee at the front door asking for a receipt after my purchase at the front self serve register. It only took a walk to my car to figure out I was profiled, I went right back to customer service and returned $115 worth of items purchased, as many times as I shopped at Target I was never asked for a recepit at the door, in fact when I went back to return the purchase the employee was gone from the front door. I will never shop at any Target location ever again!!! What is this world coming to?? Shame on you Target

I love this target but I’ve tried way to many times to get someone on the phone for a 30 second quick question, I finally got someone on the phone and the answered I heard talking and I said hello about 3 times and then they hung up I left a very nice message so I’m hoping they call back I got something similar to what I was looking for but not it, and I’m not one to complain I understand during the holidays it gets crazy and my job as well but it definitely is something they need to work on or a manger needs to discuss with them. my question would of took less then a minute if they could of answered. Thank you and happy holidays!!

Seriously, Target for many different kinds of groceries are SERIOUSLY CHEAPER, then conventional grocery stores. This location has expanded their fresh and frozen foods ALOT....DEFINITELY worth checking out yourself

It's a good store has a Starbucks but from a man's perspective there's only clothes for generic people. Nothing will fit you unless you are a standard inventory turnover size. No sandals has a good store ask the girls I come here sometimes has necessities a very large parking lot. It just feels empty such a large store but low inventory.

My normal target. Today I placed an order and I am writing this review from the drive up sign. Where I have been waiting for 15 minutes. Multiple cars have arrived after me and have received their orders yet I am still waiting. The app says sorry for the wait but doesn’t make sense since others have received their orders in a timely manner. Unacceptable service form target. At this rate I could’ve went in and grabbed all my items on my own in less time than this “convenient” method.Update: after waiting nearly half an hour I go inside to ask about my order and they tell me that they gave my items to someone else and now multiple items I ordered are out of stock so to make right they gave me a $5 gift card. Unacceptable service coming from target. Someone walked away with free $90 of product and I get a bad experience and missing items.Update update: tried to use gift card and it was empty!!! was never even loaded with the $5.

After ordering a microwave online and getting an email that it is ready to be picked up, I went to pickup line and stood there aimlessly. One lady in front of me told me she had been waiting 10 minutes. After 5 more minutes she then decided to leave. After 10 minutes a woman took everyone’s name online. Then we were told to go over to the wall and wait. The lady behind just got fed up and Left. As I am writing this, I have been waiting almost 30 minutes. This is unacceptable! Why was I told my order was ready to be picked up? I would have gotten out of here sooner if I bought it myself.By all means avoid purchasing anything that needs to be picked up.

I have the target card, so I get 5% off everything. Best prices on things like cereal, paper products, even yogurt and milk. Self checkout not horrible, but they usually have at least one person checking out.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life . They are rude they hang up on you after you been on hold forever just to get information about a product so you don’t waste your time . Don’t ever call no one answers when they do it’s rude beyond words !!

How can anybody be dissatisfied with Target? They nearly always have what you are looking for. The store is always immaculate. They have the 'order ahead and drive up' system where you can order online and they bring your purchases to the car. Do you need underwear? Check target has it, do you need a carton of milk or bread flour? Check check target has it. Could not be happier with the store.

Poor review based on attempted purchase through Target app for pickup at Sayville store. Cannot select anyone else to pick up a recent order. Absolute pain in the hide. Walmart doesn't make you jump through hoops to pick up online orders and often has better prices.Target: Expect Less, Pay More

Your new system for in store pickup is completely asinine. It's bad enough that you still have the big sign saying "order pickup" at the front of the store where customers used to go to pickup online orders. What's worse is that after standing there for ten minutes the employee processing returns suddenly gains the gift of peripheral vision and asks if you're here to pick up, as if someone would be standing in no man's land in front of the pickup sign for any other reason. THEN you learn that the new pickup area is a tiny kiosk all the way in the back of the store. And when you show your order barcode, the employee at the kiosk still has to walk to the backrooms to retrieve your item. You all know that in store pickup is meant to save time, right?

I have to say Target gets two stars because I think the employee who bring your ordered items to you curbside are great. Friendly, helpful and courteous.But it stops there.On three separate occasions I ordered laundry detergent. Usually different brands, but that’s not the issue.Why I’m so disgusted is because on the three occasions I mentioned I ordered the largest size container available, and I paid for these items the price set for the size ordered.However, at least three times (maybe more through inattention) I received a smaller sized container than I ordered and paid for.The first time shame on me for not saying anything. The second time I wrote a critical review when asked to submit one from Target.I never heard a peep back about my complaint.This third time I tried multiple times calling the store and nobody answers the phone. No one.So here we are. Disgruntled and frustrated.I really do believe what Target is doing is an illegal practice and someone should bring them to task for it. Maybe someone reading this within a position of authority who can better pursue this complaint.They must be making a mint, charging for the larger size and providing a smaller product. This has to be illegal. And very profitable for them.I’m sure I’m not the only one who has this complaint. And like me many just shrug and move on, the first time.But three times? Really? Am I supposed to believe these are mere coincidence, sheer happenstance?I think not. At least, not anymore.Shame on you Target stores for preying on people like me on a fixed income and with no voice.

After the remodel it's DEFINITELY less accessible.The fitting rooms now have ONE family/handicap fitting room, and you have to make sure there's an employee, because they block it off with the returns cart. Getting into the room is almost easy. Getting out can be actually painful.

I go to Target a few time's a month. Usually to look around. But also because a few of my product's I use are cheaper at Target. Also some of the food there is cheaper than t big super markets. Also the workers are very helpful, and if you have a smart phone, you can earn point's, that can be used as money. Last month I saved over 20$, with points and sale Price's. So yes I would recommend this store to others

At self checkout I scanned my items and was being watched the entire time. Then security stopped my sister and I at the door and demanded our receipt. Why ? When everyone else was walking out freely… mind you we only bought a handful of items that obviously were scanned and visibly able to determine that they were. He scanned the receipt and made sure everything was on there item by item. Again I don’t understand as to why we were fixed on while everyone else at self checkout was walking out freely without checking their receipt. I feel as if I was being racially profiled.

Target tells you what you need! Go inside for a few things & come out with a cart full of things you never knew you needed. Clean store, big parking lot. Drive Up pick up service was great.

I have always loved Target in Sayville…the new remodel is AMAZING. I wanted to give a shoutout to the hardworking team on drive-up…always kind and courteous…in brutal winter weather, downpours, and summer heat…always smiles on their faces.

This target is only a few minutes from my job. I stop in sometimes on my way home or on my way into work. I really like this location! The store has been clean the times I have gone in, the aisles are usually organized and I love the set up. The only thing I wish is they had more self checkout stations. Other than that I really enjoy stopping in and shopping around.

Attempted to purchase some items but was denied. Then I was told security is watching me after I left the items in a cart and paid for the items I could get. This made me feel as if I was stealing items I was paying for. Thinking about it I should have left every thing and go to another store. This store will never get any of my money or services again
