When I dropped mini macaroni off I said she’s a sweetie. But she was in fact not a sweetie!!! 😂😂Our last groomer just told us she was a little scared, but what the fluff told us the truth: mini Mac needs a little help to go to the groomers. We’re so grateful she told us because now we can get her some support before we take her.Jess was so kind and texted me every step of the way to tell me how she was doing and help us figure out how to make her comfy at her next grooming session. Mini Mac was scared and Jess took extra time and attention to make sure she was as comfortable as possible. If she’s able to take care of my wiggly, yappy tripod terrier she can take care of your (I am sure better behaved!) dog too.Also look how cute she is!!!! And she smells amazing. I’m really grateful that she took special care of my dog and helped her through her grooming session and texted me throughout. 10/10! Won’t go anywhere else.

I can't say enough good things about the groomer! She is amazing! We have a standard poodle, and he is always hard to groom because of the very thick coat. Not only Jessica gave him a fantastic haircut, but he also felt comfortable (he is a nervous type) because she was so gentle. One of the very best grooming experiences! Highly recommend! Would have give more than five stars if I could!

My pup Whispers won't go ANYWHERE except What The Fluff! Whatever magic Jessica has puts Whispers completely at ease and comfortable as opposed to any other place he has been...not to mention he comes out gorgeous!

Being a city transplant here, I was looking for good groomer around here for my golden doodle nd I got really lucky, I think, having this place around. From the 7 odd times I have gotten my dog groomed in the city, this place here has been the absolute best I think. Every suggestion/request was accommodated, I could tell from the cut around sensitive parts how professionally and nicely they had handled it ( In the city, folks are in such a rush that they use hot razor on privates and were always burning the skin off leading to infections). Not here. They are very good! Highly recommend.

I love this pet salon. Was disappointed in some visits to another groomer. Jessica is more reasonable and you can tell she really loves the dogs. She is a certified groomer.

I can't sing praises to Jessica & Vanessa enough. They are just wonderful. I took my 12 1/2 year old Afghan Hound who has begun to experience some mobility issues for grooming & they handled him with so much care. He came home clean, comfortable & smelling so good. It's all about the dogs here. They are simply lovely!

Been using Jessica's services for 2 years now. She is excellent with our pets. We've tried other groomers but found our pets were traumatized. Jessica takes care of our pets as if they were her own. Pets always come back happy. Prices are very reasonable. Your pets will be in good hands in her care. Recommend her highly.

This was my first experience bringing my 70 lb golden doodle to What the Fluff. Jessica was very responsive right from the start and helped me find a time slot that made it easy for me to fit in my schedule. Communication before the appointment was very good. On the day of the appointment she greeted us and spent some time getting to know Claribel and talking with me about what my vision was for her. During the grooming Jessica texted me to let me know if any deviation was needed from the “plan”.My pup came out beautiful but, even more important, happy! She was often nervous looking after other grooming experiences but not this time. Jessica really knows how to put your baby at ease.Highly recommend!

I discovered Jess when I having a lot of health issues and needed to spend about a week away in appointments. It was super stressful trying to find good pet care. I had at least three people in place, and each one suddenly flaked. My appointment date was nearing and if I rescheduled, it would be for next year. A good friend recommended Jess. We had never met, but I texted her my request, explained my situation, and included a picture of Copper, the little dog in question who needed a temporary home. Jess got right back to me with a Yes. It was so amazing! Then she sent me pictures of her home and yard, and she picked Copper up at my house. 🙏🏻 When she told me she had cameras in her house so she could keep an eye on her dogs, and that she was never gone for more than four hours, I knew she was an absolute gift. While Copper stayed with her, Jess sent me pics of how happy he was. And at the end of the week, when she dropped him back off, he was so sad to see her go that his little body dropped, and he didn’t eat his dinner! Additionally, Jess groomed my older dog, who’s got a lot of anxiety and hates baths, and she stayed so calm! I’d recommend Jess and What the Fluff to all dog owners. ❤️🙏🏻

Jessica is a skilled groomer who has been keeping my standard poodle looking great since we got him as a puppy. Being able to have him groomed at home makes for a stress-free experience for him; he tries to give her kisses while she grooms him. Jessica was a wonderful person to find while searching for a perfect groomer for my , admittedly, spoiled little princess. She greeted us at the door, listened to everything I said and followed through on all my requests in terms of what I needed and wanted for my dogs grooming. Amazing grooming experience- my dog has general and separation anxiety, he also has many cysts and growths all over his body that are uncomfortable for him as well as sensitive paws so he requires an extra gentle touch. I can always tell when he has been treated with patience and gentleness by his level of anxiety when we return home. After he got groomed here for the first time he was totally chill and at ease when we got home. He was matted on his chest which I forgot to tell them about when i dropped him off and the groomer was so on point that they texted me during the appointment to inform me of the matted area and rather than go the route of using de-matting brushes they opted to just cut the area shorter to avoid the pain of brushing out mats which imo is a sign of a good groomer who actually cares about the dogs comfort and wellbeing. This groomer also doesn't use kennel cages which I think was very helpful in his level of comfort during the process because he was able to be free instead of caged. ALSO he smelled SO good (and this is a dog whose face gets super stinky super fast!). He was given a blueberry facial which kept him smelling sooooo good for days after even with his typical stink activating behavior. I've only gone here once so far but feeling confident enough in their level of care to post this: 10/10.

What The Fluff is AWSOME!!!!!!. Jessica is great with our Benny. He is Spinone Italiano / Poodle mix & his hair is kinda wirey & Jess is terrific with him. When we pull into her place Benny gets all excited & can't wait to see her. Highly recommend What The Fluff if you have a canine.

Fantastic groomer! She was so friendly and patient with my husky, I was genuinely surprised that she was able to trim my dog’s nails as she is normally very difficult about it, and my pup was so calm and relaxed when we came to pick her up. Excellent experience all around, I would highly recommend!
