I ordered a item online and it said I could purchase it with a big lots credit card for six months with 0% financing which I did and it shows the last four digits when I went to check out, but there was error and told me to call the customer service number which I did and the person on the phone told me I had to wait for the physical card in hand to purchase anything if I was buying something today, why would I wait for a card in the mail for four weeks to make a purchase that I was doing today? Very poor customer service and misleading

This store has everything you can need from frozen food to patio sets. The prices are normal - not pricey or super cheap. The staff we spoke to was pleasant. It has a weird vibe like it's going out of business - I don't know how someone can change that - if they could get a better vibe in the store would be a better shopping experience.Large selection of frames, decorations etc.

Not only does this store offer the best values, but the best staff. A few weeks ago, my grandmother, daughter and I were shopping when my grandmother suddenly became violently ill. At least three of the staff there stepped right in to offer any assistance to us to make sure my grandmother was taken care of. They helped her to find a comfortable place to sit, stayed with her and comforted her while my daughter and I ran to get the car to take her to the hospital. They didn't know us and that didn't matter. They are the kind of people that make me want to keep shopping there. I am proud to have such wonderful people in my community.In addition, I always for there when I need a good deal on quality items. They have a really great selection of storage solutions for my home in addition to their many other offerings.

If you know what to expect from a Big Lots then you know what to expect here. I love it!You have to search a little bit staff is knowledgeable and helpful and items are prices to sell. There's a little bit of everything, food, toys, home goods, car, beauty, outdoor, toiletries and cleaning, all at the lowest prices.If you don't like looking for bargains and searching through items for what you want, you will not like it. If you're like me and need to find the things you like at a very low price this is your place!I find items that would sell for 10 times the price, and often good quality ones. But it takes a little time.

It's kind of hard to describe a big lots since what they have is so random. They're good for seasonal stuff, toys (provided you aren't looking for anything specific), and inexpensive furniture. They also have several isles of junk food.There is another side of the store that I never go to. I'm pretty sure there are dragons in it.

Good prices, clean store. Only thing was went there for a recliner that online said they had 2 when we got there they only had 1 and it was the floor model which I was told they could not sell because of covid-19. I would of gave a 5 star if they had what I went there for. That store is over an hour away !,

I love big lots. This one is one of my favorite stores. It's always clean and things are easier to find than some other locations. Great prices, and almost always have what I am looking for!

hell yeah! I love big lots! The staff is always so friendly and they don't stalk you around like people do in Walmart assuming you're stealing things.. (PS I'm totally not, I just fit the profile I guess... And hang out in the makeup/hair products aisles for a long time lol)

It is what it is. From a family of big stores, this has food, furmiture, toys, pet stuff, cosmetics, cheap electronics and a whole lot more. Don't depend that what you saw last month will still be there, it comes through in lots. When that sells out, new stuff comes in. You can find some nice bargins.Seasonal goodies. Right now Valentines Day, St.Patricks and Easter are starring. Garden stuff and patio furniture is on display.

Typical Big lots fare. Very clean and organized. Respectful and polite staff. One of Big Lots' better managed locations. Furniture is a great buy, you get Ashley furniture without the Ashley price.

Good deals on cheap items for the house. If you enjoy only the finer things in life that are the highest quality, then this store is NOT for you! ;) If you like 12 rolls toilet paper for $4.44; discounted Ian's pet food; and CoverGirl & Revlon nail polish for $1, then you'll Love it here.The Managers a hoot, too! He hires local teens and some are very nice but a few are clueless, but hey, they need 1st jobs and this is the perfect place to train them in for work.I like that they're open till 9pm on weeknights and have cheap furniture, curtains, low end tech (like phone chargers etc) and occasional awesome deals on stuff they're trying to sell quickly. They also have seasonal aisles with markdowns after the season ends, which means 10¢ bags of candy and Christmas ornaments etc.

Love the seasonal sales. Ive gotten a lot of pet products from Big Lots with good discounts. Theres always something new on the shelves that I find a place for in my home. Lol

We usually stop there on our annual Christmas sweet run to Krause's in Saugarties, NY!!! That Big Lots seems to have a much wider selection of merchandise & the people are very nice!!! We like it!!!

I asked if they had an item. They said: "I don't think so".Look today all we have to do is punch a word into the computer and we will know for sure if you've got it or not.I had to drive 20 miles to a store who knows how to use their computers.

Theres a new big lots on kingston where Burlington coat factory used to be. Its clean shelves stocked and friendly people especially Isabella she works the register

Plethora of items at reasonable prices. Maybe too much variety of large stuff such as furniture taking up space that could be used for expanding other more day-to-day merchandise. The region is swamped with food stores and furniture already. I still like going there for the seemingly unique items.

Meh. The store isn't bad, just not what I expected. I expect Lot stores to have more varieties of the lots of actual useable merchandise, like Odd Lot or Ollies. This was more for furniture buying. The actual other products were average fair and priced slightly higher than other lot/discount stores.

It's what you would expect from a markdowns store. Sometimes you find really good items for significantly cheaper than the standard store, and other times not as much. Either way, it's worth a look and you may find something you like.
