Overall great experience and we cannot wait to go again in the Fall. We are already planning to go back. My family booked one tent and one airstream. One thing to note about the tent is that it is not entirely enclosed with just an opening in the front. All four sides are open on the bottom. The mattress inside the tent was SO comfortable! Luckily, we had no issues with bugs due to the weather (low 40s at night, high 60s during the day). The airstream was perfect, heat controlled, great bathroom fan, but water pressure was low, which is expected. This is the first time my parents cannot stop talking about a trip. They enjoyed it so much. We also went during the week so it was less busy, less crowded.Thank you so much to Emma (Manager) and the team for providing our family's first camping experience to be such a pleasant one. We made so many memories in three days, thanks to you all! THANK YOU!

This place great not too far from North NJ. Staff was extremely friendly. The cabin we stayed at was nice decent size for a small family of four but at the same time we’re not a big/tall family so we were able to fit no problem. I’m 5’4 my wife 5’1 and my son and daughter are only 4 years old and 1 year old. So definitely Consider booking a bigger space, if they have, if you have a bigger family. The cabin we stayed at didn’t have a formal dining table or even a pull out table inside the cabin but they have a small table and some folding tables inside so just be mindful of that. However they do have an outdoor dining table but if it’s a rainy day you have no choice but to go inside. Now the place do serve food and they have a menu so if you don’t feel like cooking or you want more space their lounging “common” area have plenty of room and tables. It’s fun to bring your family and friends. They have board games and weekly activities for the guest so they have something to do as a group. The only thing I probably didn’t like is the check out is way too early which is at 10am but other than everything else was great

Autocamp Catskills is the place to visit! My family and I had a great stay. Our cabin was cute and comfortable. It had all of the things we needed for our short stay. The clubhouse was great and very clean. It had lots of activities that kept both adults and kids entertained. From the bar, to the live music, to the table games, we always had something to do.All of the staff were great, but Kory was our guy! His personality and warmth made us feel right at home. He made check in / out super easy, kept the drinks flowing at the bar, and was able to answer all of our questions and concerns. We would come back just for that simple fact!Hopefully the next time we come back we will be able to explore more of the surrounding area, but you can’t go wrong with a stay at this site. Hands down great experience!

It’s a wonderful experience. The airstream suite is surprisingly spacious and comfortable for me (6ft 1in).It is very clean and well maintained and has everything inside the airstream suite. We spent a lot of time in the clubhouse and common areas. They have live music, yoga/fitness classes, communal fire pit, local small business expo. They allow pets and most of the things are very pet friendly. It is easy to get to from New York City area. The staff is very warm and friendly.Rooms: The airstream suite is spacious and very comfortable. My wife and I and our dog had a very comfortable stay. There was a futon and could have accommodated 2 other people if needed.

This charming little caravan spot offers a tranquil and comfortable getaway, perfect for small families or couples looking for a retreat. Equipped with a grill, guests can bring their own food and charcoal for a barbecue experience. The caravan itself is well-appointed, featuring amenities such as a small TV with screen casting capabilities and a bathroom with a toilet. The staff are incredibly warm and patient, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. It's a wonderful place that I would visit again.

AutoCamp was perfect for our much needed getaway from our busy lives. The airstreams were clean, cozy and had all the necessities. We brought extra cooking tools but overall, they had the necessities. The staff at Catskills was also amazing! Everyone was so nice, warm and inviting, especially Kory. He made sure we had everything we needed and was constantly checking in to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We spent extra time in the clubhouse due to the snow, but they had everything we needed. The food was great, the little shop had extra essentials, and they had extra games which we got to enjoy. Overall, we had a great time!Rooms: Clean and cozy!Food & drinks: Great food and drinks!

We had an amazing, albeit short, stay at Autocamp Catskills. The service was amazing, welcoming and friendly. Cory at the front desk was super nice as well as patient and smiling with my children’s endless questions. The family cabin was a tad small for 5 of us, and I misunderstood the wording on the website of “two bunk beds”- it’s only one bunk bed, so I guess they meant two bunks? We made it work though! The cabin as well as the bathrooms in the main clubhouse were perfectly clean and fresh. The main queen bed and bedding was super comfortable! We had a great time and will definitely be back! The location was perfect for us as well, about 35 minutes from Hunter Mountain, which was our main destination.

We loved our stay at Autocamp. The airstream was beautiful. The bed was super comfortable and the bedding felt high quality. Staff were friendly and efficient. You can't beat the prices for happy hour drinks. The complementary granola was excellent and so was the coffee. The food and drinks were made quickly and were of very good quality. There were a couple disappointing aspects of our stay. One was how dirty the floors in the entire airstream were. I ended up cleaning them myself to ensure they were clean enough. I had read other guests having issues with the cleanliness of their rooms as well so I hope management is aware and can address the issue. Other guests used the wagons to transport luggage and such from their car to their accommodations but didn't return them back to the centralized location so we had no wagon to get our stuff to the airstream and needed to make several trips. It would've been helpful if staff members were on the grounds making sure that the wagons went back. More bikes for the guests would've been a nice extra.Rooms: Beautiful and comfortable bedding. The cleanliness of the floors could've been better.Food & drinks: Happy hour from 4-6pm was an awesome perk.Noteworthy details: Eco-friendly

This was a super relaxing yet fun time for my solo adventure weekend! You will meet people and can hang out in the clubhouse (loved the daily happy hour) or retreat to your air stream / cabin for alone time! While the air streams are near each other you have your own outside seating area so its perfect! I felt safe knowing others were near but no one bothers you so you still have time alone! I enjoyed the morning yoga which was a great start to the day! The staff is super helpful and nice! Shoutout to Corey, he's a gem at this place! He was so kind and helpful. I will def be back soon!

I visited auto camp for my nephews 1st birthday party. Our family had such a great time at this location and will definitely be coming back again! The staff were great and super helpful and friendly. One specifically stood out; “Mama Jenn” !!! She was super personable and just overall great. She took great care of us at the bar LOL. We will be coming back again to visit the site but mainly for “mama Jenn” 😂❤️

Upon arrival at our campsite, there was cigarette butts and chicken wing bones around the fire (thank god my baby can’t walk and I didn’t have my dog). This would have taken a minute or two to pick up. There was no body wash, it was empty. The floors were dirty and it just smelled “musty” and slightly moldy inside. The bar was out of items to make the spicy margarita (1 of only 3 cocktails), and out of the beer my husband wanted. The food was NOT good. I was hoping to not have to leave at all, which is why I chose Autocamp, but with limited drink options and the food not palatable we were forced to go out and eat/drink. The drinks I did have, some were strong and some just tasted like nothing but margarita mix. I understand markups, but $20 for a bundle of wood? We purchased bundles down the road (the same exact ones, kiln dried) for $6-$9 a bundle. And again, $55 for a bottle of wine that’s $19 in stores. Marking up is fine, I understand you need to make a profit, but that is just robbery. If you really want people to spend more money in the long run, make it more affordable. Not to mention, the dinky $20 smores kit that not only did not taste good but came was with enough to make EXACTLY 4 ($5 per smore is kind of laughable). Not a great business strategy as it will force majority to get these items down the road since it’s not a secluded area.Godforbid we were traveling with a family of 4 or 5, might as well stay at an actual luxury resort for those prices with luxury service. The list of suggested nearby attractions & food was awful. We ended up doing our own research and found great meals in downtown saugerties, none of which were listed. We also found great historical sites/sightseeing also not listed. Some Employees not only looked like they did not want to be there, but you can’t tell who’s an employee or who’s a guest because no one wears autocamp attire to differentiate themselves as an employee. I’m on vacation, I’d like to be greeted with a “good morning” at the bare minimum. Big beautiful planters, full of dead plants. The place just looked sad tbh. There are so many missed opportunities for social media (free advertisement)I have tent camped, glamped, stayed at 5-star resorts, etc, you name it, and if you’re going to advertise yourself as an elevated glamping experience, you greatly missed the mark.

I’ve never done camping or glamping before but my girlfriend and I decided to get away from the city and have a peaceful weekend trip while trying something new. The airstream was clean and well designed, practically emulating luxury furnishings. If you are used to camping, you will find this an attractive upgrade. However, the customer service was not up to par nor was the internet or TV connection. There was essentially no internet connection available and the TV did not work. Like I get that this is kind of an unplugging trip but we are still in the middle of the woods so it would be nice to have internet connection of some sort. All I was told by staff was essentially “too bad”. The water pressure was low as well which seemed minor but turned me completely off from the glamping experience. Some hotels nearby offered a free s’mores kit. Here, we were left to fend for ourselves with expensive firewood. Overall, this was an overpriced stay. But what sealed the deal for me to never come back here again was the lack of staff at the front desk while checking in and out. Being that this is the first and last point of contact, I was taken aback each time when there was no one available at the front desk. There wasn’t even a bell available. Being in hospitality for many years, this rubbed me the wrong way especially after paying $200+ a night.Overall, I’d recommend here if you’ve been camping before and have money to burn.

We booked the Premium Aistream because it was advertised as secluded from the rest of the campgrounds, for a quieter stay. This is just not true. Airstreams are arranged one next to the other with little to no privacy or seclusion at all. The “Premium” you pay for is just for the orientation of the airstream facing the woods, but still crowded one next to the other.Staff swing from nice to passive-aggressive. I bought two firewood bundles prior to my stay and were not delivered to our Airstream, asked the guy in the reception who said they were going to send but never did, so I had to go and take them myself. Also, staff are constantly driving the golf carts as F1 cars through the property.Cleanliness of the rooms are really not great, with hairs from previous guests all over our room. Having said that, the airstreams have been refurbished really nice and everything is of good quality, from the coffee maker to the main room mattress to the hand soap and body lotion. The main lobby is really nice and they have live music and games, which is great for the kids. We had a great time with our two kids

I had an amazing reset with my family at AutoCamp Catskills. Kory’s hospitality made our visit very joyful and it felt close to home. Every encounter with staff we had was very helpful and pleasant. Highly recommended! I definitely plan on revisiting sometime soon and hopefully all AutoCamp locations I can check off the list with my family.

All in all a great experience if you're looking for a quick getaway from the hustle and bustle, but the rooms weren't as advertised. There was no sky light and the curtains in the bedroom were almost transparent. Cleanliness also up to par. For example, an Ice cream container was left in the freezer from previous guest and the water tray below was dirty, hair strands were left on the sink in the bathroom as well as stains left near the wall by the toilet. The WiFi signal kept going out and router needed to be reset almost every 2 hours. For the price you'd expect to be serviced well but that wasn't the case on my end. Also wished they delivered food and drinks to the cabin. Other than that the place as a nice aesthetic to it and the addition of the campfire pit was wonderful.

Came here for our 1 year wedding anniversary and they gifted us with a free s’mores kit and bundle of wood with a letter. The check in host was so hospitable at our night check in.The airstream was warm and cool as it needed to be with the heating system. The airstream had a built in sound system. The water was warm in the shower! The camp house was BEAUTIFUL! And made me want to check out every other Autocamp! My wife absolutely loved it.

Went to Autocamp Catskills for two nights as a surprise for my boyfriend’s birthday and it did not disappoint! The property is so adorable. The main clubhouse is gorgeous with an indoor and outdoor fire lit at all times. Games for adults and children to play, and a nice bar that has happy hour every day from 4-6! The airstreams are so cute and cozy but they are small so definitely wouldn’t recommend more than two people.A gentleman by the name of Kory was a real rockstar for us. Assisted with our bags, great conversation and just all around helpful. Great guy!One thing is that it’s very kid friendly, so if you’re someone who has an aversion to kids (like myself), maybe avoid going during school holidays or peak family vacation times. It’s also dog friendly so if you have an obsession with dogs (like myself), there’s many around that want all the pets and belly rubs!Seriously can’t wait to go back!

Camping in the quiet surroundings, fresh air, and clean nature was a fun and unique opportunity in my repetitive daily life. The overall service at the auto camping site was friendly and the facilities were clean, but the accommodations were a bit cramped. The living room and kitchen are very small, so this is something to consider when choosing a room. Seeing the starry night sky during your stay is a beautiful experience that will be remembered for a lifetime.

The cabin is soooo much bigger than I expected, loved everything but the amenities. The sofa was stained, no pot in the room at first, but the kind staffs gave us everything that we need. You can message them 24hrs whenever you have any questions or problems, so even though you forgot something or need anything so sudden, you will able to get help from them.Food & drinks: I highly recommend to bring your own food even there is a dining cafe in the clubhouse. They only have the basic menus.

It was my 1st “luxury-side” camping trip. When comparing with other campgrounds, autocamp is 4star.When comparing with hotels, it is 2.5 stars.Cons : The cabins(even though it was premium) are next to each other. Very close. No internet/ no television service( maybe, i was unlucky )Pans and pots too bad quality. Cannot use them.Pros: friendly staffs. Concierge building has almost everything. Such as free coffee and tea.Cleanness.

The AutoCamp Catskills experience for our family's Thanksgiving holiday met our every expectation.Reservation experience: The company's easy to navigate website and post-booking communication are top-notch.Check-in: The friendly greeting by a representative at the front desk set the tone for arrival day. We arrived two-hours prior to check-in, and fortunately, our room was ready.Move-in: The actual campground sites are designed to be vehicle free. Vehicles are parked in a parking lot. Rolling carts of various sizes are available to pack luggage and other provisions to your suite. Walking to our campsite didn't take long and it was an enjoyable experience. We appreciate not having the noise and clutter of vehicles near our suite. It's all pedestrian traffic. Our Suite: We've camped in various settings but never in an Airstream. This was part of the attraction to AutoCamp and it did not disappoint. The clean, retro design of the Airsteam was a nostalgic tribute to a different era. Our suite was clean and well equipped.Staff Responsiveness: Hands-down, the staff aim to please. They are friendly and responsive. As we sat for dinner, we discovered our bottle opener was missing. One call to the on-duty staff and they whisked a replacement to us in minutes...all with a smile.Would we stay again? Absolutely. We're already planning our next visit.

This is an amazing venue for so many things— weddings, corporate events, or a simple glamping getaway. The club house, trailers, and cabins are all gorgeously designed with everything you need for a relaxing stay, and in a great location central to so many lovely Hudson Valley towns, all within a short drive. We love bringing our giant game rentals here for events as they have both the perfect lawn and covered patio / indoor space for them! Management and staff are always lovely to work with, too. We can't recommend AutoCamp Catskills more highly!

My friend and I booked a last minute trip to Autocamp Catskills for New Year's Eve - wanting to do something fun without the crowds and craziness of NYC. In just a two hour drive, we were transported to a lovely little glamping oasis that was the perfect amount of nature + amenities. We will definitely come back for a longer stay. It's a perfect place to hideout and cozy up to read, write, draw, and anything our creative heart desires. Thank you for the perfect setting to start 2024. But PS, your cocktail menu was a bit limited, and you definitely need to add an espresso martini :-)Rooms: Clean and modern and very very livable for long staysSafety: You're in the woods but close enough to small towns for dining and shoppingFood & drinks: Good general store with snacks and things; the menu had enough to feed your hunger, but don't expect anything fancy or tasty

I decided on my birthday I would love to spend it outdoors with nature. It may sound boring to others, however I love nature. It was my first time discovering Autocamp Catskills & may I just say I don’t regret staying in.Their customer service was impressive and they were very helpful. The reception room was beautiful they had a huge tree filled with notes, games that you can play as a group or family. A nearby bar and a small store filled with books, sweaters, stickers & other merchandise. You won’t have trouble parking! The rooms are modern, cozy and spacious for two people. I actually loved it! Plus the bed was soooo comfy I didn’t want to get out LOLPlus I love the fact in the room I stayed, there was a coffee with different flavors, utensils, plates and even a stove!Overall, I had such a wonderful time staying in and also driving around the town.I also give it 5 starts because after my birthday dinner, my partner and I got stuck by the gate. Unfortunately, I wasn’t told about the code but once I called the receptionist, they immediately answered and provided us the code and we made it to our room safely. My fellow travelers when you get a chance take a look at your window. There’s a fire pit and lots of woods that makes you wonder if a bear is coming LOLTo me it felt like nirvana 💚I will definitely come back soon and hopefully I can stay for 3 days!Thank you AutoCamp 🌲

We had high hopes for our new year's trip to the autocamp catskills. We rented one of the cabins available on the site for the long weekend. On checking in, they assigned us to a cabin which was no more than 10 feet walking distance from the main clubhouse, where families and guests are encouraged to congregate and socialize. For an experience billed as camping, we were surprised about the proximity to the public space. Upon entering the cabin, a small note mentioned a woman named Grace had cleaned/prepared the space for us. Next to said note, was grease splatter along the kitchen cabinets / stove top which had clearly not been wiped up from the guests before us. When we went to the bedroom, the real treat began. The bedroom not only faced directly into the public clubhouse, offering no privacy to the space, but the curtains installed were partially transparent, allowing clear vision into the bedroom if any lights inside the cabin were turned on. Given the small size of the cabin, we found this very uncomfortable and invasive. After voicing our concerns, we were told, twice, maintenance would be over to take a look which did not occur. On the second day, a very rude and unhelpful maintenance person named Roy came by, after we had asked for a third time. Roy does not seem to be proficient in maintenance, but instead in gaslighting, telling us "no one has ever made a problem about this before". He offered solutions to "not use the bedroom with lights on" or to "try to hang blankets up to cover the windows" - not exactly 5 star "glamping" service as touted on autocamps website. A number of other small errors, including a faulty heating unit (did not heat to pre-specified temperature, only on/off functions) one of two campfire chairs with a handle broken off, a used/dirty sponge for cleaning dishes, and a front door which was often jammed when opening, culminated in a very frustrating experience. The only redeeming aspect of Autocamp was a very apologetic front desk man who did end up comping a portion of our food and stay for the difficulties. In the future, I would pick camping in a tent, which would afford more actual privacy than the setup at Autocamp Catskills.

My husband and our dogs had a wonderful experience at Autocamp Saugerties NY. We went for NYE weekend and the property was nicely decorated with lights everywhere. The airstream comfortably fit us both and our two dogs and I love how each airstream also has its own little outdoor fire pit area. The clubhouse is open 24 hrs and has everything you need for a short visit and also has a kitchen, bar and hosts events. We took advantage of booking the sound bath event and it was a great way to ring in the new year. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you are exploring the area we recommend checking out Woodstock Brewing - which is about 25 mins from the Autocamp. Looking forward to visiting Autocamp again and checking out the other Autocamp locations.
