We had a room reserved for 2 days. Drove all the way from Iowa. We pulled into the parking lot and my husband got out of the car. And the lady at the front desk came out YELLING at us that he hit her car. And he said no I didn’t there is no more mam. And she just kept yelling that we hit her car. So we canceled our reservation and went across the street to the Chaffee Lodge the front desk man there was SO nice and Friendly!!! Good rooms! Go there instead

while the rooms are clean all the furniture and appurtenances are old and worn out. The have direct TV but very limited viewing. While there is no smoking in the corridors/halls once the staff is off the premises people smoke in the the halls and the place stinks. There is no staff in the building after 10 pm. and often the staff leaves as early as 8 pm if business is slow.

Family friendly but mainly for Travelers, and commuters. Monthly rates available but mostly accommodating to singles and couples. Vending machine, drinks, microwaves, fridge, tv, satellite, showers, double beds, attendant till closing. Smoking from back/porch doors. Some smoking rooms. Outdated but in process of renovation and ownership. Has "original" atmosphere. Parking on site and wake up calls available. Expensive for what's included.Checkout @ 11am, or charges $20 per hour every hour after.

The Motel is outdated and dingy. The fridge did not work from the start and the lady said we must had done something to break it. The ceiling had visible smoke stains. In addition, the light bulb exploded with no contact and there was a trash can under the sink to catch a leak. This is a small list of what we found in that disaster they called a room. Do NOT stay here.

Old school environment. It has a homey feel to it. Not too bad. Not the greatest. Cool on the summer, warm in the winter. It is clean, no mice, no bugs. Floors look good. Walls er clean. TV. Clean bathrooms. Affordable for short stays.👍👍

I had a great experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I stayed with them during hunting season. I had a hot shower and a comfortable bed. I don't need much more than that.

If you're down near Arcade, NY and need a place to stay for a few days, you could do far worse than Ben's. Locally owned and operated, reasonably stable Wi-Fi and cable included in price, interior and exterior room exits on all rooms, and inexpensive to boot.

Horrible place go across the street to Josies motel I stayed at bens motel there were bed bugs we informed them and they laughed in our face and said it was a beetle we took the bug we captured in a baggy and looked it up on line and asked a exterminator and for sure was a bed bug bites all over my legs and arms and back horrible customer service there.....bad place never again will I stay...would post pictures if it would allow me

The DIRTIEST...NASTIEST PLACE I'VE EVER STAYED...I LEFT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT..IT SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN IMMEDIATELY BY THE HEALTH DEPT
