Pharmacist very very rude. I was being nice until she started talking over me and arguing. Very unprofessional and disrespectful to what I was saying. This place has given me problems now twice. Do better. And do more training and research about trans Healthcare.

12/10/22 While I live in Saratoga I prefer to shop elsewhere because I find too often the people in general in this town can be rude and unhelpful. This evening though I decided to patronize the Walgreens on Rt 50 near Walmart and I can not be happier with my dealings with both the salesperson and the manager I dealt with. Extremely helpful and patient. I will be patronizing this store in the future.

I agree with other reviewers that the pharmacy personnel are a disgrace especially the female pharmacy tech. They work in a field that requires warm compassionate employees. The staff are cold, rude individuals. They stop taking patients through the drive up window before the stated closing time. They delay transfer of prescriptions to other pharmacies if they disagree with you. They don’t answer the phone! They should lose their accreditation. The pharmacy across the street is SO much better!!

This location has been my go-to for Covid testing, even more so since the West Ave location had problems with the NAAT test. It appears that the problem is not isolated as I was tested early this morning but have yet to receive results. Got tested elsewhere because I was scheduled for a booster shot this afternoon. Don't use Walgreens at either location for time-sensitive Covid testing.Update 1/13/23Went for Rapid NAAT test following a holiday trip. Advertised turnaround on results is several hours, has now been over 24 hours with no results. Called location said I needed to call a different nber to determine if my test had been done. This is repeat non-performance so beware if you have a time-sensitive need for COVID test results.

I know this sounds like an odd request, but for some reason behind one of your counters is a huge wedding picture that I immediately recognized - the bride in that picture is a childhood crush of mine who broke my heart VERY badly and seeing pictures from her wedding is extremely painful for me. I would appreciate it of you moved it to a place where I won't be able to see it next time I visit your store.

If I could give them a zero I would. The pharmacy is very rude. The people behind the counter at the regular Walgreens not just a pharmacy don't listen and they talk inappropriate to each other and ignore the customer.

The photo service was very bad. The sales assistant was not communicative at all- she did not replied back to a single thing I said to her. The photos she made were with bad quality AND they still charged my with 30$. Ridiculous!

I waited on the phone for 18 minutes to ask the pharmacy a question (the whole time it said there was 1 caller ahead of me) and eventually hung up out of frustration. I called another pharmacy and got the answer I needed in less than a minute.
