The people there were amazing and helped so much in me purchasing the trailer and the needed items for the hitch to pull it. The only thing is someone should have noticed and taken out the shipping wooden 4x4 laying between the two tires along the axle. Overall great experience and I love shopping here.

Awful customer service when it came to an online order that was supposed to be delivered. I had two orders totaling $2500, and I called around 5pm on the day of delivery because there has been no updates or anything on if it was still getting delivered, but no one wanted to help. The first girl answered and clearly didnt know anything about anything so she walked around for a while looking for someone to take the phone and help which i could hear several Employees state they didnt feel like dealing with figuring it out. Then when someone did finally take the phone she immediately had a condescending tone and told me that the Roadie guy hasnt shown up yet and they dont know when he will and that it was up to me to find the number for Roadie (the delivery service that TSC contracts to make their deliveries) and figure out what was going on with my order. She said “we have the number somewhere in the back office in a binder but i dont know where that is so…”. Not only were they Absolutely no help, but they didnt even WANT to help so i told them go ahead and cancel my order and I’ll take my business elsewhere. Everyone in that store needs some serious customer service training.

Place has a bit of everything. The prices are reasonable too.The splitting mauls here are cheaper than the ones I was looking at elsewhere. Pants go up to 44 inch waists, in case you're wondering.Hard to find wide shoes here. Aside from that, the selection is decent.

I stop here often while my wife shops at a clothing store nearby. Tractor Supply is well stocked. Certainly not the cheapest place to shop but they have a lot of items. The clearance section is interesting as not many items are marked with a price. Anyway, the employees are very friendly and helpful if you want to find out what a clearance price is.

I gave one star because it would not let me pick 0-star. Saratoga store is the worst. I go in for snow removal stuff no selection at all. Cashier was in zombie mode. Manager on the phone the whole time I was there. They got 6 or 8 go-carts in stock 2 snow shovels. I go to the Clifton park store now further away but worth the trip.

Love TSC they have just about everything I need and people are great! One thing I'd like is if they could restock more often. No clutches and belts for mini bikes- go-karts and chain,sprockets, bearings ect are slim to none

This store is the best for any type of feed. They have the best price to quality ratio. I find the store always well stocked and easy to navigate. I'm also part of the rewards program which gives additional discounts. They have always been excellent about returns and making a promo code/offer work. Great store!

Clean tsc with a nice selection. They have the necessities and they also do the low cost pet vaccinations on the weekend. You can call the store for specific hours and cost but it does usually come in easy under veterinarian prices.

Very well kept and clean. Employees all very polite and helpful. My only complaint is they were out of mouse pellets,not really a complaint. Going back Sunday. Love this store. Their clothes are awesome!

Wide selection of products. Many hard to find items. Pricing is very fair. I gave it 4 stars because the employees came across as not wanting to be there. I arrived upbeat left slightly depressed. I'm sure it's not the norm for this place, but I didn't like it.

I have always loved tractor supply!! But lately they have no customer service, unfriendly and no help! I understand the lack of supplies due to covid but they clearly have things listed for a price and it doesn't ring up that price. They would not honor price it was very obviously marked at and said oh that's wrong! This with the lack of customer service I am very sad to nolonger be doing business with them but clearly it's not the same tractor supply I loved. What will I do for my weekly trip now.....

Love shopping at tractor supply. Only bad thing I could say is they are ALWAYS playing country music. Good feed at great prices, decent and knowledgable staff. Favorites being a scrawny guy Dan and a very large gamer dude who's name I forget. I have rabbits and a pig and this is really the only place you can go for those animals supplies for anything close to reasonable. And here it's the same price as buying online. Love them. Love the fact they will special order if I want. Good place, check it out

As always, when I stop at TSC for dog food, I find something else I need. This time they had a great deal on gas and diesel cans, so I bought a couple.The store is pet friendly, and the staff is always very nice and usually helpful.The only reason I give 4 stars is because most of the tools, hardware and other stuff is all made in China. It would be nice to have more made in USA options.

I go here to get wood pellets. It's a nice place and friendly associates that provide good service. Last time I even found a nice pair of gloves which I've been using and they are great! Overall a nice place to shop.

What a joke. I went in to this location and there was an enormous line for check out. I'm actually really patient and understanding it gets busy. HOWEVER the poor cashier called for assistance multiple times. Some manager named Skye would not assist and instead ignored this. Poor management makes a bad store.

I will NEVER shop Tractor supply again. The worst service I had ever had. I WILL divert all my friends and family from all stores better service at Home Depot. Not to mention better prices. This is the Clifton park ny store.

Prices pretty good except for the cat food and litter, which is all over priced. I go there for horse feed which is priced competitively. The staff is very helpful and accommodating.

Bought Snow Blower and threatened by delivery company. Delivery was prescheduled for Thursday, took day off work for delivery. No call no show, i called delivery company, who stated the item was loaded on a truck without a liftgate, so no delivery today, sorry no phone call to tell me.I told delivery company i needed delivery today or would not be available for about a month. Delivery company told me that i have no choice but to come pick it up today or have it just dropped in my driveway on Friday. When i told them i would not be home for a month and just dropping a $2000 snowblower in my drive was unacceptable. I was told that i would have to pay daily storage charges!This is an outrage! I hung up and canceled the order. Who is going to reimburse me for my lost day of work? I am furious and after spending tens of thousands at TSC, I will never do so again and you should not either.

They carry good quality riding mower batteries there. You just got to remember to put a trickle charging before you use them good selection there and prices are reasonable.
