I absolutely love the store, the energy of the store and the employees that work in the store as they are all absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable. Yesterday when I went there I went there with a purpose and these are the crystals that I picked up 🙂 they put information on the front of the crystals so that you know what you're looking at 🙂 very helpful. And they're also pleasant. Also, they don't just have crystals. They have tons of stuff. You should definitely go check them out! They've been there for a long time and I'm sure they're going to be there for much longer 🙂

I really enjoy this store! The staff are very helpful and the store is absolutely packed with merchandise!With that said, the large quantity of products does result in narrow walkways.Also, this place sells many different types of incense and various other fragrant products. If strong smells bother you, this store might not work well for you.Overall it's a really great store and I'm glad I found it. Very kind workers and great products!

This is one of my favorites places to get my spirit right in all the years I've been here I don't think I've wrote a review but I am going thru som personal struggles and need some extra guidance. Plus I needed to grab some gifts for some some friend and let me tell you everyone was amazing but Kira was special she was patient answer all my questions and help me pick all the perfect girls. I love this shop. I'm a seasoned Pagan, and this is where I go when I want "the real deal" We buy most of our stones here for wand making, spell kits etc. You will not be disappointed. 2 rooms chuck full of everything you need from crystals, incense, candles and more! Oh and the owner is amazing! Her staff is amazing. If you are a beginner GO HERE. They aren't clique-ish or snobby!!!

I would like to come here more often, but very overpriced crystals and somewhat off-putting energy. I mean probably one of the most expensive in the capital region I’ve been to — even for small size tumbles. I’d completely understand if they had more rare and special pieces, but common crystals are gonna be AT LEAST double the price worth…and even that feels like an understatement. Just doesn’t give off the best energy…and not to mention you will most likely be followed and watched by a hawks eye while wandering through the store. I’ve visited over the past 5 years and this is the case almost every single experience. The combination of more unreasonable pricing and being watched like you’re a delinquent even with security cameras at every turn feels more negative in contrast to otherwise beautiful and spiritual merchandise…

In the 20+ years of I have been practicing Witchcraft and Crystal Healing, Magic Moon has been my place of choice.The energy in there is amazing and I even joke that, I vet new people by the way they react to the store. If they don't like Magic Moon then we can't hang!

It’s a one stop shop for all of your Magick and spiritual needs. Great customer service, and amazing tarot card readers! My favorite is Kira, her readings are very accurate and spot on. And she’s so sweet! I highly recommend going to Kira for a reading ✨

My friend and I decided to drive to Saratoga and check out this store one spring day. We’re avid tarot fans and I decided to see if I could get a reading. Luckily enough, they were able to read for me immediately and what a reading it was! Joann’s numerology pegged my characteristics 100% and the tarot reading that followed was spot on. Even the parts that seemed a bit murky to me ended up making absolute sense a short time later.I was so pleased with the reading that I talked my friend into spending the money for one and hers was just as accurate.

I'm honestly glad to see other people report being harassed by employees. I would also like to explain my experience as well. I wrote a review when this happened but it appears to have been deleted.I went there to shop one day and I never had a bad experience beforehand. There was a lady with blue hair who kept staring at my friend and me. Arms folded and everything, clearly watching us. She was not trying to be discreet about it at all. I asked her questions to make it obvious I wasn't there to steal, which is honestly a ridiculous thing I should I feel the need to do as a customer. She made the atmosphere and shopping experience SO uncomfortable. It was even more suspicious because she only did that to US. While I understand you want to make sure your items in your store are safe, the way this woman went about it was all wrong. I used to work in security and everything she did was what we were taught NOT to do. I haven't been back which is sad. I enjoyed this store and even asked if they were hiring at one point but that one experience was enough for me to not want anything to do with that place anymore. I'll continue going to Jay Street. It's extremely disappointing feeling so unwelcome in a witch shop.*Changed the star rating because beyond that employee experience, it was still a great place to shop.

I bought 3 crystals from here and I’m not really good with them so I was trying to get selective and I bought satin spar not knowing it was a type of selenite so I went back and they told me. They were very kind and I was actually given a worry doll and 3 crystals in a bag for free. Definitely recommend!

So I left my card and was waiting for my husband to cashapp me the money to pay for my crystals. The younger girl checking out seemed annoyed to help from the start and when I told her she can take others first she got more annoyed and it gave me an uncomfortable vibe so I left. I’ve been a patron for a decade and I have always been more than willing to travel because I love the shop. The other two ladies were very kind but just the one made me not want to buy crystals from someone giving off such negative energy.Changed from a 1 star to 3 because everything else was great. The girl in question has colored hair I think. In a place meant to help other connect spiritually someone that negative shouldn’t work there.Update: thank you for contacting I can reach out to her today is she is available

The Magic Moon is a magical place that cannot be matched. Despite inflation they manage to keep their prices fair (especially considering quality) and their staff is absolutely amazing. So knowledgeable and kind. These people changed my life. Definitely worth a trip to Saratoga just for this store.

I brought my mother here for Mother’s Day. I loved the girl at the door she was incredibly friendly talking to the guest in line and keeping them informed of when they could go in. When walking into the store it was exactly what is advertised on-line the atmosphere was perfect. Lighting…smells… etc. I loved that the ladies that worked there would ask at random if you needed help but didn’t hover… everybody was friendly and helpful.. This was exactly what me and my mom were looking for. What an amazing first experience. I will be advertising to friends and recommending to everybody. 5+ stars for customer service, prices, cleanliness, organization, and over all experience… See you very soon😁

Really really awesome selection! Store is small but the huge selection of hard to find items makes up for the tiny space! Some staff is friendly..but some are very rude and stare you down while you are browsing, making you feel very uncomfortable... New addition to store is filled with beautiful rocks and gems and crystals. But none are labled and you are being watched like a hawk as you try to shop...so makes for a very overwhelming and anxious feeling as you spend your money. Overall, i like this place and enjoy going there and always hope and wish that the owner and nice staff will be working when we visit so we can actually enjoy our time!!

This place is awesome, it has everything you might need, such as smudging, spell ingredients, crystals, tarot and Oracle cards, clothing, books, jewelry, candles, and essential oils. The workers are extremely friendly and nice. The crystals are a lil pricey but most crystals are and you get what you pay for. I got my first tarot deck and I love it so much! 111 hope you have a good day❤️

Absolutely nice staff that know there products very well. The stuff is high prices but nice quality; you can definitely find some affordable trinkets. The clothing fits super comfy and run a little big. This is a treat myself store for me alot of the thinks I want (especially there jewelry) are expensive. They have book, oils, candles, stones, jewelry and much more.

One of the finest ladies that I have ever known is the owner of “The Magic Moon”.When I first came to Saratoga and visited The store myself and my kids felt so welcomed and completely at home here.The staff has always been educated with all items in the store and more than helpful with all customers.There has never been an employee that has been rude, judgmental or accusatory in this store.The Magic Moon has been a “safe haven” for many of diverse personalities and backgrounds. There are no judgments here. I talk to people daily in regard to the store and most perceive this as a beautiful, loving space to be!I have read some very negative remarks andfrom one person who seems to be attacking the store and the people here repetitively. It seems like you are projecting your own negative energy. You seem to be a very jealous individual, as well as very accusatory. Do you even work I wonder? Do you have business knowledge?Please think about your horrible words and repetitive attacks because they are unfounded. You seem to be very insecure, angry and immature. Try to actually come from a place of love before writing hateful remarks! I hope that you think about my words and I wish you “peace and love.” ❤️

I love this interesting shop. They have all kinds of beautiful crystals, a wide variety of incense, great metaphysical books and aromatic oils and candles and much more nice stuff. I have been buying stuff here for years and am happy with the products. A gem of a place in Saratoga.
