Nice hotel, very reasonable rates and a hop, skip and a jump from downtown.Zach was great at the front desk, very personable but certainly could use some help in the evening's.I found the rooms to be comfortable and there is some nice modern touches throughout. I was particularly impressed with the white noise machine. VERY nice touch HS!! If we were to return, I would definitely stay again!4 stars only because I can see some areas where service could be improved. Otherwise, great stay!Rooms: Clean, comfortable furnished, and a few modern touches.Nearby activities: Very close to downtown activities, bars and restaurantsFood & drinks: Draft system in bar not used a lot as most of the beers were extra foamy.Noteworthy details: White Noise sound machine in room was fantastic!!

Better than I hoped for. Good rate, I’ve paid more for worse! I had business to take care of in Glens Falls, Albany & Saratoga, all within an easy drive, conveniently located about a mile off I87 aka The Northway. If you were here for SPAC, probably about 30 minutes walk. I stayed here off season Tuesday through Friday, and this place was quiet, felt like I had the place to myself, but I’d imagine it gets lively during race & vacation season. Coffee machine in lobby not functioning, but coffee in my room. They offer a Hot Breakfast, eggs, potato & sausage along with breads, cereals, yogurt, etc. Outdoor pool for warm weather, wasn’t open now in April, but it looked like it’d be fun during summer. The staff was fantastic! Special thanks to Robin & Deonna for the over the top customer service!

This hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and attentive. Also, the breakfast was surprisingly good and the weekend breakfast lady was very clean. She kept everything in order. However, come Monday morning, the breakfast was tasting like it was prepared since last winter. All the baked goods were stale and the eggs tasted like they were scrambled in water.Rooms: The room was very clean and the sheets were bright and white. The pillows were the best hotel pillows I have ever come across. They were almost as comfortable as my home pillows. That was a very big surprise for us. However, the bathroom shower needed a bit of upkeep in terms of construction.Nearby activities: There was not too much activity going on in that area. That area is pretty quiet and good for solitude.

Best hotel we have ever stayed at. the hotel had just been newly renovated and the staff was amazing, they were very friendly and welcoming, the room was larger than expected and very clean. located within minutes from downtown and the raceway. We actually extended our stay in Saratoga Springs because of how much we enjoyed our first night at the hotel. their newly opened bar was cozy and turned into a great place for guests to hangout and chat. The General Manager and Assistant manger went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and like we were more than just guest, We will definitely be coming back next year.

We were looking for a convenient spot to stop on a long road trip. What a great choice! This hotel is in a really good location to get to the Saratoga Springs State Park. They are undergoing construction right now but it didn't interrupt us or inconvenience us at all and we look forward to returning when it's done. The rooms are clean, updated and comfortable. And the bed is the most wonderful bed. I didn't want to get out of it the next day. The breakfast was OK and the coffee was good. The morning staff, including Makayla, were so kind and I ended up there chatting with them for a bit before we headed out. Great value for what we got there - comfort, safety and good location.

Not terrible, but it was fine for a night. Not walking distance from town and a descent walk to the springs. They were partially under construction, and the craftsmanship is terrible. Kinds loud and kids running around even at midnight. Didn't use the pool, but it looked nice. Stayed on July 30, 2023, and the hot tub is broke until next year. There was no hot water in the bathroom sink, but there was in the shower. When you turn it to hot nothing came out, like the line was shut off. A lot of negative for the money. ***Update 8/2/2023*** To be fair I did not voice my concerns. We only stayed one night and was too tired to worry about it. I put in earplugs and slept well. The place does look nice upon entry. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast, which I failed to mention, was really good. The woman working the kitchen was doing a fantastic job. I even complimented her directly on what a good job she was doing. Still I feel my review was actuate to our experience there.

Just passing through with my family on the way up to Montreal. Great jumping off point for visiting Saratoga. We picked this place because it was dog friendly. It was a great stay, easy to access the town and it was quiet when we turned in early. The front desk staff was really nice, our rooms were clean and my kids loved the breakfast selection!

My girlfriend and I went on a “Girls trip” up to Lake George. We decided to extend our stay in Saratoga Springs and booked a room here. Even in the midst of remodeling, service was really great. I LOVED the shower and the bathroom itself.The lady in charge was awesome and really nice. Janice I believe her name was.If I vacation again up in Saratoga, I’ll definitely be staying with you guys.

My wife and I had a great experience here. The rooms were clean, the staff was super friendly, accommodating, easy to reach and quick to respond. The breakfast was solid. Great hotel, serving full breakfast daily, homemade ice tea and keomonwater throught the daily. It's a 4min walk to the Sarstoga Spa state Park. The rooms are spacious, ours had king size bed, microwave, fridge and full size sofa. There's a bar on the 1st floor serving wine and beer and light appetizer fare. Would definitely recommend and will definitely stay again!

They're currently doing tons of reservations in the lobby which is generally fine but there was no way around it without going outside a side door then back in the front to get to the desk. When we opened the door to the room itself, there was an overwhelming wet dog smell we tried to air out. We called down to the desk about the smell and having issues with the AC and they told us how to get the AC on and left it at that. The smoke detector started doing the low battery beep late at night every minute and the very nice employee didn't have access to the batteries needed to replace it so we went without a smoke detector for the night. All these things combined made the experience really not great. I will add the beds were really comfortable and the staff was very nice.

This was a great stay with many amenities! They even had a noise machine to drown out any other noises outside the room. So many little nice conveniences, very clean room, and a great staff. Not to mention the free shuttle that takes you anywhere around town so you can avoid the traffic. When we called the shuttle from the race track, they were there in 10 minutes! I considered Uber because I thought the shuttle would take a while, but Uber from the track to the hotel, just a few miles, was over $60! They also have a pool and will be opening a bar & food in 2 weeks. My one recommendation would be to add a couple of benches or chairs for us old folks. Thank you!

Hotel Manager Janice and staff were accommodating, upbeat and very helpful. The hotel was at the tail-end of a renovations & the updates look very nice. We visit Saratoga Springs a few times a year and will love staying at the Hotel Saratoga, hopefully pricing doesn't go up too much after renovations. What an absolutely disgusting hotel. There’s construction garbage all over the place. The rooms are ugly and outdated. The breakfast was absolutely disgusting. We stayed here just this past week and the only pleasant experience we had was with the front desk staff. I believe we spoke with a nice man named Andrew who was working during the late night who checked us in. And a man named Will who we saw in the early morning. Both of them were the only positive part of our experience otherwise I would never suggest anyone waste their money staying in this terrible hotel.

Wicked comfy stay!! We had gotten in to turn in for the night and Bernadette was really friendly to give us a hand checking in! Room was clean, no issues with noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms and the price was right! Beds were very comfortable to get a good nights rest! Checking out with the morning clerk was very good! Definitely will be coming back the next time we travel!

I would def stay when I come back in August but it's a lot more money for that month then March.
