First thing I notice is that the bathroom is closed and I really gotta go! After contemplating using the womens room, I decide not to make a scene and go try to find my blue button down shirt.Smallest men's section ever. Clothes were ugly and unfashionable, pricey and nothing in my size! Not to mention they don't have any blue button downs. None. Zilch. Keep in mind at the time of posting, this is the most fashionably diverse shirt you can wear and they don't have it!Would not recommend for clothing.The produce looked fresh and tasty. Didn't notice the price but I'd wager middle of the road. This is Target after all.Again, opted out of the womens restroom on my way out. My bladder says I should give them one star but I'm in a good mood today 😋

This place has got to have some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The staff that work the customer service counter are always rude and miserable. They make customers feel like a burden for needing assistance. I don’t care how busy you are at the time, you should always be respectful to customers. I don’t know how some of them still have jobs! 👎🏻

We love hitting up the local Targets when we visit from Canada and this one was the cleanest, most organized and pleasant location we’ve been to in ages. Great visit for an afternoon of browsing.

Maureen at Saratoga Target is such a miserable rude person. She acted like she was doing ME a favor by ringing up my purchase. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.In addition, the self checkout people are useless and just tell you to go to the service desk for help when a free gift card should have been applied and the mistake was made by Target. Then, Maureen at the service desk told me she would do me a favor ONE time and ring up my purchase. She was extremely rude.

In Queensbury target we just opened Ulta Beauty it is very popular with our guest lots of products to choose from helpful team members to help you with your shopping come in and check it out it's a great place a little un organized because of our remodeling but we're working on it it just takes time were trying our best to make our store great to shop in for our guests. We have great deals on our bullseye 🎯 products just in time for the holidays come in and check it out.

Visited this store Saturday 4/16 around 4. Went to check out and asked the clerk if there were coupons online, he very arrogantly said, Do you know what an app is? Then he called for assistance and a young lady came over and they turned their back to me then he walked a short distance away keeping his back to me, his whole body language was hostile. I told the young lady never mind about coupons and the guy came back and rang up my purchases then shoved the bag to the side for me to pick up. He was very disrespectful and arrogant. I am in my mid 70s and was treated with such disrespect I will never go to that store again.

I went into Target in Saratoga Springs on my way home from work today. I went to grab cleaning supplies and found even that I needed plus a few surprises for my granddaughter! The store was very clean and organized. The displays definitely “pulled me in”. It was organized and easy to find what I needed, with well-stocked sizes. I will definitely be back to this location.

Beware. My older parent purchased a Fisher price robot toy here, the store claimed the MSRP was 49.99 and the toy was "on sale" for 45.49. the MSRP is 35.99, it is 35.99 at target for pickup, online sales, and every other store. My parent was scammed at my local target and I am not happy about it. Pricing items higher than MSRP to then claim a sale is illegal. It takes advantage of older populations buying for grandkids, they don't always know the prices. Make sure that you check the prices of everything you buy here, or even better, shop at a different target. I have never had this issue at any other target store.Edit as an update I ran in recently and they now only have one person on register during a rush hour, an entirely full self checkout. What is going on with this location...

Always beyond packed. Don’t pay with your phone at the self pay or the 70 year old woman they have working it will loudly accuse you of stealing in front of everyone but quietly say “ok” when she sees she made a mistake. Do a better job of not humiliating the people using your checkout.

Typically I love Target and its stores. With that being said this store in particular I wouldn't recommend to anyone. The management is absolutely horrible and the customer service is lacking. Guest services can't be bothered to serve guests appropriately and some of the employees there Scalp exclusive items and lie to guests about availability. If you want a great experience travel extra and visit the Target in Amsterdam where they not only go out of their way to help guests, but they're both polite and courteous when doing so! It's an entirely different and much greater experience!

I’ve never had a problem in this store before. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. There is a built in Starbucks in the building which is always nice. I’ve never had any problems there either. They’ve been doing an excellent job keeping up with the high demands during covid-19 I’ve come here on numerous occasions and was pleased to see how stocked the shelves where. They have toilet paper fully stocked which was just an incredible sight for me. The workers at the pharmacy have always been pleasant and answer any questions I have. I’ve been getting my medicine from them for years now. This store always has the most random items in it too. It’s the perfect place to buy a gift for almost anyone and everyone. Even your pet!

The very nice staff is always super friendly at the service desk. This is also usually a very clean store. However, it's difficult to find anyone to help in the aisles, and the shelves are not always faced. For instance, for the third time today I could not reach a box of cat litter because it was pushed all the way back to the back of BOTH shelves it was stocked on. My online order was also bagged in an unsafe way. The eggs were on the bottom of an completely full bag, while oranges and a jar of garlic were in an empty bag by themselves. Much more attention to detail, some simple training and FOLLOW UP on that training could save a great deal of annoyance and destruction.

Target pickup is great. Free, always available as opposed to other stores that make you reserve a time, and pretty quick. They also let you back up items in case your preference is out of stock.

Not sure what has happened to our Saratoga Springs store. It is not just me that feels like it is so unpleasant to shop there esp certain areas. The clothing section looks like someone ransacked it and it has been like that for days. My family alway loved shopping here as it is so convenient, but not go to the store in Queensbury or shop on line when we can.

Target was great with prices so I chose them. I was very impressed that the pick-up counter was in the front of the store rather than in the back which is so usual in many stores to get you to buy more. It was a fast in and out and the staff was very competent and friendly. Target was a breath of fresh air in the all too psychological mind games of current-day marketing!

I always receive the best customer service. I had a $5 gift card I had earned with a previous purchased from like March?! I had no idea how the heck to use it with my Target app! haha The cashier that was running self-checkout was so patient and helpful! He was able to suspend the transaction and I figured out how to use the app with the gift card. :)

“Spend $100, get a $20 target gift card” promotion prompted me to place an online purchase for in store pickup. Satisfied all criteria of the promotion. Picked up products and no gift card. Service desk staff said it would be emailed in my receipt as a digital credit. Nothing in the email. Don’t run promotions if you can’t honor them. Will remove this if I end up receiving it.
