TJ Maxx is definitely a hit and miss store. The clearance section varies from store to store. Saratoga has a pretty much non existent mens clearance section. My wife found some great outfits for our granddaughters. The cashier, Penny R was very helpful in providing gift receipts and explaining what was what. If you can find what you need, you are almost guaranteed a great price. It pays to stop in and look.

Lousy selection of women's blouses but tons of sweaters. Not much in size large. My wife could not find a blouse for work no matter how long we looked. A lot of boring looking clothes if you are a size 2 though. We were able to find her a couple pairs of black slacks but that is really all they had.

This is an ok store in terms of inventory. It's smaller than others I have been to. Lately they seem to either be empty or full in terms of product supply. I've been a little frustrated with how messy it is and how all the clearance is Halloween and opened stuff. If something is opened and totally busted, just call it a loss and throw it out. They also attempt to stock during the day and it's too busy with people so they leave lots of carts and boxes of unstocked inventory everywhere.EditI've been back a few times and it's gotten much better. They must have gotten more employees or something. The employees at the front are always really nice too.

Really liked this place. Bunch of things you can find from skincare to sandals, if you are planning on buying something this is a good place, so much cheaper than the original prices!

I'm a huge TJ Maxx fan an have shopped many of their stores throughout New York and New England. This store is clean and organized. The selection is one of the better I have seen for its size. The customer service is fantastic. When I shop my local store there is usually a extremely long wait in line when it's busy but not at this location the cashiers were so efficient. I was at the end of a line with 15 or more people and was out the door in 10 minutes.

The 9am employee meetings at the inside entrance are cringy. I walked in to the store and felt so uncomfortable I wanted to leave. Do those meetings before you open the doors.

Was not too impressed. The place did not have much of a selection for plus size women. Also, trying to even find the sizes was difficult. Not labeled well.I do have to say that the other customers were very nice. We had fun helping each other out.! Lol

The entire family of stores is a great model for savings - especially for families. This location in particular is wonderfully clean and well-staffed by a helpful.and exuberant team that clearly enjoys their work. It's also clean and organized, making things easy to find and the store a pleasure in which to shop.

Of course I waited to purchase Christmas gifts for my wife until the day before,yet TJ Maxx had exactly what I needed and the associates were very helpful... Highly recommend this store...

This is the store that has forgotten there are 2 genders, the women's stuff takes up 95% of the store and the men's section gets 2% in the corner, no men's fragrances, but tons of women's, I used to love shopping there but there's nothing there for me to by anymore, stop being so one sided, bring back men to TJ Maxx

Easy return policy. So many various clothing options and sizes for all ages. Great home decor section. Prices are reasonable and many designer fashions at lower pruces.

It was fine I got a great deal on a comforter but could not find a duvet cover to save my life and the line was unusually long for a 1:00 pm on a Thursday . Great prices if you have the time to look around.

Haven't been there since I was 7 months Prego until today a lot has changed. Prices are little on on some but when u knw the mark down schedule that's best to get on it and they have a bunch more new brands they never had in the past 7 yrs

Tbh, inventory wise- it’s not the best TJMaxx. I still find some good home decor and shoes, but clothes could be better and the mens section isn’t good. The cashier I had the other day, I think Debbie, was so so sweet and made my day by just being kind!

Love the jewelry department. Great prices on soaps, lotions, and other beauty supplies. Clothing department is packed, but always neat.Not crazy over their purses. They all seem to be the same style. Boring purses. However, last year I did buy a Patricia Nash leather embossed bag. Her purses have a uniqueness to them, and I like that.There is a decent pet department. Need a pet bed, go there first. Many many to choose from, all at really good prices.

Very crowded hard to find products. Employees bot properly wearing face mask. At checkout the staff was having a conversation and bot performing the checkout tasks while I stood there at the register waiting for them to check me out.

Usually love this store, their products, prices, and staff, but recently went in and had a product covered in some type of dirt and when it was inquired about because there weren't any others in the same size, the young staff denied any type of discount and seemed unconcerned and uncaring telling us that it'll just have to wash out. More concerned about socializing with other staff instead of taking care of their customer. Very disappointing.

Best to go to this store without having anything in mind to buy. Lots of good deals on clothes and household items. Would be nice if you don't have to wait for 10 minutes to checkout.
