So often, Rite Aid prices for meds on Good Rx seem to be the lowest, but when I try to have my meds filled there, I often run into issues with the codes Good Rx provides, and often end up paying more for prescriptions than I would have paid at a local competitor! This I know is not Rite Aid's direct fault, but if they have an agreement with Good Rx to provide their prescription meds at discounted prices (esp. for people like me whose insurance does not cover prescription meds), they should honor those stated amounts and if they're having a problem w/Good Rx, they outta work it out!!

I have a planned trip to China. I have some documents that I needed printed. I could not do at home. These are important documents needed for applying for a Chinese visa to enter from Hong Kong. I decided to go to Rite Aid after work(6pm). I noticed they have these great cubicles where you plug your phone in to print pictures. I plugged my phone in to scan images on my phone. It started to scan the images, when It got to the 10 image I canceled it because I have thousands of images. There must be away to just select the 4 I want. I saw the sign " If you need help just ask". I asked the counter person, she had to get the manager, a lady came out and I explained I needed her help. She said she didn't know how to use the machine and said no one was here to help. At 6pm?? Shouldn't somebody be on duty to help customers?? Staples to the rescue. Thanks staples. And staples didn't charge me why I don't know. He knew nothing about my trip to Rite Aid.

Horrible service, 2 people in pharmacy and wait time is 2-3hr from early call in of medicine from Dr's office. Didn't even check computer to see if they had script in system.

Ordered photos online, went after an hour to pick them up like the website said and the guy told me the order had not gotten to them yet. Made sure they had the order and was told to come back in another hour. Came back 3 hours later to my photos not being printed...
