I went with a friend and the place was so clean. They had a training class going on and that was fun to see. I don't have a pet any more. My friend was looking for something for her cat and the girl was extremely helpful.

This place is the best for grooming! Took my dog Bodhi here- and he was in bad shape! We usually take him to our vet but they haven’t had openings- we will always go to this petsmart now! Thank you for caring and doing such a great job!!!

I feel like for such a conglomerate company there prices are high and alot of times they don't have the kitten food in stock for my longhair Scottish fold. We are at the mercy of them. I wish they would get a better variety for her.

Had amazing time with my baby Great Dane !!! They were very welcoming and helpful for me to get him some awesome toy's. Best part is they don't say you can't have dogs in the store "obviously" 😊.

Always very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff! Clean in appearance as long as dog owners clean up after their dogs messes. Which occasionally they do not, which makes my dogs go crazy!

I went through the Banfield Vets. Please do not take your pet to this place. All they want is money and don't care for your pet. They try to get you to sign up for this insurance. Which I did, and telling me my dogs cleaning would be covered under the insurance, nothing out of pocket. Well it ended up costing me $188. Now my dog is sick throwing up, not eating and sounding like he is in pain. I will never take my animals to this place again. I tried to cancel the insurance and they are telling me I have to pay $600 to cancel it. Please Please don't sign up for this insurance and don't bring your pet to this place. They are very hungry money people. I had to do one star and I don't want to put any.

I have been bringing Queen Annie to Banfield inside Pet Smart for many years. They have always takin great care of her. I also pay for the Wellness plan which has its own great benefits.The staff are always friendly and helpful.After her visit we go shopping. That's her favorite part because she gets a special treat.

Love the groomers at PetSmart. They do a great job! My poor dogs hair looked like Albert Einstein's. Now she is gorgeous and smells MUCH better too. They also ground her nails which looked like the talons of an eagle. I won't do it because some nails are clear and some a are black and I don't want to hurt her. She's much cooler now too. So we're both happy lol.

PetSmart is absolutely my fall back pet store. It has a little bit of everything you need for house pets and I truly appreciate that. I've utilized the dogs training here and have met with great success and the trainers do try to really work with you to help solve your obedience needs. They are always friendly toward all my pets I bring in, including my exotics. Fairly knowledgeable and the staff will help you problem solve if you have an issue. It's a great overall store.Loving the new editions of interactive toys for treat distractions. The level two gives me about ten minutes of pure quiet 💜

My grandchildren always like to go here and look at all of the different fish, birds, and reptiles. Sometimes, for a treat, we'll buy a new fish 🐟 or a couple of aquatic plants

Great selection of items got some gorgeous neons and a few fish decorations the staff was very friendly and helpful I still got my little kitties some more treats and a couple Halloween toys love going to PetSmart sometimes even bring my little kitties

A few of the staff members made our last 2 trips unenjoyable so me and the family don't go here anymore. They don't want to help you, they just act like you're a problem and you're bothering them. I get it though, I'd hate to be in customer service and actually have to help a customer 😂 (did it for over 15 years, (if you don't like it get a different job)

While they are a chain. The location we have in Saratoga is always friendly and great to work with! They actually go with you to the isle not just say it’s over there. More than willing to help without being pushy of what to buy. Even more they don’t mind giving quick pointers. Also upon recommending anything they usually without being asked give a valid reason for there recommendation!Only complaint that does not reflect this location is honestly fix your website it kind of sucks compared to quite a few. It doesn’t even let you scan a bare close to find a price of an item or to order it online off your website from home.

Went in to the Saratoga petsmart to get a bigger tank for one of the well taken care of bettas we had bought in VT petsmart and took a peek at the bettas I felt horrible for them the small containers r bad enough but atleast at the other store they were clean n all healthy. The ones here had yellow water there were several dead bettas and even ones with brown water dead and covered in fuzz. It really makes me wonder if they even feed them because u would think they would notice the dirty water and dead ones and get rid of them n change the water. Disgusting

Had what we needed, doggy diapers. Animals looked pretty well taken care of and there was a nice variety of birds. Pretty much what you would expect from PetSmart to PetSmart. Didn't really interact with any staff, leaving me with little to comment on as far as that goes. The gal who checked us out was nice enough. I'd stop back again to see what seasonal items they get in for sure. :)

We have been taking our Westie, who can be a handful, to the grooming salon here for years. We love Ashley, she is very patient and kind and always listens to what we tell her. She does an amazing, perfect job! It's got to be a hard and trying job but she really seems like she cares and deserves the highest pay they give and more!

We go here for dog grooming and training and most often lately for their fish department. Great staff and store. The fish departments has really come a long way in the time we've lived in the neighborhood. Definitely recommend.

We got what we needed, but were never greeted or approached. It worked out in the end. The cashier was really friendly and efficient and made the whole experience at the store seem pleasant, he ended us on a good note!Added later: Having just come from the Clifton Park Petsmart I have to say the employees here are so friendly and any delay in getting help I think comes from being understaffed, which is totally not their fault. I always leave with a smile and something for one of my pets. 😉🐢🦈🐡🐌🐕🐈
