Wow!! This store provides an extraordinary supermarket experience. What was a perfect start to my trip, a Starbucks coffee! As you can see from photos the store is spacious and bright. Lots of specialty food products are available. Prices were comparable to other stores in the area. Will shop here whenever I visit Saratoga Springs.

Overall pretty good for the most part. Check the date on the Sushi. Got sick on some old stuff, and the kid they have working sometimes in the meats...intentionally rude, dismissive and I would even go so far as to call him a jerk even after being super polite "Do you need something?" After waiting 3 minutes for someone to show. "Yes please. Just two pieces of this chicken - have you had it? Any good?" Nothing. Ask again. Head nod. Walks away.

The self check outs are absolutely ridiculous and the older women with glasses " supervising" them is rude. They're extremely difficult to navigate and the woman acts like it's a complete inconvenience for her to have to help. I must have missed the group training session on how to check myself out. I'll go to Aldi's or Hannaford next time. It's by far cheaper, and they actually have people on registers.

Price point matches most NY grocery prices with higher quality foods.Great selection for any pallette or food preferences. The olive, cheese, deli, area has a great selection along with my favorite hot pepper selections.

I very rarely go into Price Chopper these days. I generally shop at Aldi, Healthy Living Market and Hannaford. I was a loyal PC customer for many years and actually worked for PC a long time ago. But the thing that ticked me off enough to stop going there was when they replaced the only A2 milk on the shelf with oat milk. đŸ€źReally, the only reason I go into Price Chopper anymore is because they carry the larger 12oz Herdez Avocado Hot Sauce, or because every other place is out of KITU Super Coffee Sweet Cream flavor creamer. And they don't even carry that flavor so I have to go for Caramel, my second choice.Another reason I don't do PC is because I like to go through self checkout and they're stupid app doesn't let you scan their own loyalty card. What is the use of self checkout when you need a cashier to come over and scan your card for you? Ridiculous that a company that's been around that long can't manage to have their app scan their own loyalty card at the self-checkouts like every other store in the civilized world. đŸ€Ż

Every time I come here, the workers are rude and extremely unhelpful. I came in to buy my groceries and when I got to the register which had the light on with a sign saying the lane was closed, the cashier, Courtney A, was bent over i think pulling food out of a bag, she then asked me (the customer) to hand her the sign blocking the lane, she was eating food while speaking to me and covering her mouth which only allowed her to use one hand and she did not bag the groceries as they usually do there.

I would rather come here than to the Hannaford that’s closer to us. The prices are really fair, the check out process is reasonably quick, and there is a wide variety of options!

It's time to say good bye... Less and less cashiers. Longer lines. More unhappy people.... You are on my way home but the experience is so poor that I may have to drive an extra 3 min to Hannaford.... Please get better so that I don't have to change...

Just of yesterday I bought donuts in the morning. I ate 2 of the donuts until I noticed one of them that I half finished had been covered in little splotches of mold UNDER the powdered sugar. It is very clear the donut was being covered up by the powdered sugar. Please check your food before making it.

My first stop was the fish department. The girl behind the counter was incredible helpful. When I mention I was going to get some fresh dill for the salmon she actually walked me over to where the dill was. What service. The next was in the produce department. I inquired about fresh carrots and was told a women just bought the last few bunches, but the clerk was just about to run back and get another box of them. Very helpful and kind. My next stop was the meat department......the clerk was rude and "snappy". I'm not going into what he said, just let it be known.

Usually well stocked. They finally got better quality grocery bags. Sometimes I find they don't always have their store brand items on the shelves. I find their quality equal to the more expensive brands. I also find their discount card for weekly specials very useful for item I may not normally buy. A great sell! Overall I would give the Golub Family a 4 ⭐. And a job well done!

Self checkouts never work right and are 15 items or less and don't dare go even 1 item over when the one worker is there or she'll rip into you fierce and only 2 regular registers are open during track season. 28 min in line so far and counting I know help is hard to find but maybe relax the self checkout rules . I have 17 items not 60

Store has great selection!Deli is slow and the deli manager, Vanessa, is very rude and dismissive.Perhaps retrain deli manager to be more customer friendly. Or replace with a more competent employee.

It's just not the quality I remembered. I see that they merges with Tops and I understand now why everything has such an extra white-breadness about it. We lived in the western part of the state where Tops dominated, it used to be a great to return to PriceChopper land...

ALWAYS friendly and helpful staff in each and every dept, including the front desk. Fresh produce, the cooked food is fresh as well. Great place to have lunch, clean bathroom. The "price-chops" always are for stuff you need so that helps the budget. Only negative is they keep running out of Poland Spring water in the 3gallon container. Order more. And Maxwell House "Breakfast Blend" coffees. Order more of that flavor.

The store is very clean and organized but a little overpriced. The self-check out attendant ignored me multiple times when I tried to get her attention. She actually went over to her computer and overrode the help customer signal. She did this multiple times! It was so rude.

Ran in for a couple gluten free things. Market 32 has good selection of gluten free items at normal prices. Was able to get in & out quickly. Parking kit is in good shape with plenty of parking (I was there mid day on a week day)

Called in an order for my grand daughters birthday cake. When asked what decorations I wanted, I said "a bunch of multi colored pink roses" and the same multi pinks for the borders.I got a cake with 4 tiny rose BUDS in 2 barely different shades of a very odd pink. The borders are solid pink. I'm not going to complain about the multi colored part. I should have been more specific BUT there's a big difference between roses and rose buds. As far as I'm concerned, 4 tiny rosebuds on a 1/4 sheet cake is barely decorated. They did the bare minimum. My grand daughter said it's still pretty but I could see/hear the disappointment, which makes me pretty angry. That's what I get for trying to save myself some time. Next year I'll do it myself! 3 stars because their cakes taste good.

In the last two weeks I have gotten a bag of blood oranges and every one was rotten. Today I got a bag of clementines and at least a quarter of them were right now you need to step up your fresh fruit department.

Prices are exceptionally high, checkout lines were long, and no sense of urgency from staff to manage traffic or move people through. Self checkout had 4 of 10 registers open, 3 regular lanes at 630pm on a weeknight and store paging was continually going off. Completely unpleasant. Hadn’t been here in quite some time and this trip reminded me why I stopped shopping here.

Well I just had a truly upsetting experience at this store location.I travel for work and today I came into this store location to grab lunch and sit in the dining area and get some work done. At first I decided to sit in the dining area and send a few emails before purchasing anything. A manager quickly came over and informed me that I "couldn't just hang out here". I thought this was rude but understandable considering I wasn't yet a customer.I went a purchased a large bowl of soup and returned to the dining area to eat. A little while later, before I was even finished with my meal, this employee came back and very rudely told me I would have to leave immediately.I informed him that I was a paying customer, my receipt was on the table and that I was still eating but he remained firm that I was not welcome here and I wouldn't be allowed back into he store????I was so shocked and embarrassed, I left immediately without getting this man's name or making much of a fuss but I am incredibly disgusted, hurt, and confused about this interaction and why it even transpired? I did nothing illegal or inappropriate and was a paying customer sitting quietly consuming my meal.What is the explanation for this and why is this man allowed to be working there and forcibly removing paying customers from the store?I'm embarrassed to have spent money here. What is going on at this place? I've already filed a complaint with corporate but this is so ridiculously unacceptable if I could be provided with a more immediate response I would greatly appreciate it.

I went there roughly 20 minutes before closing time and all doors were locked/closed. Wished they would've had a sign or something instead of closing the store for the night without notice or anything

We hired the florist at Market 32 (the 115 Ballston Ave in Saratoga Springs) for our wedding in Saratoga Springs in August. We primarily worked with Jenn in selecting our flowers, compiling an order, and arranging for final details and delivery for our big day, and we are so thrilled with their work!In the planning process, I searched the area for a florist that seemed reasonably priced and also attentive. After speaking with the floral manager, Jenn, we were sure that they would do just that. In the months leading up to our wedding, I spoke with Jenn on the phone several times to give a general concept of colors, flower styles, and specific floral needs. As we got closer to the date, I met with Jenn in person at Market 32, where we narrowed in on specific floral needs and the requests that would be made to the supplier. While I am not an expert at flower types, my simple requests for greens and coral/peach flowers were answered with options and detail provided by Jenn. She is incredibly knowledgeable, as well as upfront about potential low supplies of a particular flower/green.Following the consultation, I called a few more times to add/adjust my order, to which Jenn quickly updated my orders and ensured that I received confirmations and updated invoices. She was flexible with when I submitted payments, and was incredibly communicative throughout the entire planning process.In all, I would hire Market 32 at 115 Ballston Avenue again for my next big event. The team made the entire process so easy, and they were so helpful for someone like me (who doesn't know much about florals!). I am so thrilled with their products and services, and highly recommend them!
