This store is absolutely ADORABLE!! They sell pre-owed luxury bags as well as brand new Tory Burch, Rebecca Minkoff and Naghedi. Every time I go in they have gorgeous new inventory. The staff is so sweet and helpful. I highly recommend!

I ordered online & did store pick up at the broadway location. The product was amazing and in better condition than I anticipated and the service was outstanding! She was even kind enough to meet me outside as my little one fell asleep in the car! five stars for lola i will definitely be going back ❤️

I highly recommend Lola. The selection of pre-loved designer bags is impressive as well as the other inventory. All designer bags are thoroughly inspected and certified authentic. Sarah is extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and a delight to work with. I’ve been a customer with Lola since the beginning of the business and enjoyed watching the business grow. Megan has created a NYC experience North of Manhattan for Saratoga Springs. Highly recommend a visit.

I walked into Lola Saratoga after following them for months on IG. They had a bag I had been looking for and I was excited to visit. Upon entering I immediately felt unwelcome. There was a blonde woman at the counter who looked like she didn’t want to be there. I mentioned to her it’s my first time in and that I was new to the area, asked if I could see a couple items and felt uncomfortable. Her demeanor and tone were snobby. I had high hopes but ultimately left not wanting to return. For the owner or whoever reads this- a warm welcome and a smile goes a long way- especially when customers may pay thousands for a bag.

I’ve been shopping here for years and Megan and her staff have always been so sweet and helpful whether it comes to picking out a gift or something special for myself. They always have the best selection and my wardrobe would be so boring without Lola. Always my first recommendation!!

My sister surprised me today with their forever bracelets. Shop is beautiful and well stocked. Associate was quick,personable and helpful. The woman who did our bracelets was knowledgeable and pleasant. My complaint,the reason for the loss of 2stars, is my sister spent, with tax,over $325 for our two forever bracelets. The shop had a small business, spin the wheel,deal, going on today. You could spin the wheel for an awesome prize if you spent over $300. My sister was told she could NOT spin the wheel because she was $4 short of $300, before tax! Seriously, come on! She spent over $300- Obviously, my sister was disappointed, as was I, for her.

Well, maybe they do have a good selection of the items like some reviewers say Vintage !!! When I brought brand new Chanel shoes and Gorgeous Burberry shoes , they say that they were worn out!!!! How , I have no idea ! Brand new items , or that they aren’t current style ! No one will bring a current style in , to sell, !! Obviously People trying bring Vintage items , which for some customers will be New and Current if they ll love Particular Style ! 😰

Lola has such a great variety of vintage designer pieces and they're local! Megan does such a nice job with her store and always makes your visit so personalized. Even if she doesn't have what you're looking for, she remembers you and will contact to you when she does have a piece she thinks you might interested in. Highly recommend!

After visiting every shop on Broadway in Saratoga Springs over the past 3 days, I can officially say Lola is my favorite. Megan has exceptional taste and has a beautiful selection of fashion jewelry and accessories. Brides & bridesmaids Heaven! She carries Kate Spade & Tory Burch as well as hand-selected vintage designer handbags from Chanel, Gucci & Louis Vuitton. Remember to say hello to her 2 rescue pups! I cant wait to return to Lola!

There are designer bags and jewelry, as well as vintage Chanel and Louis Vuitton (!!!!), but also lots of fun everyday pieces. Amazing collection of designer handbags!! I can't go to Saratoga without stopping in this store, and always feel good knowing every purchase is a legit authentic bag not just some rip off. The owner and staff always take their time to help me pick a bag I will truly love, and know so much about the quality and things to look for in each designer's bags. The worst response in issues with our forever bracelets. Nothing like being ignored and dismissed. Poor quality of products, so much money wasted on them. Definitely wouldn't recommend the "forever jewelry" tried calling emailing and zero response. So unfortunate
