Have ordered twice from their website, orders were processed fast and I received the items very quickly!! The last items ordered were tee shirts for the Belmont at Saratoga, these shirts are so much nicer than what is offered on the NYRA shop website and they are very unique. Very happy with my purchases and I will continue being a customer.

If you are lucky enough to come into town during your vacation,Impressions of Saratoga is a must see ! My family and I have enjoyed shopping there for years ! It has something for everyone and the customer service there is second to none ! Do not walk past this store without going in ! You wont be sorry.

There return policy is you must have you receipt or be in there club and I was in there club but I signed up the day I bought the shirt so it didn’t count :/ lots of rules with this place they do a lot of dog events !

This place was a cute store with lots of unique and nice items. Decent prices and in a great downtown location. I found a few souvenirs as it was my first time in saratoga. I am leaving 4 stars and not 5 only because there was one younger employee who was staring and following us throughout the store (I'm assuming it's because she probably thought I was going to steal but of course, I would never) or maybe she was profiling me because I am a minority. Not sure but either way I don't like that. Glad I went there once and loved what I bought but I probably don't need to go back there.

Very friendly staff loved our dogs and offered them treats and pets. There was lots of stuff in here, very quaint location. Not much parking, you may have to walk in from a block or two over. Check this place out if you get a chance!

We make it a point to stop in every time we visit Saratoga and it's always a good experience. The variety in the store and the friendly staff really makes this place the best for gifts for the family back home. Besides the clothing, keychains, and coffee mugs, there are many other unique and interesting items. I especially enjoy the book section - I'm always checking for new arrivals!

Love this local store with a little bit of everything that is Saratoga Springs. From t shirts to Christmas ornaments to coffee mugs, you can find something here to remind you of your visit, or for locals, to just find something Saratoga. They are also very dog friendly. So much so that our dog drags us across the sidewalk to get to the store, as she knows they always have a treat waiting for her.

My favorite shop in Saratoga. The go to store for anything horse racing. They have a wide variety of items related to horse racing from small trinkets to artwork. Employees are very helpful and friendly. The store is also dog friendly.

Every year the gifts from Impressions are always some of Maddie's favorites. Last year it was the Stable which she stylishly carries around everywhere. This year it was the horse boots and the starting gate. She also has all of the books, some autographed, and coloring books. We've been shopping with you for many years, and it's always nice to watch our family's faces light up when they open something and see it has come from Impressions of Saratoga. Whether it's the gifts for the kids or the wine glasses, pillows or ornaments for the adults. Excellent quality and product selection and always a great experience with everyone there. For quality Saratoga Springs horse related souvenirs, photos, shirts, sweatshirts etc. this is the place to shop. Located on Broadway a must stop even to just "check it out".We make it a "Good Friday" annual event to stock up on Saratoga sweat shirts and jackets at 50% off. Can't beat it!
