This store is so disgusting and run horribly. The staff are all miserable and never great anyone or act like they want to be there. You have people stocking shelves but they can’t be bothered to help on register when there are long line, the manager is a miserable human being. My husband and I went in today and the register area smelled like straight vomit, not sure if it was the employee or someone got sick and they didn’t bother to spray anything but not what I want to smell when I’m in a store. They just replaced the floors and they look nice but with the employees there and all the merchandise in boxes and not stocked this store is not good.

Huge Dollar Tree! Messy, but all of these stores seem to have more stuff than staff, so that's not a big surprise. Staff is friendly and there's so, so much to choose from. It's like the Walmart of dollar stores.There's plenty of parking. It's about 6 minutes off the highway, so it's relatively convenient if you're traveling and forgot something!

Well as we all know by now it is the 1.25 Tree in regardless we've all struggled financially with the state of our nation but I will say this they've come a long way from way back when when they opened up and they have evolved into a store that many times when you leave you can't believe that you paid $1.25 for the item that you have if you realistic and you understand usually we get what we pay for every now and then we get a little extra and it lasts a little longer than we ever would have imagined it too so what can it hurt?

The lines are long it's not the staffs fault because they are short. Some of the staff is nice but need training on customer service and item location

There was only one checkout person this day and a huge line! When I went the time before last the workers on the floor were very rude! The lady cashier was nice . The others were swearing and dropping boxes and I have a 7 year old who doesn't need to hear people saying that word or any other unnecessary language! It's too bad too because they have a lot for the price they charge!! I'm sure they would get even more business if it was ran better!

All sorts of sweet stuff inside this place.Prices are low, except that they're a dollar fity now as opposed to a flat buck. That's the price of progress, as they say.

I normally would give this place a 4 but today they get a 3 for leaving the cashier alone with 7 customers in line. 2 other ladies stocking shelves and the manager hiding in her office. I saw you leave your ofgice, then walk to back of store while the cashier, who was trying her best but clearly needed help. Customers were helping bag their own items to move it along. If there are more than 3 customers in a line, open up another register. It's not even Xmas season yet!

The worse store of all time..The management team needs to be fired...I went in there on 8/23 and it was the 1st time I was ever in this store and 911 was called on a former employee and I was outside the store when police came so I tried to get back in and threw Investigator that was there rush at me 100mph and push me and said I wasn't welcome in the store, I didn't say 2 words to any employee or management...the police Investigator didn't identify himself and they arrested ne for criminal trespassing and I wasn't told y anyone to leave or nothing...I wasn't the person they were looking for and now I'm asking for management to be fired and it's all on video...I will.release it after my court dates and Internal affairs investigation on the 2 cops...of course the won't arrest the copper for assaulting me

Filthy disgusting store in Saratoga. Floors are filthy, food products left on the floor.Management hides in the office without any regard to the number of people trying to cash out.All the other Dollar Tree stores in this area are immaculate.

This location needs a major renovation! For such a large store it seem unorganized in certain sections. When u walk in staff look unhappy. Not sure if it’s do how staff are treated, lack of training, or the staff don’t want to work or engage with costumers.

I just went to this store tonight. It was an absolute disaster. Piles and piles of merchandise. No order, not hanging , just thrown in a pile. This store has never looked this bad. It should be shuttered.

I visited the store this were to get outside toys for my kids and was disappointed.The store is empty there's more empty shelves then anything. It had product on the floor and boxes on the floor. It didn't look think it was swept in months. There was a huge line with about 15 people in line and the poor cashier called for backup and 5 minutes later a talk heavy set lady came out of a room with a reg and final got on. I dont know how it's running being so empty.

This Dollar Tree is incredibly tidy and well-stocked. Everything is $1, so it's easy to figure out how much you're spending. The employee at the checkout was friendly. Ample parking and in a plaza with a lot of other useful stores. I save a ton of money going here to buy the same things that Target or Walmart mark up to $3-6. Well worth stopping here first to see if they have a miscellaneous item.

Just went to Dollar Tree here in Saratoga and it was busy but our cashier Donna did a great job cashing us out and bagging our items for us. she was very kind and pleasant to us and we were very happy to have her as our cashier pls whoever checks reviews here make sure she knows she is doing a great job!

Today I stopped into this local Dollar Tree, before entering the store a larger woman who is a cashier, was smoking right outside of the entry way. I went in to get the supplies I needed. I notice that you have set up tape on the floor to keep your customers 6 Feet apart, but as I proceeded to wait in line, another cashier hopped on to help get the very long line down. The customers parted and I saw a older gentleman (wearing a face mask that was covering his face) try to walk by / through another woman waiting in line. She proceeded to flip out and mad a scene and started yelling at the gentleman. I felt embarrassed for him because she was yelling at him saying “what is wrong with you”, and how it was a “felony” because he tried to get by her and accidentally brushed by her. She threatened him saying she was going to call the police. Other customers told her she needed to leave him alone and relax because she was making a big deal out of the whole thing. She went on saying how she was a nurse etc. Everyone there waiting in line as a customer was being decent with the 6 Foot Rule. But your two cashiers working just stood there and said nothing to the woman being loud & freaking out. I didn’t see any manager come out. It made the situation for all of us waiting in line uncomfortable. I’m disappointed in your management team. As for your cashier who was outside smoking who I happened to wait on in line, I didn’t see her do anything to clean her hands with, sanitizer etc. Its uncleanliness if your handling a customer’s items and touching them. As for your management team, Instead of ignoring your long line and making it worse by trying to control the situation with the frantic woman, you should come out from your cubicle office and appropriately taken care of the situation. I even saw the gentleman outside after the whole scene, honked at him, saying I hope you have a better day. Let’s hope this doesn’t happen again. Totally uncalled for and inexcusable.

I love this store not only is it the largest dollar tree around but I love the selection of inventory they carry. I come here for all my holiday decorations as well as paper products. I live 25 miles away and to me Its worth the drive to come here. Also the people here are friendly and helpful and the store is always clean.

Wendy is a great store manager and very helpful when you can't find things..no matter how busy it gets she remains calm and collected!! It's nice to see her smile and say good morning.. great store and to whom ever cleans the store Awesome job

Employee named Christine obviously HATES HER JOB, and weirdly enough it looks like she is actually telling people what to do... did some moron put her in charge? Whoever did should come in and observe her when she thinks no one is watching.She is insulting to customers who dare to come in at 7:30 pm when the store closes at 8 pm. She has the nerve to insult people who are coming in to spend money by saying "they should know better than to come in and do their shopping this close to closing time". We have observed her in the SAME WEEK, announcing over the store intercom that the store would be closing at 8 pm... BUT SHE ANNOUNCED IT AT 6 PM!! Even her co-worker burst out laughing saying "Christine it's only 6 pm".We have also observed her SLAMMING the store shopping carts to emphasize her anger about whatever issue is upsetting her that day.This is possibly one of the worst employees in a customer service environment, she provides no customer service, she HATES the customers... Not even kidding. Every time we come in we joke saying "what is she complaining about now" because she complains VERY LOUDLY so the WHOLE STORE CAN HEAR HER COMPLAINING about her job.Is anybody paying attention to the behavior of their employees? Do they care anymore? You know there are plenty of other places to shop. This place has gone downhill since management has changed over the past summer. Unless there is some changes made, we will recommend people to avoid this place like the plague.

Out of all the Dollar Tree near me, this one is my favorite. This Dollar Tree seems to have a lot more items than than the other Dollar trees. But it all the Dollar trees I go to, the employees are very nice

I went there 1/13/19. Entire bathroom area is disgusting extremely filthy feces everywhere urine all over the floor bathrooms walls sink mirror floors are completely black and dirty full of body fluids and dirt. Water down hand soap no paper towels. I spoke to the manager she seem not to care at and said they have been busy. Everyone want a check and nothing to show for. The store is dirty but not as disgusting as the while bathroom area shame on them. Its a shame the dollar store has the items to sell they should use some of Im even willing to pay it. So disappointed on the condition they gave the store in especially for Saratoga springs!

Most of the staff is really friendly & happy to help any way they can. There is one manager that was incredibly rude & hard to deal with when my online order was missing an entire case of products. She acted as though somehow I was to blame.

I love $ tree almost always have what I need in stock. Cashiers are friendly and efficient. They know where everything is. If I have a question they can usually steer me in the right direction
