Very pleased with the staff and services! They were so patient and kind to Lucky's special needs as a recent adopted dog. Lucky had a traumatic past and needs lots of patience and is slow to warm to people. He was very happy with Mandy immediately, but she knew to go slow w the introduction and discussed that they would cater the grooming to Lucky's pace. Lucky did well and looks and smells amazing! He was a very happy boy when picking him up and he was so soft and shiny. I can't stop petting his super sift and shiny fur!!A+++ service and highly recommended this place for dogs with special considerations.We will be repeat customers for grooming and eventually play visits when he is ready.Dog-friendliness: Staff is amazing with approach to new comers. Lucky was nervous but he quickly warmed up to staff and felt safe.

I highly recommend Chow Bella to any dog owner in the Saratoga Springs area! My dog is groomed here regularly and the staff is knowledgable, friendly and always on time with our appointments. The owner is so lovely and the entire space is welcoming for your dogs, from being able to shop for products to stay and play at the indoor dog park! Overall, always a pleasant interaction and a great grooming experience for my dog.

My girls love playing here. Bonus is they don't get dirty either like they would at an outdoor park. Everyone who comes with their dogs is super nice and responsible and very welcoming and understanding for newcomers.

We always stop in for a nail trim and to pick out new treats. Great place to stay and play (especially when my pup doesn’t want to be out if it’s cold and rainy). Love ChowBella!

I normally bring my dogs to the vet for nail trims but this place was closer. I stopped in one day and spoke with Marijo who was very nice and explained the process. I made my appointment online after entering my dogs info. Britney was great and Amanda very nice too. The prices are reasonable and they accomodated me early too. Will go back again.

We love Chow Bella! We've gone to the indoor dog park hours, which is especially useful in the winter. We attended their Family Dog Foundations class with our 3 year old rescue. We were thrilled to see that Chow Bella uses a positive reinforcement based training approach and that was the deciding factor for us on where to train. The training courses are a fun way for you and your family to do something special with your dog. It helped us build a stronger bond with our pup. The facility is clean and well-kept and they have lots of special treats and products for sale that you can't get at your regular pet store. We will be signing up for the Family Dog Foundations Intermediate course soon!

We LOVE it here. My puppy has so much fun with her "friends." I can't even say that word at home without her going crazy! She now knows the drive and as soon as I pull up she starts crying and pulls me inside. We highly recommend Chow Bella.

Great place to have your dog groomed. Emily was a fantastic groomer. The place is clean and well organized. Our standard poodle (Chessy) is almost 2 1/2 years old and has been groomed many times; never as well done as he received here. This is now our "go-to" place.

Our vet recommended this grooming salon to us and I could not have been more happy with the service we received! They are so kind and wonderful. Our dog has anxiety from a dog attack and they allowed her to take breaks and get comfortable. I have never seen our labradoodle come out of the groomer looking so beautiful! She shined, highly recommend 😊

We were visiting family in Saratoga this winter and decided to check out Chow Bella's indoor dog park for our dog! He had the best time running around with all of the other dogs. The staff was amazing. We would absolutely recommend Chow Bella and will be certain to go back there on our next visit to Saratoga!

I am so happy I discovered Chow Bella! My German Shepherd Dog, Daniel, was groomed yesterday and I am incredibly pleased with the groomer and the owner. Both were extremely friendly.And not only did Daniel receive excellent grooming, but he was allowed to play with the groomer's Doodle puppy afterwards!

I took my 1-year-old Labradoodle for his first ever grooming appointment at Chow Bella and had an amazing experience! I was very nervous as this was his first time being groomed, but the owner and staff assured me he would be well taken care of and he certainly was. Overall, the service was amazing and I felt very at ease after the experience. Highly recommend this place for dog grooming, shopping for accessories or an indoor play date!

I decided today to pop into Chow Bella for the first time. I was looking for a dog food that would be good for my senior dog which would help with brain function. Purina Bright Mind was recommended by my vet, but I'm not sold completely on getting that one. I walked in and looked through the small selection of food that is there. The girl behind the checkout was engrossed in her cell phone and only looked at me when I walked over and asked if they had the Purina brand. She very snottily replied "we don't carry Purina!" That is fine but she could have suggested an alternative, or took more than a few seconds in trying to keep me as a customer! Couldn't take her eyes away from her cell phone, I suppose.I was planning to go there for other services, but I won't go back again. I felt like a nuisance and not a welcome customer.

Worst experience ever! Last year it was great but my groomer moved. They hired a new manager who more than doubled their prices. I took both my husky’s there. The manager said because they were working on their under coat and did not want to irritate them that I needed to bring them back to finish which was included in the price. I brought them back a couple days later and she had them there for 10 minutes and I am not sure if she did anything but she said that my youngest needed to come back for another full grooming. I brought her back a few days later only to find out the manager was a no show and the owner had no idea she was not coming in and let me stand at the front for 20 minutes. So basically I missed an hour and 1/2 of work only to leave with my pup not groomed with no apology or future appointment and no follow up call. Don’t bother wasting your time or money. The new manager is going to run that place in the ground and the owner does not have a clue!

My sister’s dog was in town for a few days and decided to run through a pond! Extra stinky! I called Chow and let them know, and they were able to work it out and fit him in last minute!(saved me an earful!) he came out clean and happy, and she was even playing ball with him when I arrived.Thank you so much for the help and wonderful service! Will be recommending around now.

My dog loves it here. She’s delighted to play with her friends off leash. We’ve gotten some nice quality toys and a really cute Halloween costume in addition to her favorite food. The grooming has been very reasonable and although my dog can be skittish she really likes this groomer

Called and made appointment, got confirmation email. Got a call over two weeks later saying no one put my appointment in the books even though I got a confirmation email. Had to make another appointment, told them my dog was quite matted and to just shave him and that he struggled with his paws being touched. explained that everywhere else was booked for months which is why he would have mats. Was told that was fine. Brought him in today for his appt. and he was turned away because of the mats that I had mentioned weeks earlier and that he would give them too many problems with his paws even though they did not even try. Basically told me to bring him somewhere else just to get shaved. How can you say you’re a groomer but not be able to handle mats? Lazy. Disappointed and will not try to return.

The grooming was extremely overpriced, and they did a horrible job trimming my labradoodle's face. I asked for the puppy cut around the face and that's not what I got.The hair around her face and ears wasn't even dry when I picked her up. I did the clean up service with nail trim, and it was $70, which is how much a full groom costs at other groomers around the area. Will never go back.

Had a blast! Every time we get out of the car my dog gets super excited and pulls me to the front door! Lots of great treats and tons of space for him to run around and play. The owner is very nice and it's clearly a dog loving place!
