Yesterday I tried to purchase an open box TV from the website to pickup at Saratoga store. The description of product was "excellent - looks brand new, includes all original parts/accessories, contains packaging" It was discounted about 30 bucks off the normal price. I'm out of work dealing with medical issues so spending almost 500 bucks is a big deal for me.I make purchase online and about an hour later I get the alert that it's ready for pickup. I get there and find out the TV I purchased didn't have the packaging, legs for TV to sit on, or the remote. I can't help but feel like they purposely left out these details so someone would make the mistake of purchasing it, thinking they would honor what the customer had been told when they purchased the product.I've purchased open box things before and never had this issue. What's worse off is now they get to hold my debit card purchase funds for up to 11 days. Why is it that you can immediately take the funds out of my account but cannot refund it immediately? I drove 20 miles each way to pickup this item so I lost gas money as well. I really think they should have made the situation right somehow like give me the missing components that were promised or something. And yet the website still lists the same TV saying it's still in excellent condition not missing anything -way to learn from your mistakes and care about your customers that pay your salaries.

I have never been more happy with customer service in a retail store. I came in to Best Buy with no appointment and spoke with Brandon. He informed me I Should have made an appointment but he wasn't super busy so he still took a look at my laptop. Which I greatly appreciate. After having to do at least an hours worth of work with the laptop I was able to retrieve my files i desperately needed. my laptop was shot and he gave me an in store recommendation to the closest laptop they had in my budget to the one I brought in. After it was all said and Done I highly recommend geek squad in Wilton. Ask for Brandon! he was the best.

It's good they keep some stores around for when you're in a pinch. We needed a range extender and just didn't want to wait for it to be delivered. So best buy to the rescue. They had a few and the price wasn't outrageous. Cashier was nice and the store was clean and organized.

I had recently gotten a new phone from an AT&T store close to where I work. Three days after acquiring the phone, I experienced a serious issue, but was told by the AT&T store they couldn't help, that I should go to the Best Buy in Saratoga as they had Samsung specialists that could. I went to the Saratoga Best Buy and was assisted by Michelle and her colleagues. Michelle refused to give up on the challenged faced, and after about 75 minutes, was able to resolve my issue. She went above and beyond what she had to do to assist me. Fabulous customer service. I will frequent the store for my next electronic(s) purchase, for certain.

My husband and I had and amazing experience at this store thanks to Jason, he had the greatest attitude, gave us a Master Class about sound bar ( the product we came in for) and he really knows what his talking about! Excellent customer service.Thank you Jason!

They are fairly attentive and want to make sure you are finding what you're looking for! I bought my Samsung book (laptop) here and was impressed with the customer service and their explanation of information ℹ needed to know about the product and protection plan, etc.

Made an instore pick up purchase for a gaming PC thatbthe website listed was instore. The order was never fulfilled. I tried calling for more info and no one was picking up the phone so I go to the store to see what was going on and the place was closed. Says open till 7pm, but I was there well before 6pm. Total waste of time. No wonder this store is closing all over the place.

We purchased a new Samsung television. It was a problem free transaction and they took back our old television. Parking is ample and the store is easily seen from the road. Near I87 and not far from the city center of Saratoga Springs. Service was excellent, and the checkout process went quickly. Always satisfied purchasing there.

Order a piece of furniture online and was told it would be ready in an hour. Three his layer drive up to get it, and they hadn't even started pulling it. The staff was great and made it happen. Corporate really needs to aghast their website to reflect reasonable times.

I loved the customer service here. I wanted to buy washer and dryer and here is this lady Jennifer who is amazing and very accommodating she explained us all the benefits in details. Disappointed that there was no staff avail to help me purchase $300 worth of audio equipment on 12/26. I asked the women upfront and they did acknowledge they were short staffed right now. I left and found what I needed at Walmart.

This store does not have it together. You call, can't get thru to speak with anyone. Website states this store has in stock the product you want. Drive 30 miles to get it & once you actually find an employee they can't find it - he gets another employee & neither can find it (it's a PC)! They check online & it says they have it. The only thing I left with that day was one thought - I'm not going back there. Went to Staples across the street & was courteously helped & all questions answered by Bob.

Was not a very good experience. Tried to purchase a TV and the whole thing was a disaster. They misled the condition it was in on the website, did nothing to remedy my issues with the purchase, I don't think I'll be purchasing anything from best buy any time soon.

If you want to wait 35mins for help go to this store lol, then after 35 mins if you get someone and they don't even know what there talking about. Apparently can't connect the item to the display....also prices are incorrect and they won't honor them. Display said $129 for black Friday sale was told the display matched up by one associate then told by another it's incorrect lol. Then the gentleman asked if we wanted a manager we said yes, then he said oh well I'm a manager and I'll go see if I can do that price....comes back 22mins later and says no. Lol never even changed the incorrect pricing 🤣. And customer service in call is a joke.

I don't know what has happened to Best Buy lately. The in-store person who helped us find a printer had no product knowledge, and was clearly only interested in making a sale. When we got the product home, the setup wasn't as easy as he made it out to be. We tried calling the store many times, but you can't get a real person because you go through a phone tree; they say they will connect you with a real person but the line is always busy. Then we tried on-line tech support. They used to be glad to help you remotely, with only your membership. Now they want extra money for that. Their on-line chat help has apparently been outsourced to India, and they don't know squat. In the end, we got the computer to recognize the printer, but it still wouldn't print because it kept saying "paper jam" when there was no paper jam. Back it went. HPs are garbage!

Understaffed but the staff that was there was helpful and knowledgeable. I had gone in knowing not much about mesh-wifi but the salesman helped me pick a budget friendly option that suited my needs and got the job done. I also purchased a gaming laptop a year ago and was very pleased with the product and was giving again great customers service on that product as well. The only reason they didn't get an extra star was because they were understaffed and finding someone to help you was a bit of a task. I think there was maybe two people on floor that night and one of them was using the register as well.

Like the store, they had what I was looking for, rechargeable batteries, where I can't find in other places. Plus they have other fine stuff as well u may not find in other stores. Will surely be back again

On Saturday may 28th ....the best buy in saratoga springs had the worst performance I have witnessed. No staff was around at the register to pay for your items. Actually when looking for an employee, not one employee in sight. Not one at the door, or customer service desk, or at the cell phone desk, or in the tv location.. It took 10 minutes to find an employee. We only found an employee because we asked if she saw an employee that worked at best buy, and she said herself. She was out of uniform. I did not notice the radio she had on. She radioed her cashier who was at the back of the store looking an item up. So he slowly walked backed to the register without a hustle. The two employees rang people out. There was a line at customer service desk, cell and TV area, and the checkout line had roughly 10 people, (about 5 transactions for the ten ppl).Either way, I had two wireless chargers ...prices were not presented because the items were all over the place. So when it was my turn to be checkout, the employee rang both items quickly. I informed her I only wanted one item but I would like to know what item to what price. The employee did not here me or understand at first what I was asking. However, when she did understand, she could not tell me the price without rescaning the item for a second time.Over all about 30 minutes for a wireless charger that cost $34.99.Top it off, later on I checked the price online and the item was $32.95. Not much of a difference, besides time.RecommendationClean store, organize store, educate employees, self checkout registers and more employees on a weekend. Lower prices to match other companies online.

I went into this store looking to buy stuff for my smart home .... Debbie an older woman with short curly hair helped me. She was the best most knowledgable person I have ever met at a best buy period she had so many helpful tips for me and made my shopping experience a delight. I will go out of my way to go to this best buy with the Hope's that Debbie will be there to help me again.

Had an Apple Car play car stereo, back up camera, and remote starter installed here. Billy, the install tech, was knowledgable, proficient, and pleasant. Took an '09 Civic and brought it way closer to '21 standards. Being able to play your own tunes AND charge AND send a hands free text AND see a map....very pleased.
