I was actually on my way to PetSmart when I saw this pet shop on my map. I decided to check it out and I am so glade that I did. The employees were very friendly. They greeted Blue and I when we walked in. It’s very clean and well organized. Very helpful employee helped me find some good toys and treats for my heavy duty chewer. I definitely recommend coming here if you’re in Saratoga Springs. 😊👍

This is my go to pet supply store. Stopped in to use the self-serve dog wash station. Unfortunately the two bays were in use.

What a great pet store. It has a wide inventory and friendly staff. The washing stations is very convenient too, with a selection of soaps and effective water sprayer and good control of water temperature. I’ll happily return when I’m in town.

This is the best pet store in Saratoga. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The store is well stocked for both cats and dogs. We recently took our Corgi for a bath there. It was a great experience. They have a beautiful bathing facility that has numerous selections of great smelling soaps and conditioners. They also give you as many towels as you need. I have been to numerous Benson’s in the area and they’re all great! This shop is the newest and they’ve done a great job with the design. Keep up the great work Benson’s.

I love the dog washing station in the store. I have brought my dog a couple of times and they have been really helpful in getting me set up for bathing him.The store is clean and well stocked, and the staff is great. You can tell they are all animal lovers!

Friendly staff, no people around, and I just lives using the self dog wash. $15 bucks and I can wash my own mutt out instead of paying the groomers +40 for it. But bring your own combs!
