Staff was nice, but there was only one member of the staff on cashier and serving so it's not a personalized treatment per customer. You are basically forced to pay extra for a different cone because the icecream servings are huge compared to the cone so if you stick to a normal one your icecream will drip. Milkshake was good but we were not offered a different of milk other than whole. We had to sit in an area that has tables but they use it as storage room. Overall the icecream was worth it.

There are a lot of flavors and the ice cream is pretty fresh, although it was a little bit hard. I would definitely recommend getting a chocolate dipped waffle cone which was absolutely delicious. The location is also convenient, as it is just a short walk from other restaurants in Sarasota. There are also nice benches and seating outside as well.

My husband and I have been here a couple times and usually it’s a really pleasant experience! The staff is typically really friendly, the service is usually great, and the ice cream is bomb. Came here for free cone day and waited in line then an employee came out and held up a sign to cut the line off. My husband and I got out of line and started walking away and then he let the people behind us stay in line. Waste of time, rude and pretty disappointing. I get that it was probably a stressful day for the employees, but I wish we hadn’t been turned away like that, just for the people behind us to be allowed to stay.

I hate to leave this review because I love Ben & Jerry’s and the usual guy is great. Tonight we walked in just before closing and after placing my order was told that they would not make that but would give me a scoop. I get how frustrating it can be to have someone walk in just before close when you’re raring to get out of there. But in all my years in retail I never had the option - before closing - of dictating what a customer could order. The time difference between what I ordered and what they deigned to give me was maybe a one minute prep difference. I didn’t catch names but it was two guys both different from the other guy I’ve worked with in the past that was nothing but pleasant and helpful.

First off, Ice cream is always good, duh it’s ben and jerry’s! Second off, i was having a Low blood sugar moment and i felt like i was going to faint. Me and my boyfriend did not have money, as both of our cards were declining due to bank issues during the solar eclipse. I felt like i was going to faint, so my boyfriend went in and asked if there was anything we could get for free, we were both very worried i was going to faint. I forget his name, but the guy who was at the counter gave me a small dish of ice cream and two bananas, which prevented me from fainting! Thanks :)

Overrated.Really skimpy on candy, prices extremely high. I don't like the consistency of the ice cream. For the price of a small dish, I can buy a half gallon at the grocery store, and in my opinion, enjoy it more.Yes, I was at the store. No, I didn't buy anything. I've had your products before. I had no intention of slamming this place, but you asked for my reasons.If I were to buy ice cream out, I'd go to a locally owned place and get a flurry. Ben and Jerry's is too corporate for me, despite the marketing efforts to convince me otherwise 😎Hope you have a nice day

We had a great visit and Ben and Jerry’s! The staff was great assisting us in the choice of ice cream we decided on, he was very personable and had a fun personality. The chocolate PB chunk was amazing!! Outdoor seating was great too! 👏🏼

Super complicated flavors made from real cream and delicious ingredients. You can never go wrong with a Ben & Jerry's ice cream cone. Loved the big wooden swing you can sit on outside this small location in downtown Saratoga!Order the Tonight Dough, it was the best!

Absolutely loved this place! It was my husbands first time getting Ben & Jerry's because we live in Schenectady and we don't have one close by sadly but it was an amazing experience! Great customer service, delicious ice cream and great customer service. We were in and out in no time! A little expensive but absolutely worth it in the end! We will be back for sure!

Went to Ben and Jerry's on 3/12. My son dropped his ice cream cone on the floor. The young man on duty, replaced it free of charge, and was so nice about it. Great staff!

Not a good value or product. Kilwin's on broadway is much better on both metrics. Ordered a sundae and got 1 scoop of ice cream with hot fudge on it. No whipped cream or cherry. It just looked pathetic.

I have a gluten allergy. It's not life-threatening, and I can tolerate the trace amounts from cross-contamination, but having wheat in any quantity tends to ruin my day. I am not familiar with the ingredients of Ben and Jerry's ice cream. I asked the clerk whether the Chocolate Therapy had wheat in it. He told me that it didn’t so I ordered the flavor. A few bites in, I started to feel sick so I looked up the ingredient list online. Turns out, Chocolate Therapy does have wheat, and the clerk gave me inaccurate information.When I tried to bring the inaccuracy to the attention of both clerks, they rudely told me that I should have disclosed my allergy instead of taking responsibility for their failure to double check the ingredients. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Not much taste to be honest… seemed like grocery store ice cream grade, very airy…unlike kilwins which is very rich. I wanted to walk out when I heard the employee shouting that the girl next to me in line’s credit card was declined. Not once but twice. There are polite ways to handle that without letting the whole store know.Edit: today 8:15, I got the vanilla.

Both times I have ordered through delivery service so maybe quality is different when you order in person but both times have not been great. My custom two scoop sundae is always smashed into a large cup with a cookie that dominates the whole sundae. Doesn’t seem like a sundae but more like a hard cookie with melted ice cream on top.Toppings just thrown in with no care and ice cream always seems like I’m being skimped out on.Overall, not going to order for delivery anymore and might give it a try in person if I’m in the area.

Love what the company does as a whole and this location stands to meet that level of excellence. The staff handles the track season in Saratoga Springs very well and stays cranking out the ice cream. Even during the off season, they meet and exceed expectations. Not only are they willing to help you find the ice cream right for you, they offer new fun twist and also help you no matter how busy. Always a stopping point when we leave Saratoga after a night and/or dinner.

Our ice cream cart was the perfect surprise for our September 2019 wedding guests! The line moved quickly and everyone enjoyed getting to pick from our six flavor choices. Some went back for seconds! We would highly recommend this crowd-pleaser any time of year.
