H2O went above and beyond in processing the freight claim and sending a replacement board. Will buy from them again. Awesome customer service and buying experience. Total class act.

I can only speak positively about this Company. Their after sales support was amazing!!I live in New Zealand and purchased 2 slalom skis from them, the freight company had an accident (no fault of H20) enroute with the package, when I received the package I touched base with H20 and they got right onto fixing the issue for me.Great guys, great products and great customer support, can not speak highly enough of these chaps.Thanks again

I’d like to briefly share my extremely positive experience with H2O Pro Shop. I believe it’s important to spread the good word and reward those who are highly ethical and honorable people.I called in just to get a clarification about the installation of the bindings I purchased from H2OPS just a few days earlier. Needless to say, they were super friendly and willing to assist. They asked me to send a few photos of the bindings, and it is then when they noticed that they made an error because the colors of the bindings were not perfectly matching.Even though I only called in to get some technical advice, after answering my questions, they insisted to either replace one binding for the right color or to refund 25% of the total purchase price.I could not accept the replacement offer due to a scheduled trip overseas, and regarding the refund, I told them not to send it to me. It was a negligible error and at the time of pandemics, when small businesses are under severe pressure to survive, I was explicit that I did not need a refund.Guess what - they sent me that 25% rebate emphasizing they stand accountable for any mistakes they make and highlighting their imperative, which is a happy customer.A food for thought… Just imagine what would be like to live in a world where everyone would have the ethical principles and conduct such as H2O Pro Shop.

Amazing pro shop with stellar customer service! I live in Burlington and there are really no wake pro shops in the area. Terrence the owner, Mike pro shop, and Laurie front desk, were all super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Their pricing and online store are on point. If you're looking for a pro shop in the area, H2O is where it's at!

I had the best customer service I've ever experienced at H20 Pro Shop. When they say "Our customer service and technical experience is topped by no one," they are 100% correct. There was a mix up with the water ski gloves I ordered for my Dad for Christmas and without hesitation, they took care of the problem without batting an eye. I will be spreading the word about my experience with H20 Pro Sports with friends, family and those up at the lake. Special shout out to Austin, thanks again. You guys have a customer for life!

Went there to buy a wakeboard and was a great shopping experience. Staff was very friendly and kind and helped me every step of the way. Shared valuable information and helped me setup my board and customize it with out even asking. Overall very nice business I highly recommend for any water sports needs
