This store is rarely open. Travel 22 miles over to this store only to find another note on the door saying it's closed for another reason. Either no staff, no air conditioning (open the door) or the most recent for about 5 days straight that I know of is a propane leak. Well if you have a propane leak, that will take less than a day to fix and air out. The excuses these lazy people come up with is pathetic. Why don't they just put a note saying NO STAFF, BECAUSE NO ONE WANTS TO WORK! This store has turned around since last manager and has become a beautiful store and always clean and fully stocked, if you can ever catch them open.

The young man at the register is always friendly and helpful. He even tries to work out freight in between customers. There seems to be nobody else working. U-boats piled with freight in the aisles and no one around to work on it. I frequently see workers (management?) outside smoking. I shop here often enough to see who are the workers and who sits in the office doing who knows what. I do like the store but it looks like it’s very poorly run.Why does the store close early sometimes? One person calls in and then they close? Not a way to run a business.

The young man at the register was very nice today, but since Loni has not been the manager the place has a sloppy and somewhat dirty look. She always had it looking neat and spotless. Her customer service was epic, as well. 👍 whomever is the manager now def doesn't stress CS Or cleanliness and keeping the place orderly. It can be done. Loni did it with a huge smile and a aire of kindness. She would even walk you to the item that you were looking for. Excellent CS. The staff there now, some look like they'd rather get their teeth drilled then smile at you. Sad.

The store is never open, it sucks people drive from tupper lake or lake placid to save money and end up wasting gas,energy and time to find out store is closed. But, employees are working stocking shelves... and they never answer the phone to save customers from wasting there time🙄

Super nasty store. There are a few things I like to stock up on at the Dollar Tree so I stopped into this location on my way through town.... so disappointed at the condition of this store. It looks like nobody has used a vacuum, or wiped anything down in a really long time! They don’t even empty the trash outside or by the registers. The checkout area is so bad you know it hasn’t been “sanitized” ever! Sad sad situation given they should’ve been cleaning more now than ever to keep things disinfected.

The employees have always been very courteous and friendly. However, I'm disappointed regarding their very stringent return or exchange policy. It is ridiculous regarding petty items that can be resold. I've never had any problem like that from any other store. They should be more accommodating to local people who shop there regularly!!

I have encountered employees the last 4 months or so with excellent customer service ! Most of my questions about where an item got moved to, involves them going to find product, and I follow them which helps me to remember where it is now... great store, just can't get some items again, which is frustrating because once you find a product you like, it's gone, never to be found !

Dirtiest floors I've ever seen in my life. It doesn't matter if you wear a mask there because the carpet has enough germs and build up that you could catch the plague! I didn't see a single adult working there. Boxes piled everywhere with empty shelves.

Last time I was here, it was absolutely trashed inside. Every aisle there were items all over the floor. Some aisles it was difficult to maneuver a cart around. It looked like someone trashed the store and no one was doing a thing about it. It’s usually a fairly clean store. Was disappointed to see it in this condition.

I used to shop at this store regularly and when it was the old staff like 6 months ago to a year...it was nice and clean!Now It is just absolutely disgusting it is so dirty and unorganized and a complete mess!!

There was a lady no mask on in store pointed out by another lady staff pointed out to customer that they were told not to enforce ... needless to say I don't think I will shop there any time soon ... dirty and un organized as it is

Great selection of items for all occasions. Save plenty of money on things like napkins, baking pans, cleaning supplies. Staff s nice and there's usually no wait to check out.
