The team at Home Sweet Home was thorough and professional from the first point of contract through the follow-up after our cleaning. They communicated clearly leading up to our service, which put us at ease about having them in our home. Once the team arrived they toured the house, confirmed the level of service, and generally made every effort to set expectations around their timing and activities.They did a fabulous job! We weren’t sure what to expect for the Bronze level cleaning but I can say the team exceeded our expectations regarding care and speed. They were impressively organized.We will be sticking with Home Sweet Home for our cleaning needs. They made good on all their service claims. Can’t recommend them highly enough. 5/5.

My regular team member is thorough, professional, and personable. When a substitute comes, they have notes so the level of service is maintained. Everyone has been kind to my dogs. Tia from Home Sweet Home Cleaning has been taking care of our house regularly for over a year now, and she does a fantastic job EVERY time! She takes care of the little details and it shows - it’s so nice to come home to a clean house every couple of weeks. HSH also has a great communication system to remind us of regular visits and the rare change of schedule due to holidays, etc. Now I have one less thing to worry about - the great service is really appreciated!

All I can say is WOW! Missy came to our house last week to do a deep clean of our kitchen. We have a toddler and two dogs so it's hard to keep it clean. When Missy left, it felt like an entire new Kitchen. She was on time, polite, kind and such a hard worker. Our older dog doesn't like people coming into our house, but Missy was so quiet and calm that our dog did not even care. I would recommend Home Sweet Home to anyone that is looking for a trustworthy, detail oriented, perfectionist cleaning service. They make life easier.. not instead of feeling the weight of a dirty kitchen and thinking of all th things I need to do. I'm able to enjoy life a little more stress free. THANK YOU!!

I worked here for a year and can honestly say it was the best employment experience I've had so far! I've worked multiple jobs over the past 15 years and can honestly say that the support you feel from both the owner and management are the best. Your preference is are listened to, and your feedback as an employee really matters to them. During the last 6 months of my time there I had multiple requests due to scheduling and flexibility and was accommodated. Working on your own is a plus, being able to listen to my podcast and ebooks all day was great... Great... You have your own supplies that they give you and they dispatch you from home which helps with timing. All in all, I would definitely recommend working for HSH!

I worked for Heather (owner of HSH) for 2 years. Her and her supervisors do a great job with training whether it being on the apps used or cleaning products and tasks. I took great pride in seeing the before and after of what I just cleaned and the appreciation of the customer as well. Heather and her team of Rock-stars respect work life balance and are extremely supportive. There are monthly bonuses/ awards given out for 5 star reviews from customers, other customer comments as well as the employee of the month.As for working with the client base, if there was ever an issue with a customer complaint, Heather & the Supervisors would do a full investigation to ensure the work was done correctly and advocate for the staff when needed.Safety is also a #1 priority. If you ever feel uncomfortable at someones house due to their pets or the customer themselves, they will make sure that you don't have to go back there and in some severe cases they will terminate service with that client if unsafe.I highly recommend working for Home Sweet Home. I am able to take the knowledge I received and bless others around me.The image attached was one of my silver level deep cleans and was used on the HSH Instagram Account. The result of this clean was extremely satisfying and I was so proud of myself at the end of that day.

I switched to Home Sweet Home cleaners and couldn’t be happier. They are very responsive to all of my texts, super easy for scheduling, always on time, and do an absolutely amazing job cleaning my 3000 sqft house (with 3 pets, 2 adults, and an infant in the household)! The attention to detail is really what sets them apart. For example, they changed out my diaper pail and even cleaned my coffee maker.
