Pump.1 will lock in your credit card and the staff will not get it released and threaten to call the police. This pump has been a problem for along time and they refuse to fix it. Horrible employees!

No receipt at the pumps since it became circle k. No cashier, you're forced to use the self checkout, if you need assistance youre greeted with an attitude. No made to order food anymore and everything is about 20% more expensive than other gas stations in the area. I drive out of my way to avoid it.

So about two months ago I stopped to get gas and for some reason the pumps did not work. I went to the front door only to find two guys inside playing stick hockey with their brooms completely ignoring me as I knocked on the door.. I left and got gas elsewhere.Stopped in today as it seems on Mondays nothing in Upstate New York is open as far as food restaurants. Upon entering I was greeted by one employee and the place seemed very clean and organized.I proceeded to order a roast beef sub and some hot wings. The staff was 3 girls and 1 Guy. Service was outstanding and everyone was super friendly. My sub was outstanding and wings great. To be fair equal if not better than subway.I was visiting my family here and I don't live here, but I would come back to order a sub or wings here again. Great job!

After a long trip my family needed diesel, coffee, something for breakfast and to use the restroom. We experienced terrible customer service by a heavy set white woman. Was not greeted professionally, was spoken to with an attitude and was refused bathroom access upon request. Although there were no customers at 6:30am, the store was clean. However, we chose not to spend any of our money and took our business to the next town. Stewarts Shop was impeccable!

I go to this particular circle k on a fairly regularly basis. The only time I've experienced the trash cans over flowing like others have said is on the night shift when there's only one person on shift. It's always cleaned up around the start of the morning shift when someone else comes in to either each the store while night person picks up or the new person comes in. It's a very convenient spot for the rigs to pull on and grab a bite. 12/20 intersection is a highly traveled truck rout.My current question is why are is circle k closing the Delly except for pizza and pre madefood. A lot of us who drive truck would rather not have the grease or the soggy sandwiches. We would rather have fresh food. I'm particular to the cranberry chicken harvest salad. If the Delly closes a lot of us will fine other places for food and fuel.

Visited around 11:00 PM on Sept 15, men's room was not clean with visible filth from previous uses. Garbage in bathroom was full. Soap dispenser did not work, replacement soap bottle was empty. Had to use hand sanitizer attached to wall outside of bathrooms.Employees were not busy serving other customers so this level of neglect is unacceptable. It seems like there were 3 employees present. One employee was smoking/vaping while sitting on bottled water cases outside the front door talking to a friend/customer. They had time to clean.

Dirty, garbage everywhere, and the people they hired to replace old nice N easy crew, is horrible. All the locals hate this store now. Every garbage can is over flowing. The district manager has been advised of this several times and nothing changed.

Would you guys please fix the gas pumps!!!!!! I fill my work truck on a daily basis and probably spend close to 400 per week on fuel. Sick and tired of waiting for the one pump that works to be open. This has been very consistent over the past year and is extremely extremely annoying!!!! Get your selves together!!!!!!

Been going to Stewarts since February, stopped going to sangerfield store for all the reasons other people did on here, stopped in the other day for 1 item and it hasn't changed any,so quit saying you'll pass it on to management because apparently nobody is doing anything about it. Also debit cards never work on the gas pumps

Talk about Price gouging and lack of attention to detail. I just got 2 slices of chared breakfast pizza and a gallon of oj for $12.How is what i i bought worth anywhere close to $12? The pizza is absolutly old and burnt. I have. A video to prove it.

I was at the store around 11PM and the place is hog hole. In front of the main doors where the trash bins are the trash was all over and they where over flowing with trash. So dissatisfied with the new owners place has tooking a 100% dive. Dont thank they can pull out of this one

Always Very Clean inside and out. Lots of space at the pumps. Very Pleasent Staff. Plenty of Parking for Cars and Trucks and even large 18 wheelers.

Slow service shelves and cooler never stocked I was in line long enough to drink an extra large coffee then had to pay for 2 cup and go get another one to go the place has gone down I wish someone else would take it over don't waste your time going there
