I was treated badly today by Leda Romoz at the West Sand Lake NY. I went to pick up my script that I called in and spoke to a representative 3 days ago. They didn't have a record of it and was rude, abrupt, and badgered me. When she asked what else she could do for me, I said, she could have some empathy, I received a flipant reply. I replied, send my scripts to Rite Aid.

We go here for all of our dog's meds and they are always very helpful. So much so that we now get our scripts there too. Joe is the best, and always goes above and beyond for us.
