I was in the area and stopped by for lunch. Quick service and made fresh. The chino sandwich tasted amazing and was very filling. The coleslaw was different than any coleslaw I've had before, i wish i ordered more. The madrid potatoes were great. There are so many things on menu that looked intriguing. Ill definitely be going back to try some other things out.

Their specials have me coming back. 🤤Here featured is the Kunu Burrito. “Grilled teriyaki chicken, rice, Hawaiian style mac salad, greens dressed with sesame ginger vin, crispy fried Spam and pineapple hot sauce on a giant flour tortilla. “ (not a spam girly, so I got mine without) but It was such a great flavor bomb. My husband got his with spam, he actually got two because he was so excited! I also love their Madrid style potatoes, featured in the pictures as well. (Super crispy potatoes topped with Manchego cheese, Brava sauce and garlic aioli) Everything there is super authentic and you can tell it’s made with TLC. 👌🏼

The Tortuga Sandwich Shop started out as a food truck in Virginia which is reflected in the art on the walls. Cool little shop with delicious sandwiches! You can eat in, takeout, or get them delivered by Uber eats. Enjoy!

Who knew there was such a gem, located in beautiful downtown Sanborn! I had a Gustavo and my wife had a Phoenix, along with crispy potatoes and their coleslaw. Both sandwiches were large and excellent; had to take half of each home.All too often, sides of coleslaw are essentially throw-aways, tasting like it came from an industrial drum. THIS coleslaw was very good. (I'm very picky about restaurant coleslaw and this version was totally enjoyed.)Lastly, be sure to try the Alfajore cookies, or at least get a couple to take home.

Absolutely amazing. Awkward parking situation but worth it. I have tried several sandwiches and bowls and so impressed. Bread is perfect. Ingredients are fresh and sandwiches are unique and awesome. The other reviews are spot on. You pull up and you're in a not-pretty looking area, the front of the store looks eh. You're thinking... this place looks rough. You go in and still not super impressed by the interior. You order a sandwich and are thinking all these other reviews led you astray.... Then you get the sandwich, start eating and can't stop. They make an outstanding product. Do not judge them by their exterior, they whip up some delicious food. I highly recommend if you're in the area to stop by and give them a try. I will definitely be returning! Easily best sandwich in the Buffalo area!

This might be the finest hidden gem of a sandwich shop I accidentally discovered! Everything I have tried has been exquisite! I can't recommend this place strongly enough... Tucked away in the sleepy little village of Sanborn, it's worth the drive if you don't live in the immediate vicinity! ❤️

An absolute gem. The combinations are brilliant reimaginings of a number of street foods you can't find in Buffalo. We've tried over half the menu and many specials in the last year and honestly, some are instant classics (looking at you, Pepe) and others are "simply" among the most delicious sandwiches you'll find in the area. You can't go wrong.
