Cute little tops. Shop here on occasion for people I help out. Always seem to find everything on their lists. The store has always been clean, and all the employees I've dealt with have been wonderful.

A bit on the small side for a modern grocery store and compared to most other Tops locations. However compact deli had good selection, produce had the basics and the staff were friendly and helpful

Sanborn Tops is my go to place if I just need something quick. I know where everything is. It's always clean. It's a small Tops but always has what I am looking for in a hurry.

Getting used to new look, still asking questions about product locations. Woman at register acted like she didn't want to be there. When I left I told her she should smile more. (not received well). I had over $200 order,so maybe that made her sorry she was there. Older woman, long hair and miserable. Overworked, maybe..

Not a huge fan anymore. Dated stores with higher prices than other large retail stores., stock seems haphazardly re-upped, couldnt find a brand/type of Lays crackers over 3 weeks, went to WalMart paid over $1.10 less and had ample supplies in stock. The Gas Points seem to be subsidized by in store pricing being higher. Noticed the butcher shop is almost gone now.Been hitting WalMart, Whole Foods and Wegmans.

I was cashing out in the self checkout and the man who was supervising the self checkout was extremely rude. In front of the whole store he called me a thief. I have never stole a day in my life. And when he checked my receipt he seen that I in fact stole nothing. I do not recommend this Tops location unless you want to be embarrassed.

Your typical hometown overpriced Tops market. Only grocery store in my area so we use it when we have to. Small. Deli and meats. Always busy

Very long wait at checkout and needs a self checkout lane. Employees are pleasant.Update: self checkout lane was added which helped speed up the checkout. The one produce scale was out of service and in disrepair. Very inconvenient if you are buying several produce items.4/11/23 Update: The self checkout lane was closed today even though the cashier lanes were 6 or more customers deep. I visited twice in the late morning, and it was closed both times. Don't count on quick checkout experience. One customer even left their cart behind and walked out because of the checkout delay. I downgraded my rating because of my recent checkout experience.6/8/23 Update: Customer communications need to be improved. On 6/7/23, there was a long wait at the checkout regular lane, so I went to the self checkout, which showed the terminals were rebooting. Nothing was working in either the normal checkout lane or self checkout for about 10 customers. Apparently, the reason for the checkout delay was a power outage that occurred before I entered the store. The store associates did not engage the customers to explain the problem and did not apologize for the delayed checkout. I understand that problems occur. The lack of staff communication with customers made this a very frustrating experience.

This tops is very overpriced because it's in such a small town ! Isles are tiny two carts can not fit through. I guess it's a cute little store

Probably the smallest Tops around with extremely limited inventory. That's the only reason for the 3 star rating, they just don't have much.

8/7/23 9:30 pm4 or 5 employees standing around talking about where they like to vacation, while all the check out lines are closed. With people waiting to use self checkout.

Tops here is a small one. Sometimes they don't have things there. Sometimes the lines are long. They added a few check yourself out machines. But to me there taking jobs away from people. So I try to not use them. People are nice there.

There was shrimp 1/2 ring for 16.99 when i went to self check out it rang up 24.99 so i told the cashier and she acted like she didnt believe me but i went back to physically show her and she came to tell me i had to go to customer service and the same thing she was as about a dumb . After 25 mins of her trying to figure what to do . I walked out and told them techcially because they didnt change it you were suppose to give it to me for that price 16.99 but she didnt know what she was doinv so i wont be going there ever again rudeness

A little tight in there, but that was expected since it is a smaller location. I was shopping for someone else, and unfortunately they didn't have alot of the items I was looking for. Other than that, it's a great, clean store and very friendly employees.

It's great that they have a Tops supermarket in this small community. What isn't so great is the number of cashiers for checking out your shopping experience. Too few. Great variety for take-out, to take a loved one. What a service this grocer provides the community.

Place is definitely a little pricey, also not enough cashiers when needed but you see other employees just standing around. Also some of the employees are extremely rude and not helpful at all.

This Tops may seem smaller than some of the other Tops store. But don't let that fool you. They have a lot to offer inside. Plus this store lives up to the name Tops Friendly market. Maybe its the small town difference as they are always nice when I visit the store. Located in a plaza with a CVS drug store and Tim Hortons.

Not even sure how this place has a 3.8 rating. I've lived in sanborn for 45 years and I've never encountered a more ignorant group of young little children in my life.... with the exception of Ryan the other employees are ignorant rude condescending lazy and certainly not helpful. I love having a grocery store in town but I only go here if I have to because the help is rude and lazy at best

Not a huge selection at this location, but it is a smaller store so that is to be expected. This location is however a great place to stop if you need to grab more commonly needed groceries as its scaled-down selection allows for a quick in and out experience.

Friendly small size Tops ,was once a B Quick.But nice selection ,a really good go to for the college across the street.Has most food items ,the bigger stores have.

The latter night staff was amazing. Between myself running in being the woman that allows up ten minutes to close. Made it just in the knick of time before midnight and realized I forgot my bags. After running to the car and back in. I took a deep breath and just thanked the employees. They handled an over worked, on her way home mother, who forgot to buy milk AND went shopping hungry. Ahhh. Thankyou!!!!!!

First visit to this location. Only a quick stop to get sodas for the ride home. Store only had one checkout open so it took longer to check out than to pick our drinks.

This tops is under staffed at the busiest times of the day such as 330 pm to 6pm with one maybe 2 cashiers open and 10 people in each line . Also the employees stand out front puffing the cancer sticks if you wanna smoke go out back I don't wanna smell your cigs as I walk in .

I bought paper cups because the sign said 2/5. I noticed when I got to my car that it didn't ring up on sale. I went to customer service and she returned it even though I told her about the sign. Then she followed me to look and took down the sign saying she would have to tell a girl she forgot to take it down. I asked if I should have gotten that price and she said probably, and that was it. I stood there and she said nothing, so I walked away. Not helpful at all. Just having moved back from the south, I thought maybe they didn't honor tags here like they do there. I called the manager when I got home and he said I should have gotten the sale price. Lesson learned, go straight to management next time.
