Waited for a long time at the counter, felt like no one was in the store. I walked around to see if I could find a worker. Finally a gentleman came at it appeared. He had been sleeping as he couldn’t stop yawning then the yawn then turn into a cough. He had a very sarcastic sense of humor complaining about what a bad day he had in general. This was quite miserable experience, and not sure I would ever return to the store.

Lot more stuff on the shelves then our store back in Ohio !! Of course prices were substantially higher, but what isn't in NY ?? A bit too crowfed to be s 5 star visit ! Hard to find what your looking for if you don't know whete something is !! May be in the next isle over instead of the cereal isle your in !! Overal, I would go bacl, just found it to be cluttered looking !

My wife came in today because our daughter had an accident on the way to school. She bought all new clothes and asked if she could change our daughter in the bathroom. She was crying, my daughter was crying. The woman made them leave and not use the restroom. How many colors of disgusting can you be? I hope this places burns down

Normally I find everyone who works there friendly and courteous. Today that wasn't the case. The employee seemed to be distracted and just short of annoyed. He seemed to be the only one there and was responsible for stocking and cash. I wont say he was mean or rude but I left feeling bad fir the employee.

This is a nice clean, well lit store. It is always full of stock; especially seasonal items. Parking lot gets a bit crammed with only one way in /out.

New manager is running the store into the ground. Long lasting employee left. No familiar faces there but one. I even had a customer from family dollar come to me and say that they wouldn't even give them boxes for their moving son, the manager sells them! I gladly have the customer 7 boxes. Good job on ruining a store that once gave friendly customer service, a great conversation, and relationships to be made. Corporate should be disappointed at this new manager.

My favorite family dollar!! 😊Everyone is Always very nice, friendly and helpful if needed. In my opinion, customer service is a BIG DEAL and I really appreciate all the employees there!

Not a customer friendly place. The workers who work there were very ignorant and nasty to me. The prices are way to high. The coupons don’t work. They ignore customers. I feel very offended. I tried to come in 10 minuets before they were closing and they locked there doors and wouldn’t let me in.

In Sanborn, Rte 31. Has everything. Better than any other Family Dollar or Dollar General. It is still a dollar store but, impressive.
