I recently ordered a door knob I was trying to match in my home. I initially showed pictures to an employee who was to forward it on to Jill the person who handles the orders. I spoke with her and thought I was giving her the correct information but the knob that came in was not the one I wanted. Several gentleman attempted to help me as she was not there. When Jill did arrive she acted completely frustrated and angry with me yelling at me that she had ordered what I asked for. Indeed she probably had, but since I had previously show another employee the picture of what wanted... I was just trying to match what I had. I think yelling at a customer is completely unacceptable. I have purchased many things thru Ring's End for years, I will no longer darken their doors. Please be sure if you do have to place a special order you are well educated as to what you need. Barbara

Find this to have a very weird selection of products... Certainly quirky and also a lot of inventory for some very specific jobs that they must get a lot of call for. It's not a useful local hardware store.

I NEVER leave reviews, but I have to vent - as a committed and experienced DIY’er, who has lived less than a mile from this location for 60y, I have learned that unless you are a contractor - avoid it like the plague! Today I have a sick family member and took a chance to stay in town, I should have kept driving- they had what I needed on the shelf marked with a price but couldn’t sell it to me and of course it turned into thing and I left!

Rings end has it all at the store if they font have somting they will find it . I shop there for a long time ish they never disappointed me .Store has friendly and helpful personal and don't forget they will deliver on orders 500 usd and up . You can buy evrything online and get it delivered to your location for free . Excellent. IF you think they are expensive its not thru i found that there prices and quality of materials actually sometimes more affordable and much better then in other places like Home Depot or Lowes.

This store has to have the rudest,crudest, employees I have ever met.I was trying to get an idea on my remodeled kitchen and the salesman plotted out a drawing for me. He wouldn't give me a breakdown on the cabinets and I needed to show the drawing to my wife since she couldn't come because she was working. I was going to order everything that day. I went elsewhere. And the counter women are rude and unprofessional. Never will I go back.

Went to this store with my father to buy stuff today. I asked their staff if I can use their bathroom for emergency reason as I have an open wound (ostomy bag) on my stomach because of cancer. Unfortunately, all the staff I spoke to has been very rude and told me that I can’t use it as it is a staff only bathroom so I had to go drive all the way to a food store to find one. Apparently, they don’t care and policy is policy even if there is an emergency or medical reason! What a HORRIBLE customer experience!!!

Terrible experience, at counter is bad but at the warehouse is beyond of terrible, with only two exceptions and I'm not a one time only buyer, shop there multiple times and on other stores for over 20 years. But after today that's it no more, they need to change the staff on the yard, before they make the store close their door for good.Don't let that happen to you, go to another Ring's End. 1 star is only to be allowed to publish the post.

I love having Ring's End as my local hardware store. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, and you can buy practically anything you'd need to build a house from the ground up.
