The store has a large selection of both house plants and landscaping plants. The people who work there are knowledgeable and helpful. In addition to the plants, there is a nice selection of home/garden accessories.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. All of their plants are so well cared for, and they get from great growers. Whenever I buy from another nursery, I regret the loss of quality. Also, their people are very knowledgeable and helpful, especially Jen. Highly recommend!

Copia's is a gardener's paradise! They have an incredible selection of trees, shrubs and plants, plus an (almost overwhelming) assortment of gardening and landscaping items. A young man, Marcos, helped us with a very large order today and was super helpful and knowledgeable. And we always love stopping by The Farmer's Grind for a coffee on our way out.

Updated:Not only was there a miscommunication from your staff about the ability to return, there was also an intense unprofessionalism and dramatic way in which you handled the interaction with my wife and toddler daughter. Miscommunications happen in business, but it’s important to own up to them and to treat your clientele with dignity and respect. This was certainly not the case with this situation and it’s both sad and unfortunate that Copia ownership is not willing to acknowledge that.———Let me start this off by saying that my family and I were loyal Copia customers prior to this experience. Over the last 5+ years we have spent thousands of dollars there… firewood, Christmas Trees, to ornamental trees for the garden, soil, pots, holiday ornaments, gifts, etc. This is why today’s experience was so incredibly wrong. We had purchased metal fence stakes to build a deer fence around our veggie garden, but they didn’t end up working for us. We didn’t even put 1 in the ground. Before making the purchase, I made sure to double check several times that if the product didn’t work for us that I could return them. The woman who was helping (part owner I believe) me insured that they were indeed returnable and that I just needed the receipt which was emailed to us.Upon returning the product the owner said they don’t do returns and that they were only going to give us store credit. No matter how much we communicated with them that their policy was miscommunicated to us, they refused to budge. In the end, the best they did was to give us a portion. This is sad and frustrating, as we always like to support our local businesses. How much they are willing to dig in and lose a customer over a miscommunication on the part of their staff is a real disappointment.

Had a great visit and staff was super helpful. The selection was vast, they have cool coffee shop, and nursery generates a bunch of ideas for your garden. Also really appreciate that they convinced my kids that a chicken would be a bad pet!

After many visits, what remains consistent is how rude Copia's owner can be to customers. I have witnessed this occurrence on several occasions and now was the victim. Not sure what is bothering Jenn, her willingness to offer help or expertise comes with the price of her curt, snide, and unprofessional manner, from clients to customers. Their merchandise may be good, but their business and customer service lacks any education or friendly rapport. Really poor form to treat customers with such childish conduct. All completely unnecessary, it's plants we are discussing. I debated whether to even bother writing a review, but the nursery is pricey, so your money should be supporting local businesses that offer quality product AND GOOD relations. Shopping for flowers should be a pleasant experience, not a dread. Steer clear.

My wife and I are New to the area and purchased a number of trees and shrubs from Copia over the past year. All are thriving and doing great. Their prices are competitive with the area. The owner, Pete, is super knowledgeable. Highly recommend Copia!

What a great garden center. Peter and Jennifer are true experts in their field and always answer my questions. Their flowers are always perfect. I especially like this place at Christmas. They have the freshest wreaths and my Balsam Fir was perfect again this year! Great job guys, keep it up!

By far the best nursery in Fairfield county!!! Unbelievable service - I was looking for 8 trees late in the season! Peter found PERFECT trees and had them delivered & planted within days. Their prices are reasonable and their plants are high quality! Don't waste your time going elsewhere!

I ordered 15 chicks from Copia. Everything went wrong after the order was placed. First, I was told that some of the chicks were no longer available (website was not up to date). Then at pick up, I was informed that some of my chicks didn't make it, so they just added some random chicks to my batch to make up for the losses. No one offered a refund. The worst part of all, when the chicks' feathers began to fill in, we determined that we didn't get several chick varieties that were initially part of our order (in addition to the fatalities) AND ended up with 3 roosters when all of the chicks were supposed to all be female! Their email communication is neither customer oriented or friendly.

Great quality plants. Staff was super helpful. Left with enough plants for a small plot in front of my house, some gourds for the kids and a gorgeous indoor philodendron congo rojo. All my plants are doing great after 9 months!

Good selection and friendly service, with the exception of one condescending plump brunette. I had never been before and she was unwelcoming and rude. The young girl that checked me out was great though! Will return.

Had some questions about a few items and was met with rudeness from the woman wearing a ball cap. Extremely unprofessional and I am surprised how anyone would still want to shop there
