New transplants to the Cambridge/ Salem NY area. My dogs needed a check up and flea meds. The service was top notch. Easy Saturday appointment. Good value for all the services I got! And the toe nail clip was included complimentary because I was getting other services. So awesome! The facilities were very clean and new looking. It was a great visit overall.

I've adopted two senior labradors in the past 15 years and have felt so grateful to have the staff of Borador attend to both. When I had to put my chocolate lab down, I could not have asked for more compassion which made the very difficult task manageable. My new yellow lab is also being treated for the multiple issues found when I adopted her, and Borador staff offers options and explains risks. Happy to highly recommend Dr. Menard and staff.

I first went here because my dog was in distress and my normal vet was out of town. I called and they were able to get me in that day. And while it ended with us needing to say goodbye to a dear beloved friend, Dr. Mary was amazing. She explained that the cancer had won. She was so kind and caring. She made a horrendous experience bearable. Because of how wonderful everyone was, I have brought all my beasties there. I know that they are getting the best care by people who care.

Dr Menard took excellent care of Bella for 11 years . her staff is the best.they are caring and compassionate and professional. Dr. Menard was always understanding of Bella needs as a nervous girl. Bella would only let her trim her nails. Truly the best you could ask for in a vet and her staff is top notch.

Borador makes us feel comfortable as far as vets go. My pup Cucamonga is nervous in general, the staff at Borador do a great job of accommodating him. They explain every detail of our appointments and Cuca's health in simple but thorough terms, which is important to me because though I'm not a vet, I feel I should know specifically what the state of his health is so I can cater to it more specifically.I've had a much better experience overall in almost two years now than I have ever at any other vet. Highly recommend them, even if you have to drive further.
