Stopped there on a Friday night May 26th. Did not realize they closed at 5. Arrived 10 mins before closing to get the parts needed to finish a project. This store as always been our one stop and done. No more. The closing female was rude, pushy and nasty. While another employee was helping my husband, she continued to make it clear they are closed now and she had to go get her kids. Repeating herself. Excuse me, if your in a service industry you help. How about "sir how how can we assist you"?? Help so the product needed can be acquired faster. Ended up leaving without all the needed parts and to put it politely very angry. Pushed out the door.

Walked in with my bow saw and walking down one of the isles one of the attendants immediately asked, "bow saw blade?" And lead me right to them, picked out the length, and handed it over. Great service reasonable price! 👍

Worth W. Smith is THE local place to get what you need early on a Sunday. They have pretty much anything you need for home repair and some nice winter toys to boot,pardon the pun. Hey, the staff are friendly and helpful,after coffee of course. So if you are looking to do a big job or just have a screw loose Worth W. Smith can hook you up.

We are very fortunate to have several of these "old-fashioned one-stop hardware stores in this area. If they don't have it, you don't need it. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and well-trained. They are hands-on. They are problem solvers too! If they don't have what you need, they will order it for you.If you are in Olean NY, Salamanca, or Bradford PA be sure to stop in. It is truly amazing. They also do small engine repairs!

I needed a propane and was less than a mile from Salamanca Worth and Smith so I went there. They have nearly everything you can imagine including propane. I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes. The employees were very friendly and helped me get back to work as quickly as possible. Besides great service they offer a fresh cup of coffee to their customers. It's too bad they only have 5 locations, Bradford PA, Salamanca N.Y., 2 Olean N.Y. locations and their newest location in Cuba N.Y.. Great place to get most of the the hard to find stuff you could think of.

Great sales help and they had everything I was looking for to fix my stove
