This store is eXtremely well-maintained and laid-out. Everything is easy to find — except the shopping carts. Prices are reasonable and Rite Aiders are helpful and friendly.

I like thier store it's always clean and bright inside. They have weekly deals but I wish their pharmacy personnel were a bit more friendlier to their customers.

I have been going in to rite aid to buy beer with my boyfriend. They have never asked for both ID's until today. They told me that we both needed our ID's to buy beer when they only scan one. There policies keep changing every time I go in there. It irritates me so much. They know who I am and know who my boyfriend is. He stand out side of the building while I'm in there buying the beer. I got told by one of the other employees that he could come inside with me. Didn't have a problem until today.

My son and daughter were skiing at Holiday Valley tonight 2/19. My son fell and bit his lip. Roads were to terrible to drive to the hospital. We felt some steri strips would help until we could get him to the hospital . We called this rite aid and said we were on our way for some medical supplies. Their response was…if you can get here before we close at 9. We got there at 9:01. Check your cameras. They locked the doors and ignored our knocks even though we called ahead and asked if they would just stay open so we could get what we needed. I have never experienced such lack of empathy in my entire life. We will be Walgreens shoppers for life.

Hands down the rudest and most ignorant pharmacy staff that I have ever dealt with. I will take the additional driving time to go to a neighboring town and pick up my prescriptions rather than deal with anyone who works there again.Deplorable attitude and business.

No one was waiting at the pharmacy, yet I had to wait a good 15 minutes for a script that was submitted 2 days ago. Just moved to area and will be looking for another pharmacy. The girls in the store part were very nice and helpful though.

Horrible pharmacy tryed to deny my handicapped 4 yr old her medicine. Showed up said 5 minutes took a hour! all empolyes weren't working at all did nothing while my daughter screamed for the better part of a hour. Jen and Ali had horrible attitudes. I did report this pharmacy the # is 1800 rite aid please call and report these fools the company will get fined 2500 of their bottom line Resulting in pay cuts and no bonus. They deserve this! one positive review it's obviously Bs. Will see u soon rite aid you will replace your employees not me.

Never have medication in stock, or says insurance doesn't cover it, yet I can take script elsewhere and get it filled faster and always in stock. Rite aids copays are higher than anywhere else also. Will never deal with them for prescriptions again.

Pharmacy very good wife had triple bypass in November. All meds were ready when I got her home from Buffalo General plus they help me find the stuff she needed in the medical section. Thanks

20% off the entire store with the card, bundling scripts so I don't have to keep going back, drive-thru ❤, pharmacists always very helpful with questions...some of the pharmacy employees can be a bit unfriendly, but I'm not going there to make friends
