If I could give 0 stars I would there is no option for that asked for well done burger and shows on ticket order well done burger. Upon eating burger found it was completely raw and not well done this place has falling off so bad compared to what it use to be as well as what they are charging should be able to get orders done correctly. Lady who took order over the phone was very rude and hung up and my food was completely raw so bad that I wasted 20 dollars and my 30 minute lunch I had to clock out with. Had no food for lunch due to it being raw had to spit everything out.

A nice market for necessities. Their meat is very good as are their baked goods. The store, while not large, is well stocked, organized and clean. Ample parking since most customers are in and out fairly quickly.

Great place. A long time institution out here. Been coming here for 40 years. Outstanding Butcher (best out here) that supplies many of the better restaurants on the east end. They have their own smoker too, if your lucky you’ll be there in the afternoon when they pull out their house made kielbasa and andouille - both delicious and offered daily. Prices have always been reasonable for east end.Side note: Some of the reviews of Cromer’s on this app are embarrassing. Talk about missing the forest for the trees. This place serves high quality meats to premium restaurants and somehow still holds prices down for the lunch trade. Nobody else out here even tries to do that, let alone succeeds.

Convenient small grocer nestled in a residential area close to Long Beach, Noyak, and Sag Harbor. Fresh produce, good deli counter with prepared dishes as well. Offers customers pantry staples and baked goods too.

I've been here many times, and it never fails to please. The meat that they sell here is great, I've grilled countless burgers, steaks, and kielbasa from here. I also love the breakfast sandwiches, Sausage egg and cheese is my favorite. I've also been able to get good pies, ribs, mashed potatoes, fried chicken, and muffins. On top of that, I've been able to make quick trips there if I ever want ice cream, as well as other things like snacks, drinks, and recipe ingridients.

Everything looked good!!! Good roast beef and rare!! Rotisserie chicken super. Everything we bought was excellent!! All employees in all departments were extremely helpful. Stacy, the manager, runs a good business.

Don't bother stopping at this place. Their fried chicken is supposed to be good. I ordered thighs which generally retain their moisture. There was no moisture in these at all as if they had been sitting all day. I asked for Claires coleslaw what I got was clear coleslaw. Whatever that is, it is not Claires coleslaw. Perhaps the deli staff should learn English and what is on their own menu. Tasteless food at premium prices.

Omg this place always has the best sausage egg and cheese is the cheapest around town that you can find! Even their sandwiches are amazing and again the cheapest you will find around town! The staff is always so kind and will go out of their way and take your time with you to make sure your order is correct. The facility is always extremely clean and there is always a great selection of groceries. I highly recommend trying their fried chicken and potato wedges it’s to die for!

Great Thanksgiving day and every day of the year. Their Meat Dept. is phenomenal, helping customers and restaurants in the area get the best cut steaks, Kielbasa or thin sliced chicken cutlets. They have a well stocked grocery and a excellent produce selection. Prepared food for breakfast, lunch and dinner is beyond compare. Their marinated sliced steak sandwich is famously fantastic. Catering and special orders professionally prepared.

Had a few surprise guests show up for the weekend . What better way to show our hospitality, then rib eye steaks? Cromer’s butchers carved some of the finest ribeyes we have ever had . They tasted amazing !!!! Thank you for the excellent recommendation.

Expensive but they do make great food and sandwiches. But they are also the only market like that for a long while. So the extra couples dollars you'll spend ends up evening out or better off than going and driving another 10-15-20min drive out of the way than just going to Cromers. But as I stated before the could lower the price on some things like their fried chicken and some of those hot foods and how they charge by it. Besides that's its a great market.

We buy all of our holiday foods at Cromer’s. there is nothing that compares on the East End. It’s nearly an hour drive from our home, and worth every second. Absolutely the best service butcher shop. There are others out here that are excellent, but Cromer’s is the best.

This is a small market with a deli and butcher. They have fresh produce and your usual essentials like dairy, meat, dry goods and some extra stuff. Staff is friendly. It is not a full shopping stop like King Kullen but if you just need essentials and dont want to go too far it is a good option. Their fried chicken is delicious

I occasionally get lunch here. I say occasionally because you can easily spend a quarter of your days pay for a couple of pieces of chicken a bag of chips, soda and some salad. The fried chicken used to be a good bet. The fried chicken I got there today was greasy and left a lump in my stomach. It has been feeling unsettled all evening after eating there.. A little container of potato salad was $5.00. $8.99 a pound?? Really?? There must be a potato shortage. I finally am writing a review because I am done with this overpriced, only game in town grocery store / deli.

This was the worst food we've had in a really long time. I ordered the fish and chips...fish was mushy and fries were cold and mushy. My husband had the BBQ pulled pork which was dry and flavorless. My son had a turkey wrap which was nothing but straight Mayo in tortilla with turkey and tomato...pretty gross. We spent $80 for 6 dinners and none of us could even eat it. Never again!

Overpriced. Inconvenient parking. You will smell like fried chicken if you stay longer than five minutes. They don't have credit card machines so the cashiers have to take your card and enter it manually - slow and insecure.

Perhaps you’ve heard the song “WAP”? That’s what their fried chicken does to me. Wow. It slaps. You can tell by the big bones and wings that these chickens are raised right. They died for a good cause. Goes well with hot sauce. The mac and cheese leaves something to be desired, but the cole slaw was very good.

The food is excellent, but the service is inconsistent at best and abysmal at worst. It’s one thing when they get your order wrong the first time, it’s another when you expect them to get it wrong every time. For what you’re paying for, its a frustrating experience. Pick your battles.

I believe in supporting the local markets but customer service needs "A Lot" of help. Rude staff, they ignore you at the counter. Who doesn't like a HELLO, HOW ARE YOU, HOW IS YOUR DAY, CAN I HELP YOU???? Even more so being a local market you should be made to feel welcome. Love the butcher and the register staff, the deli counter needs a lesson in customer service.

Place is nice enough. Full deli, decent selection of general goods. My only complaints are the lack of space by checkout. When its packed its hard to get to the left hand side of the store. And the parking layout and entry/exit to it is odd to say the least.

While a little overpriced when it comes to general groceries, Cromer's deli counter is less expensive and better quality than most of the places around it. Their breakfast sandwiches are the best, and only cost a few bucks. They also have great German potato salad!

Pulled pork is excellent as well as their chicken cutlets. They put Mayo on my sandwich instead of Russian dressing. Not the end of the world, it was delicious.
