Always a great time so many things to do and see. Crissy beans for a great coffee and many other places to grab food I've been to every place there and have not gotten a bad meal or service. Just did the canam fest and was great as well tons of venders and food. Well spent time any time of year. A must if in the area.

I love visiting Sackets harbor, but I must say the MemorialDay Parade this year was very disappointing. I have been there other years and it was a great parade. A band and 2 Fire Trucks doesn’t make for much of a parade. The Memorial Service was very good.

A beautiful, historic building with loads of character. Very well maintained. The only complaint I have, and this is true of nearly all modern museums in my experience, is that the exhibits are pretty sparse throughout. I like to have lots of things to look through and examine, but they only put out a few displays spread through the large rooms. Some people may prefer this, but it's something to take into consideration.The woman I spoke to that worked at the museum was a fount of knowledge and was incredibly kind and patient with my children. It always makes the experience better when there's someone so well versed on the topic close by. She answered all my young children's questions and treated them like small adults which tickled them pink and made me very happy as well.

Family of 6 (with 4 kids)We had an RV so we had to park in the Seaway Trail Museum parking lot no more than a block away.The kids learned about the War of 1812 here by watching a 13 minute video and reading the information in the home., stuff they wont learn in Public SchoolIt is neat to have the home as a museum, and while very informative, I would have hoped to see more of the look would have been retained in the interior with furniture and housewares to show how they lived in the 1810s.There are lollipops for the kids to enjoy here too.

Pleasant little village and very peaceful setting by the water. Always seems to be something going on here in the summer. Highly advise the drive to check out the area. Very historic settlement.

Nice visitor's centre with a small museum and theatre. It was a good experience to visit here before going to Sackets Harbor
