Super clean and quaint rooms. Not your typical hotel decor. Coffee station in the morning with juice, bagels and muffins. Friendly staff. Convenient location next to a bunch of restaurants. The door to our room letting in a bunch of light from the hallway was our only issue... that and it was very expensive.Rooms: Clean, new, cozy.Nearby activities: War of 1812 preserved buildings on shoreline park.Food & drinks: Great restaurants next door.

Such a hidden Gem. So glad we stopped here and will be back for sure! Vince at the front desk was super helpful. Walking distance to all restaurants. Such a welcoming little Village. Rooms were perfect and continental breakfast was set up in the hall to take back to your room. Coffee and tea all day long. Highly recommend this special place

Wonderful Inn here in the heart of Sackets Harbor. The rooms are clean and lovely. Beds weren't uncomfortable. The free breakfast was appreciated, offering bagels, muffins, yogurt, and oatmeal. Very small town so everything was in walking distance.Joey was especially helpful, friendly, and professional. He made our 2 year anniversary much more special, helping us with our accommodations.

Absolutely stunning hotel. Don't let the exterior fool you. The décor is so beautiful and our room so clean, comfortable and relaxing. Stayed in room 209 for our 22nd anniversary. The staff were amazing and so very thoughtful. The location is very quiet and in walking distance to the best restaurants and waterfront. Would definitely go back!

What a pleasant surprise! We weren't familiar with the area and randomly booked as we passed through. Such a nice and comfortable Inn! Decorated thoughtfully and clean. Staff was very pleasant also. Such a quaint little town and lots of history. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at The Harbor House Inn this past weekend. It’s immaculately clean and the staff is helpful and attentive. I have just a few minor concerns. I felt that the price of the room was a bit high for the value. Our room was on the ground floor, and though beautifully decorated, it felt like a basement room. We could see the feet of pedestrians walking right past the only window by the bed. There was also a loud window air conditioner which did not allow us to put the window blinds down for complete privacy. The bathroom does not have a fan to put on while showering and the bathroom became quite steamy and stuffy after four people took showers.On the whole, I would recommend this inn but would avoid a room on the ground floor. It’s in a good central location to all Sackets Harbor activities.

Landed here by coincidence, we where very positively surprised, very friendly helpful people!!! The rooms are very cozy, very individual one can tell they've been just renovated, very clean and organized. Rooms are made with love and eye for detail, stylish today's toned light Grey colors. one downside, because of the heat wave we had to keep the window AC on all night it makes a lot of noise. Perfect location nice view... We'll be back...

The overall hotel is very nice but just be aware that when booking online if you get a room on the third floor it not be remodeled, it will be worn out and dated with wallpaper peeling off the walls. The room was still clean and for the most part in good shape but I wish I had know that I was booking a room like this, we were expecting a nice remodeled room like what is shown on the website. I took plenty of photos of the room so maybe I will upload them. If we had a decent room this would have been 4 stars, amenities are a bit lacking but overall the place is nice, just try to get a room on the first two floors, the top floor isn't worth the price. They should really advertise that the upper floor looks nothing even remotely close to the rest of the hotel, once you get to the third floor you go back in time 30 years.

The room at the Harbor House Inn was absolutely beautiful! Alicia checked us in and was so friendly and helpful. When she found out we just got married last week, she decorated our room with rose petals and champagne! The owner, Alicia’s mom, was so friendly as well. She took the time to show us some other rooms for our next visit! They had just remodeled the rooms on the first and second floors . Everything was within walking distance-restaurants, bars, shops! Perfect place to stay!

This is a great town with alot of charm. A five minute walk to the docks this Inn gives you everything you need and more. Simply beautiful with excellent customer service, and the most comfortable beds I have ever experienced. On each floor hallway is a breakfast nook with tea, water, orange juice, coffee, muffins, bagels and more. The rooms were immaculate. If you want a small town relaxing getaway or need to go Whitewater Rafting, air ropes courses, or boating. This is definitely the place to stay. Just 11 minutes from Dexter and Watertown NY. Plenty of restaurants walking distance or drive out 20 minutes for Red Robin, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Panera Bread and shopping.

This is, by far, the nicest lodging on our recent trip. Our other lodging was at a 4star Hilton. The owners of the Inn were very friendly and went out of their way to ensure that we had a nice stay. The beds are amazingly comfortable and the soaker tub put me into such a relaxed state that I didn't even need my normal sleeping pill! The room was beautifully done in soothing neutrals with a southern style farmhouse chic. The towels and linens are extremely nice quality. No details were missed, all the way down to a cute little rubber ducky that made me smile.The surrounding village has a deep historical connection. There were informative placards throughout. A large green space with a walking path is perfect for an evening stroll. Being on the harbor, the views were spectacular and the water was always close by. Making this a perfect location to watch the sunset. There were several restaurants, museums, and quaint local shops, complete with a cute little ice cream stand.By the time we left we felt completely at home. We will go out of out way to return here in the future. Harbor House Inn has a special place in our hearts

This Inn is a great place to stay in the heart of historic Sackets Harbor. Everything was clean, and beautifully designed for aesthetics, functionality and comfort.Also, the no pet policy was essential to literally breathing easy because many of us have pet allergies.

This hotel is wonderful! The rooms were newly renovated, very clean and very up to date. We got a New Year's Eve package and it was an amazing experience! The owners hosted a wine tasting before the included dinner and then left us beautiful desserts and champagne to celebrate further! Overall, a great value for the price and will definitely be back!

My parents and I stayed yesterday and left early this morning. It was our first time to Sackets Harbor. We definitely would drive back and stay again at Ontario Place Hotel. We love the complimentary stuff they give you and Tammy is really nice. It's a nice clean place with comfy beds. I also like how everything is so close to walk to.

Amazing Stay, a seconds walk from all the best restaurants in the village. Our room was beautifuly kept and clean. The Jacuzzi was spectacular and the view was breathtaking. The staff and common areas were very clean. The only downside and this was trivial at best, was that there was no bottled water in the fridge. Usually at most hotels you'll find atleast 2 bottles in the fridge or by a coffee maker but other than that I would give this place a 10/10. Highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel, everything was newly remodeled and brand new. Modern rooms, comfortable bed, quiet, nice continental breakfast, great coffee and a Keurig available as well. We are definitely planning to return and would highly recommend! Loved it!

I just love this hotel! It is tastefully decorated, and is very comfortable. Great Wi-fi connection. Very plush towels - I even got a robe and slippers! The manager was so friendly - she even took the time to help me back out of a tight parking space. I will definitely book a room again.

My Husband stayed here on a business trip & knew he needed to bring me back. Several weeks later he booked a anniversary weekend here and it was FANTASTIC. Rose petals on the bed & champagne on ice waiting for us. The most beautiful and clean rooms I've ever had (and we traveled a lot as a travel hockey fam) Marcia and Tom are wonderful. I HIGHLY recommend this Quant Inn on Lake Onterio. My husband and I Will be back. Thank you for a great stay.

This quaint Inn feels so homey and comfortable. The beds are incredibly soft and I enjoyed a view over the water. Wifi was fast, service was kind and prompt. No full breakfast, but continental breakfast bar does offer some sweet baked goods, bananas and apples, Quaker oatmeal and Lipton tea. The renovations are exceptional. TBD when all floors will be completed. Location to town, ideal. Congratulations to the owners.

We are so grateful to the Harbor House Inn. After a huge fire at a nearby restaurant displaced us from our rental, the owner and her husband were gracious and accommodating in the middle of the night. The room was fantastic, the bed was comfortable with amazing sheets, and had a cozy bed and breakfast feel. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed for 1 night in the middle of the week and the price was still over $300. for the night. Was given a room on the 3rd floor , there are not elevators so you have to drag your bags up 3 flights of stairs. Any beverages including coffee is on the second floor for all guests .Although the room was clean and nice , won’t be back .

Great place! Water views and an amazing location. Walking distance to the battlefield and great restaurants like Goodfellos which is right next door. Amazing staff who make it more of an experience, and not just a place to sleep. Will stay again when I am back in the area.

Nice place to stay , it has a B&B feel. A bit pricey but we enjoyed our stay and feel it was worth it. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. They offer a horse and carriage ride to guest. That was very informative and scenic
