I usually go to the pet pet pantry in Greenwich, but I was in the area and needed to pick up our food. Staff was not friendly and seemed very bothered that I asked them to help find my new food in an unfamiliar store.. she just points and says “over there”. Poor customer service for selling a $120 20lb bag of dog food.

Great store for all your pet needs especially dogs and cats. Staff are extremely courteous and helpful. Highly recommend checking them out. Today was my first time back after the storm damage they suffered and I really love the new layout of the store. Highly recommended

I love this store. The selection is awesome. The staff is welcoming and knowledgable. I go miles out of my way to shop here. Prices are competitive despite the Rye address and there are often coupons that make for deals that can't be beat.

There are several pet stores around here, including the chain stores. This place is far better, though. The store is very well maintained and organized, but most importantly, the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. They've actually given us better recommendations for my dog than the vet did!

This is one of the best pet stores you can go to if you are someone who shops for the more "organic" type of products – they carry virtually all of the top brands in that sphere, along with accessories and toys and all that. The majority of the store's products are for dogs, but they do have a lot for cats as well, and then a small amount for birds and other less-common pets.It's also a family-owned small business chain with a few locations around. Every location I've been to is great!
