These people profile. If they deem you “suspicious,” they will make you take off your bag at the front. But they only do this to certain customers. Not sure if this is legal, but it sure isn’t morally right.

I come from port Chester to this cvs because we don’t have anything like this there. So nice and filled with good stuff. Service is pretty decent too and there’s always parking, but this is about the store part of the CVS. You REALLY DONT WANT TO GO TO THEIR PHARMACY COUNTER!!! The woman behind the counter is always confused, and makes everything worse. The line always crossing the aisles. The manager should be competent enough to realize what’s going on and fix the issue, like hiring someone more competent for the pharmacy.

I'm extremely disappointed with my most recent experience at CVS Pharmacy, which only exacerbated the already existing concerns about their poor teamwork and lack of cooperation.The most glaring incident was related to my prescription. On a previous visit, my medication was not ready despite being promised it would be. This was frustrating, but what happened on my latest visit was simply unacceptable. I was told explicitly by an employee that they didn't want to wait for the system to process my request. This shows an alarming disregard for customer service. It's a given that customers sometimes have to wait - it's part of the process - but to hear that the staff aren't willing to do the same is shocking.This trend of expecting customers to bear the brunt of inefficiencies, while staff members shirk their responsibilities, leaves a bitter taste. This level of service is not what anyone expects from a reputed pharmacy chain. Customer needs and patience should be respected, not taken for granted.In summary, the poor internal communication and lack of commitment to customer service at this CVS Pharmacy are seriously concerning. It seems that these problems stem from a dysfunctional team dynamic. My experiences have led me to believe that this is possibly the worst CVS I've ever visited. Significant changes are needed to bring their service up to standard.

This place sucks, the Pharmacy is a mess and unorganized.There is always one person at the pick up counter and a long line of people. My prescription was called in one day before. I waited on this long line at the pick up counter, only to be told that it is still not ready yet. So I said to the clerk at the counter, you mean to tell me that I waited on this long line for nothing ? Just shrugged their shoulders. Then I asked do you know when it will be ready ? Got no answer, lol, what a joke. I said I will be back tomorrow.I would suggest to go to, Mama Village RX in Mamaroneck, family owned mom pop Pharmacy with a great friendly knowledgeable organized staff.

This is hands down the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Every time I try to pick up a prescription there is some sort of problem. The pharmacy techs are perfectly nice, but the pharmacists couldn’t be more unhelpful. They live behind automated messages and do not care about sick patients. I’m sure they are over worked and under paid, but that doesn’t give the pharmacist to come in unshowered and stinky. I will never go back to this pharmacy ever. Unfortunately I have been very sick for 8 months and the last thing I’m want is to need to argue to get my prescriptions.

The ppl behind the pharmacy still suck...this review has nothing to do with that portion of the store; however, Rochelle is AMAZING! I needed help with a passport photo and she helped me immediately. I got in and out in extremely fast and she was super sweet!

This is probably the worst cvs in this area. The Spanish lady with the short hair is so nasty acts like she’s doing stuff so customers would go to self checkout.I went in yesterday evening and had 2 $3 extra bucks because I bought a lot of makeup recently. She said I could not use them toward my purchase only if I buy makeup, I told her I received them because I bought makeup but she refused to help me. She grunted when she had to ring me up. She is so unprofessional. Why is she there when clearly she hates doing her job.I will go in to the store to make an official complaint about her today with her superior. No one should be treated this way.

Me and my friends were browsing the store but we decided not to get anything. We instead went outside to wait for our friend (keep in mind me and my friends are kids). As we were waiting outside for our friend who was buying stuff, they told us to leave. And then while we were getting our bikes and about to leave, the manager came out and screamed at us. Terrible place to shop DO NOT COME‼️‼️

Watch out for the MISERABLE middle-aged woman that works close to closing time!Maybe everyone in the area just had a bad day today, maybe not but I don't need ANYONE's nasty attitude and I DON'T appreciate being yelled at especially by some miserable and angry CVS employee who has no idea what she's doing. A word to the unwise - last minute shoppers aren't rich people who have nothing better to do but wait until it's time for you to close shop and go home before we all go out to buy things. I work all day and this is the only time I have to shop, and I sure as hell am not explaining myself to your dumb ass.Food for thought: the more you rush me and the less you want to do to help me is only going to PROLONG your night and make you leave later. Stop complaining and do your f***ing job so I can leave.
