Claudia and her staff (both two and four legged) are knowledgeable, helpful, calm, people-friendly and potty trained. They meet you at the level that you want to be assisted, making recommendations without overselling. Claudia keeps it in perspective that dogs are not our whole life, but they make our lives whole.A true gem of a store.🐾🐾

All Paws is simply amazing! I originally went in to buy a jacket for my dog, and they were so helpful in terms of sizing. I then went back when Claudia, the owner, was there to discuss dog food. I emailed her to see when she would be in and she responded immediately letting me know exactly when she would be in and that she’s more than happy to discuss food with me. When I went in, she gave me more information than I could have imagined on dog food. Not just promoting her own products, but also teaching me what’s important to look for in the ingredients of food and treats. She went above and beyond to make sure I understood what she was talking about and making the most informed decision as possible. She was also very mindful about different price points and reassured me that if we brought the food home and my dog didn’t like it, I could bring the bag back and try something else. To say that she is a GENIUS about this stuff is an understatement. Thank you All Paws for all your help!!!!

One cannot find a better resource for your fur baby than here. Claudia will educate you and direct you to the best for each kind of need for your little (or big) one. I thought I knew a lot, but Claudia was able to still inform me about new products, and awesome tips of what to give for when my little girl gets an upset tummy.I love her ethos, the what and why she carries the products she does. The coolest toys that will last longer, are safer, and are best based on the kind of pet you have. Quick dry collars and food brands to be educated about!Go to amazon if you wish, but I trust what she has to my special girl.

Stopped by after picking up our boy from surgery. She's incredibly nice—suggested a soft warm coat on sale rather than the hoodie we were going to purchase. (By far the better choice!) They also have a great selection of USA made toys and treats. Will definitely stop by here next vet visit
