We bought dining room chairs from here 20 years ago and now want more to match. No problem, ROR could get us an exact match. Heirloom quality at a reasonable price. This small rural workshop is old school. Don't expect a commercial chain store experience. Orders can take a while but it's worth it. Beautiful furniture that my family has grown up with and now the next generation will enjoy it too.

We have been customers of Dean since July of 2009. We love him. He’s honest and he’s excellent at interpreting a customers words and turning them into a pleasing design. The end result is a piece of well crafted, heirloom quality furniture that will last a lifetime. The pricing, in our view, is more than reasonable for what you get. Many of our pieces are period style pieces of quarter sawn oak. Their fit and finish is exceptional. If there is one thing know about Dean it is that his communication skills are not always great. However, let that not deter the shopper looking for hand made, high quality hardwood furniture at great prices...Farrell and Giovanna

I guess I’d have to say stay away. We called before we went, put in an order, paid half of it. Got an estimated time of 6 months. We are approaching 8- have not heard anything, have left many voicemails and messages. Very disappointing because it seemed like it would be a great thing and was a good price. But definitely not a good price when you have no idea if it’s a scam.

Ordered 6 maple dining chairs from Roses & Oak a couple of years ago. They are absolutely beautiful and we couldn’t be happier. Service was great and you can’t beat the price for such quality craftsmanship!

I used their contact form twice, asking a very basic question. Waited days. No response. Then, after trying to call I took the time to drive there, making sure to arrive at one of the few days and times they are actually open. Guess what? Nobody was around! I have never seen a place so determined NOT to sell anything. I won't ever try again and recommend people try a place that actually wants to have customers.

Left 2 voicemails and they never bothered to return my calls. And, I was calling during business hours. This place doesn't want business, don't bother even trying them. LAZY owners, dont waste your time.
