We lost a kitten, 1 month old due to fading kitten syndrome. She was only 8.5oz. I didn't want to bury her because we live in the country, so I called numerous places for cremation services, and they were beyond compassionate and understanding. I had to change the appointment time to pick up her ashes since I was sick and there was no problem whatsoever. He also remembered and asked me how I was feeling. Super kind, beautiful establishment and I highly recommend them!!

We recently wanted a private cremation for our beloved cat, Lily, with a limited window of time to arrange it. The staff at Rush Inter Pet were so kind, helpful, and accommodating. We were so fortunate to find Rush Inter Pet. Ellie, our 13-year old English Bulldog died unexpectedly on Thanksgiving weekend and we had no idea what to do. Our vet office wasn't answering calls and, with no emergency vet services in town, we didn't know where to turn. I found Rush Inter Pet online and was relieved they provided an emergency phone number. Polly, the owner, was so supportive when we met with her a few hours after speaking. The location is beautiful and it gave us peace to have such a nice setting. We highly recommend you consider this caring business - there are many options - you can choose whatever is best for your personal situation and the cost was very reasonable.

I've come here for three of my cats and every single time I (as well as my passed on loved ones) have been doted on with the utmost care. Every employee I've had the pleasure of working with has been courteous, knowledgeable, compassionate, and empathetic to the highest degree. Our Mae Mae passed 5 days after getting her last Heart Worm shot. We were devastated as it was unexpected. The ppl there are very compassionate. The cremation was done quickly. SAME day. They allowed us to say our last goodbyes. We had her cremated with her fave blankey, stuffy and a treat. This was comforting to us. Received a beautiful rosewood box with her ashes with her name on it. Very affordable. We run a rescue and highly recommend RIP.

Being an animal lover I have had many pets over the years. The absolute worst part of owning a pet is having to say goodbye.I have been going to Rush Inter Pet Inc. since 2004 and have had 8 pets cremated there and have brought each of their remains home.From Cats to Cockatiels, Polly and her staff have accommodated me. Allowing me to bring each of my pets in personally to spend every last minute with them. Sometimes having to modify my pickup or drop off times at the last minute. Each of these details or issues was met with a smile and a 'not a problem'.Cost has always been very reasonable. One of the few things that still is these days.I am most thankful to have a place to bring my beloved pets to. In order to give them the most respectful send off they have earned.At a time that is most stressful and emotionally draining on me. I can always count on Polly and all her friendly staff to be there to help me through it.We are so blessed to have them in our local area. Praying they will always be able to remain here with us.I would and have recommended them to all pet owners that I know.

I would like to thank Julie and Polly for reaching out to me regarding an issue I had with the paw print of my sweet girl Lily Bell. They both went ABOVE and BEYOND to rectify the situation. Polly reached out to let me know that she was aware of the issue, and apologized for the mishap. She also let me know that Julie would be contacting me to further discuss a resolution for the issue. Julie called me, and she was very kind, and understanding to my concern. She offered up a couple of different options for me to choose from, and allowed me to take my time in my decision. They were both very kind, understanding, and not once made me feel like my concern was not a valid one. They are true PROFESSIONAL, AND CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS NEEDS. Just wanted to thank Polly once again for her caring and compassion when I lost my Stewie on October 7, 2022 . Polly has taken care of several of my other pets in the past, Frankie and Walter both kitties, and then my Westie Ari in 2009. Stewie was a French bulldog and he was well loved not only by myself and my family but many others. He was at my grooming salon every single day we worked for nearly 11 years and my customers enjoyed him. He babysat most of the puppies that came in for the first time..I miss him terribly, and I’m grateful for the care he was given at Rush Inter Pet. Rush Inter Pet is amazing! They made everything as straightforward as possible, the main building is beautiful and welcoming, the staff is incredibly sweet and understanding. The paw prints and fur clippings were perfect! They answered our thousand questions and made us feel comfortable which was so helpful for our grieving process.It was reassuring to see how peaceful and maintained everything is while walking through the cemetery. I never knew a place like this existed and now I’m glad I do. I know I will have more pets and go through more heartbreak but I will always come back to Rush Inter Pet 💜

Polly and her team go above and beyond when it comes to caring for my deceased pets and tending to their final needs. I have always been met with compassion, patience, and consideration when bringing my pets to them. So far we've had 3 dogs cremated, and I recently had to call on them again to assist with final arrangements for my friend's 5 pups who died in a house fire. They went and picked up the dogs, cremated them, and had them returned to me in the most beautiful urn in only 3 days at an incredibly reasonable cost given the significance of the work. I will never take my pets anywhere but here for as long as I can!

Our cat, Bo, passed away unexpectedly on Friday. The people at Rush Inter Pet Cemetery in Rush were so kind and compassionate, and took care of his remains over the weekend while giving us time to decide whether we wanted to bury or cremate him. Then quickly took care of everything for us once we decided on cremation. They helped us find the perfect cat urn that resembled him, and made a cast of his pawprint and took fur clippings. They even gave our daughter a teeny decorative bird she had been eyeing in their office free of charge which helped cheer her up! Such nice people and it's a comfort to know our kitty was in good hands with them.

We had to say goodbye to our nearly 16-year-old boy pretty suddenly last week. From leaving the vet’s office on Thursday to picking up his ashes this afternoon, the entire process was incredibly smooth. They take the utmost care of every pet that comes to them. Kyle helped us this afternoon, he was compassionate, respectful, and all around a joy to work with. They have a wider selection of urns than what is listed on the site, and gave me time to pick out the perfect one. I could not be any happier with how everything turned out. A number of our friends highly recommended Rush Inter Pet for their cremation and burial services. Sadly we had to utilize their facilities on three occasions following the deaths of three of our dogs. I can not imagine any other facility where you would be treated with such sympathy and concern during this trying period of loss. While we did not bury them in the Inter Pet Cemetery we took the opportunity to walk around the beautiful grounds and view the head stones which were a great resource for the wording we put on plaques for each of our dogs. Polly and her son Kyle operate the business and were very professional as well as understanding.

This is a very nice, warm place. They're respectful and kind. I couldn't bare to wait for my Daphne's ashes to be returned to the vets office, so I called Rush's to ask if the process could be expedited and they said of course it could. The very next day after calling I was able to get my baby and bring her home.The property is beautiful and even though I'm keeping Daphne with me, we went to visit Rush's pet cemetery, can I just say "WOW!!" It's gorgeous! A lot of care and respect go into this business. I am very impressed and would not hesitate to use them again, in fact I wouldn't even consider anyone else at this point. Rush Inter Pet is amazing and Polly was absolutely wonderful! I had called them the day I had to euthanize my Cat. I have owned many animals in my life but this Cat was VERY special to me. I opted at the vet for an individual cremation at first, but ended up going with a private. After calling for details I discovered that I was allowed to be present during his cremation. Polly arranged for me to pick up and transport his body MYSELF the very next day, which was incredible. I was allowed to see the entire process from start to finish and it was wonderful for me. The facility is very beautiful and clean. I felt that my Cat was important to them and not just a "body". Polly knew that he was a loved one of mine and VERY important to me. I was there by myself, but Polly discussed all aspects with me including the selection of an urn for his cremains. She even sat and talked with me. We shared stories and memories. This place did an absolutely wonderful job and I feel, went well above what would normally be expected. I recommend that anyone with a deceased pet bring them here. Not just for cremation either. They have different kinds of services and options available. It really means a lot to me that I was allowed to do all of this. Polly and the staff at Rush Interpet are absolutely wonderful. Today was the second time I brought a beloved pet to be cremated. Not only were they available to meet with short notice,but Polly also helped us with chosing the perfect urn for our family member. I highly recommend them to anyone who looses a pet.
